Pros: Excellent crew excellent a young small brunette was not very friendly or accommodating. Otherwise the whole crew would have gotten 5 starts. Everything else was wonderful!

Cons: Missed my connecting flight. Ended up being ticketed with a different itenerary with 11 hrs layover in Dulles washington. Had to spend my own money to hotel and taxi. And just few hrs when I finally arrived to my final destination, i had to work since I didnt have anymore sick time or vacation time. Very exhausted. Its was a night shift 12 hrs duty.

Cons: United is awesome.

Pros: When it finally took off the flight itself was smooth.

Cons: Plane was delayed coming in, then we were told we were waiting on catering. Then it became a weather issue. Then we boarded. Weather got worse so they took us off. The second time we boarded and were told we’re waiting on catering who wasn’t on site then had to go through airport security. After 3HOURS , we were asked to leave the plane. For rebounding the next morning with no explanation. The next morning the flight was delayed an additional 3HOURS. We were never given food in all this time of a wait. This became an 18+ hour delay. We definitely missed our connection and they rebooked it.

Pros: The crew was pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The plane was an outdated jalopy. I thought the exit doors were going to fly off. This was in vast contrast to the 737 plane that we had taken earlier in the day for a flight from BNA to ATL.

Cons: Better allergy aware food.

Pros: Smooth, efficient and timely.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Pros: Crew was great, seats were comfy and the entertainment options were good.

Cons: Flight was delayed but it happens.

Cons: There were no screens provided on my 6 hr flight. You are given the option to rent, at a cost, an iPad. I was 2/3 the way back in the plane, and most of the food for purchase items were already sold out.

Pros: The communication was impeccable. The flight was smooth and efficient. Everything about this experience, from booking it, to getting home was great.

Cons: Nothing about thus experience was bad. It was great from beginning to end.

Cons: The seat was awful. Boarding was disorganized. Luggage retrieval was awful. They closed the ramp for a long time and then didn't communicate.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Cons: My trip was delayed 2 times and I had to boook for a different flight on different day! Absolutely no voucher or anything for hotel stay very disappointed

Pros: Seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Flight was a little late leaving but made up list time and arrived on time.

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Pros: Nobody was amazing. First Class Crew didn’t really care and there were only 6 of us up there.

Cons: I was offered one during. They didn’t have spicy Bloody Mary mix. Tired to pass off a drink with plain tomato juice which was horrible. When my wife sent it back they didn’t offer her anything else.

Pros: One of the crew couldn’t find extra pillows or blankets for my kids so they grabbed some from first class. I was very happy that they made the extra effort and looked passed the social economics of air plane seating class.
