They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

The plane was very aged, the carpets and seats were soiled and the bathrooms were in a terrible state of repair and floors filthy. I think this plane is more fitting for the grave yard than the skies. It was completely overcrowded with seats. Although I am only 6 ft tall, my knees touched the seat in front on me. Entertainment was disfunctional to a state of unusable. The small analog screens were streaked and blurry and selection terrible. Audio jacks were worn so bad you could maintain contact one ear but at the time. Food was awful and very sparse and served by very Grouchy crew members. Breakfast and a snack were inedible. No real meal was served. Never again on UA. I recommend LH consider divorcing themselves from UA."

The only option given to me was standby on the 6PM flight. So, I had to cancel my flights and it ruined myu weekend."

Also, the fact that the screen brightness control was located on top of the seat arm meant that my neighbor's arm kept turning my screen on and increasing the brightness while my neighbor was asleep."

Pros: "Here's the situation- There are massive storms across the state, massive delays across the nation, and a tiny airport packed full of people. All the things needed to make a horrible flying day an even worse day for customer service. BUT the flight crew and terminal teams did an amazing job keeping things together and keeping guests happy. They communicated all the information they knew in a timely manner, and made sure to correct any connections that needed to be processed before the plan landed. Also they kept their calm as people flipped out."

Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

Pros: "I've been burned on a few Frontier flights that were just chaotic hellscapes but not this one! I was DREADING this flight because Frontier is generally so, so terrible. This flight to Nashville boarded on time, we landed in Nashville early(!), AND the flight crew were friendly and accommodating. It was a genuinely pleasant experience. And you know what else? I think all of the passengers were all so shocked at the sheer normalcy and ease of this Frontier Flight- that no one turned on each other! Everyone was polite and allowed a lady that needed a wheelchair to cut in front of them when her wheelchair arrived. You know how normally on Frontier everyone is so angry and frustrated that basic human decency flies out the window? It wasn't like that this time. I'm flying back home on Frontier in a few days so fingers crossed!"

Cons: "Everything else. To start, Frontier does not include any carry-ons with the flight, so either we pay $70.00 round trip for a bag or we have to shove everything we want for our trip into a "personal bag". We checked in about 24 hours before the flight and realized only after we had already waited in line for security that we needed printed paper boarding passes rather than using our phones (like every other airline). Luckily, we didn't wait until the last minute to show up, so we could go back, re-check in, wait in line for security a second time, and make it to our gate. Once boarded, things turned even worse when we realized that the seats on this Airbus were nothing more than very thin plastic with a very small amount of cushion, making the metal folding chairs from my youth seem preferable. In addition, while planes are not necessarily known for being comfortable, even the small conveniences of other planes were missing. These seats had no entertainment devices, terribly positioned armrests, a tray table that would barely hold my iPhone, no option to recline at all, and so little room ahead of us that my knees were pushed against the seat ahead of me. I was offered some respite when the flight attendant said that the flight was completely boarded but there were some exit row seats available. We were told that the attendants would "be happy to move you to a seat with a little more leg room and would be happy to swipe your card for the $50.00 charge". Really? $50.00 for an upgrade to an exit row? Generally, any flight I have been on will give a free upgrade or two if these seats are vacant. Nobody is there anyway, so why not offer them to give a sense of friendliness to your customers? You are not making any money on those seats anyway. On a roughly four hour flight, there were drinks and snacks offered, but their special was 2 cans of soda and a snack (peanuts or trail mix) for 9.00. Water, soda, and all snacks were an extra charge... Bottom line, this was a terrible experience with a terrible airline. If I have anything to say about it, I will never fly with Frontier again."

Cons: "we had an eight hour wait in Atlanta because of a crew problem.. frontier did not send another plane to get us up to Cincinnati.. it was awful! would only use frontier as a last resort for flying"

Cons: "Crew Rest Delay made travel time much, my ch love Niger. We were over two hours later. To a passenger that sounds like either poor planning or not enough crew. Whatever the reason, it was inconvenient."
Cons: "Hidden seat and carry on fees. Come on now. What is the likely hood someone doesn't have a bag flying 2500 miles. You're going to charge for that in addition to the ticket? Plus, yes plus another charge to select a seat. Super dumb and honestly a bit childish. Put your entire price online and let people pick. Also note zero wifi. I know you're a lower tear airlines but it's 2016! Give the people the all in price and if you won't give them entertainment or wifi make worth their wild. Also note, the tray table was about the size of a tablet, I couldn't even use my computer to do local work during the flight. I appreciate the safe flight but from a high level: 1: make your online prices more transparent. 2: if you're going to be lower tear, make it clear that wifi and infighting entertainment isn't included. People will still choose to fly cheap, but to burry hidden charges is horrible."
Cons: "The amount of hidden fees was ridiculous. It added on about $80 after the price it quoted me. The staff on board were super rude to everyone. And you can't even get any food or drinks on board without them charging you more! Ridiculous..."

Cons: "The seats are too small, and not padded much, so it is like sitting on a folding chair. THE SEATS DONT RECLINE. There was a 4" tray table because there isn't room for the normal 8"? (Guess) tray table to go. You can't put a laptop or anything on the tray table. I am a petite girl and i could not bend over in my seat to try snd get your personsl item... My head would hit the seat in front of me...very uncomfotable flight. Everything was an extra: we paid $35 to check each bag and $40 to carry one on. Pay for drinks on flight. No movie. I will never choose to fly Frontier ever again, unless it's my only option."

Pros: "The crew was very pleasant. The young lady who served me the drink/snack was so sweet, and the pilot(s) were informative about the taxi times and weather forecasts. Each time I flew, they were on-time with boarding everyone."
Cons: "I don't like that they don't offer a free beverage during the flight. I believe the water is free, but you have to pay for a soft drink. I can totally understand a charge for alcoholic beverages and snacks, but c'mon... Additionally, the boarding process for my return flight was a bit disorganized. Instead of asking for one Zone at a time, like they did the first time I flew, they asked for Zone 1... then said, "Zone 1, 2, and 3." This made everyone rush up and clutter the area around the gate. That was silly of them to call all the Zones at the same time."
