Pros: Flight arrived safely and on time.
Cons: Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered.
Pros: Crew was great and very friendly, and helpful. Was in Business class so not much to complain about, although the headphones were not working properly.
Cons: The boarding area in Lisbon is very congested and disorganized.
Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.
Pros: I made the mistake to travel with Norwegian, they charged my compact cabin baggage $80 claiming that it met the size requirements but weight exceeded ( never happened with any airline before, I have the bag for 8 years). On the way in the seats had too small leg room so I paid another $70 for a larg
Cons: Don't fly with Norwegian
Pros: Smooth flight, nice crew and decent food. Good infotainment although I couldn't find live TV in the Menu.
Cons: The plane was uncomfortably COLD and DRY! Had two blankets on me and still sneezing. Seats were TIGHT!! Unbelievable!! Such a large plane had seats as small as baby car seats! Left the plane with red eyes, dry nose and aching joints!
Cons: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.
Cons: We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
