Pros: Overall the airline was fine. No gate issues, left on time and bag fees were $31/each. Also, they DID offer free wifi on the flight home which was nice.

Cons: The seats arent very comfortable - but no big surprise there. Another downside, food solid out pretty quickly - would have been nice to have a bag of chips or something available for purchase...

Cons: Limited options of entertainment for a 10.5 hour flight. I was happy that I downloaded a lot of content on my devices before my trip. Everything on the flight had a purchase option but got rather spendy to get headphones, entertainment, additional food & drink.

Cons: friendlier flight crew. we choose to fly alaska for the “friendlier staff” unfortunately they were not friendly or helpful. traveling with 2 small children alone is hard in itself.

Pros: The flight attendant was so amazing and observant that she noticed myself and classmates all wearing our alma maters sweatshirt and gave us the loveliest a shout out!! We were headed for our college reunion and had unintentionally been on the same flight. That was so much fun!!

Pros: American Airlines seemed to have upgraded their airplanes. The seats, which were abominable in the past, were comfortable. They also had in cabin movies. I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline.

Cons: American's coach seats are NOT that comfy

Cons: The plane we needed for our flight arrived really late so our flight was then of course delayed.

Pros: We didn’t crash and die. That’s the only positive.

Cons: Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced.

Cons: WiFi at 6.50$ and hour is ridiculous. That should be the price for the whole flight or free (obviously heading that way).

Cons: There was no In Flight Entertainment seat back screens, which is unusual for a 5+ hour flight so the only way to watch anything was to download the GoGo app, which can only be downloaded on the ground and wasn’t even mentioned until after takeoff.

Pros: I liked getting the $75 credit due to the extreme lateness of the flight.

Cons: The passengers seemed a bit wound up after a 3 hour delay. When it was time for the safety review, several passengers were not listening to the attendants, and one attendant shouted "Hey, you need to listen. This is important. This is not a party bus." I understand her frustration, but her behavior was really unprofessional. I've been in customer service for years, and you never let your personal frustration show. She should have brought the behavior to the attention of the flight deck for the pilot to make an announcement, etc. Southwest attendants are always cool, calm and collected. I'll bear that in mind the next time I book.

Pros: The stewardess that was serving refreshments threw my pretzels at me and refused to list off drinks. There was no menu in the seat in front of me, so I was curious of my choices. Extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Cons: This is the second American Airlines flight we have had in less than two months where there was an issue with the plane and multiple delays lasting hours. I understand delays happen, but we've had two late evening flights turn into red-eyes while traveling with one of our children. Will not be flying American Airlines again.

Cons: Upon arriving after 4 hour delay, for crying out loud have someone there to immediately for deboarding !!!

Cons: This was an older Airbus A321 with no power outlets at the seats and no video screens on the back of seats. As an Executive level Advantage member, I felt that I received no special recognition from onboard flight staff; they did the minimum as scripted.

Pros: Not much crew stayed in back almost the whole 6 1/2 hr flight and seemed not to friendly

Cons: It would have been better if they had departed when they said they were going to after a delay. Flight was delayed first 1 hr then two more hours. The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again.

Cons: Delays happen but DCA is a pretty big hub not to have a big enough plane to get passengers on board who are already delays. You had to pay $700 vouchers to a whole bunch of folks so whatever profit was possible went to vouchers instead.

Pros: Very friendly crew, my flights were on time, good selection of movies. That's about it.

Cons: Their Basic fare should be renamed "Bare-sic" – you have to pay for almost anything. Food choices can be better. I guess they can pay the Munich airport to get better treatment and not having to bus their passengers around.

Cons: I bought WiFi for my iPhone on the flight and could barely use it because it kept kicking me off and was super slow.

Cons: boarding and unloading are nightmares. They really should load the planes back to front and if someone has a connecting flight, they should be allowed to unload first.
