My flight yesterday evening was delayed 3.5 hours with no water or food service. Poor experience
The first class flight attendant was awful to everyone. Very rude; no customer service. She should not be working in first class.
Flight crew issues delayed my flight by 2 1/2 hours. Causing me to miss my connection.
The flight was comfortable and uneventful, which is what I desire
Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.
Great experience on Delta. Staff from baggage check to flight attendants were very courteous and professional. My only issue was a personal preference for pretzels instead of the chips and cookies that were offered.
Great service. Flight was delayed while we sat on the runway for a couple of hours. Weather related. Staff made is very bearable. The steward servicing the first class cabin was exceptional. Thank you! 💗
The woman in seat 1A was allowed to bring a dachshund dog onboard. It smelled terrible and the odor wafted throughout the first class cabin. This was clearly not a service dog and should be prohibited. I paid for the highest class of service, and this was a disservice. Why is Delta allowing this? I may reconsider my future flight choices.
Typical flying experience in the US. Nothing particularly good or bad.
Flights were terribly delayed. I was at At,anta Airport for over 4 hours waiting for my connection.
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
I initially boarded in a very comfortable and large plane and was told there was a mechanical issue with a waste receptacle. We sat on the plan for a good few hours, then were told we can deplane and that we would take off shortly. Delays continued and four hours later my flight was cancelled, and I had to quickly rebook another. The flight I rebooked was also delayed, and I when we boarded, I wound up on a small plane in a middle seat for the 6-hour journey and it was extremely uncomfortable. No issues with the staff in any way, just the overall experience of the delays, cancellations, and downgrade in comfort on such a long flight. It is significantly impactful on how you feel post travel and I was exhausted and sore from the experience.
Flight delayed and then cancelled (due to mechanical issues + weather). Poor communication. No one there to help with rebooking and accommodations for the night we had to stay in Newark. Our luggage was taken off the original flight and apparently left on the tarmac in the rain. Items were soaking rain. The following day, the flight was also delayed due to mechanical issues. The second year in a row that I had to sleep in an airport flying from Tokyo to Newark due to mechanical issues compounded by bad weather. Partly bad luck and partly just poor service.
Polaris seat is plush and conducive to sleep. Cabin crew was experienced, highly attentive and helpful when any need arose, such as finding a lost phone in the seat mechanism. Food was a disappointment, especially the Japanese items coming out of Newark all seemed a bit overcooked, though the empanada snacks served midway were a hit.
Staff on the plane was incredible. Check-in was very complicated with no staff to help at the airport. I was charged for a second bag even though my ticket says 2 bags are free
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.

Seamless flight, didn’t feel like five hours at all very smooth ride. Watched two good movies didn’t even realize I was on a plane. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Nice plane, clean, wifi available and movies. All the flight attendants were courteous.
Flight did not have onboard charging and TV screen flickering.
We were delayed and had to circle due to weather and had to divert for fuel. While I understand that you can’t control the weather I would have appreciated knowing that the crew wasn’t going to run out of hours and then having to spend the night in the Raleigh airport.
In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.
The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.
Landing was bad. Gate issue or something for 1 hour. Missed my taxi, thus paid triple for the ride to my hotel.
The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
The departure and arrival was on time. The fact that I could load my boarding tickets on the American airlines app.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!
My flight got switched and my prepaid bag didnt transfer over properly so I paid to check ANOTHER BAG. I was placed in a middle seat and it was just miserable. At least it was a bulkhead row so I had legroom. The flight just never seem3d to end
Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.
I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.
Lack of information. No meal for a 6hr international flight that departs during dinner time
Overall a good red eye. Crew chatted very loudly the whole time making it difficult to sleep.
The fly was 2 hours delayed and the plane was old and dirty. A very umcorfotable flight, which I won't recomend to anyone
Confusion over extra fees. Held up on ramp during boarding. Thin seat cushion. Minimal leg room.
The check-in is either at a kiosk that didn’t allow me to check-in because my middle name was not on the reservation or at an agent that cost $15.
The app doesn’t work. I am having a lot of trouble checking in for flight tomorrow. Very disconcerting. Then they es t to charge extra for checking in at the airport;(
Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt
To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.
We paid for Premium seats and no one, EVER asked us for a drink or snack! No one
