Cons: Great service. Wish we flew Alaska both ways instead of United ☹️

Pros: The crew was great, the plane was clean and updated, the in-flight entertainment was good.

Cons: On both of my Alaska Airlines flights we took off later than scheduled, by over 15 minutes. It could have been due to the congestion at LAX. And the seats were comfortable if not a little cramped. I also wish we would have been offered adult beverages on my late flight into SFO -- helps for sleep.

Cons: It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor

Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

Pros: Good, professional, friendly crew.

Cons: Comfort is so so, food is plentiful and tasty but the overall quality has gone down over the past several years. Fees for luggage and other services are absurd.

Pros: Boarding was a breeze. I was a little late and wanted an aisle seat even though I had no hope there was one available. The gate clerk was very pleasant and was able to move me.

Cons: The TV screen was tiny and staticky. My tv was discolored but when I looked around others were also so it wasn’t just mine. Snack choices could have been better and they should offer you more than one small bag of chips

Cons: DTW to FLL, plane was delayed coming from BOS to DTW 5 hours for BOS weather. The plane arrived & they announced they would turn it around ASAP. They started the boarding process & then stopped it stating that a crew member had timed out. Delayed hour to FIND one. Shortly after delayed overnight.

Cons: The front desk gate associates stated that it was a full flight and there would be ZERO spots left for carry on luggage for me in the overhead bins. Therefore, I was told I MUST check my luggage, but there were SEVERAL open spots in the overhead bins when I got there! I do NOT appreciate this!

Cons: My bag was checked at the gate, and I was told I could pick it up in Sint Maarten, my final destination. I arrived in Sint Maarten to learn that AA had left my luggage at Charlotte Airport, despite having landed 30 minutes early.

Cons: This flight, from San Francisco to Frankfurt, was fine. However, I then had a 7 hour layover in Frankfurt.. However, all worked out well, and they transferred my bag and I got there fine - just greatly delayed.

Pros: Nothing. I slept 70 percent of the way but these two adults ad their brat kid kept kicking seats and the father was the worse.it wasn’t a horrible trip but I think the father was the oddest. He kept changing his seat next to mine. But overall I slept 70 percent of the time.

Cons: Plane was cramped and in disrepair: broken seat arm and headrest, very limited recline. It was a 767 and felt more uncomfortable than a 30 seat regional jet. Very dated entertainment system with limited media options. Exceedingly long delay (1 hour) which the pilot attributed to the ground crew.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.
