No wifi and no entertainment available for a cross country flight. Snacks were minimal. Otherwise was comfortable and a good experience
the seats in the very last row have a bathroom which is directly facing them. Throughout the 6 hours flight, all I saw was a view of the toilet, the smell of urine, constant flushing, and crowding around my seat. Extremely disruptive and unhygienic. Also the last row seats didn’t recline.
The crew were excellent . They should give free food when its a flight more Than 3 hours .
A flight over 2 hours should be provided an onboard meal other than just snack food.
The crew was really great and very friendly. The for-sale food options were fairly priced for an airline and the option I chose - Mediterranean Tapas - was well-curated with tasty snacks. The seats were fairly comfortable, and I had enough legroom at 6' tall. Would fly Alaska Air again.
Wi fi to try to watch a movie was impossible to work, gave up.

It was first class and the seat barely reclined. Also they let everyone use the first class bathroom. Why did I pay extra for that?

Cons: "Change of airports from EWR-Oak to JFK/SFO after I had printed boarding passes. Got call from AA but when I picked up, no one was on the line. Equipment prob, they said. I think it was two half full planes and they screwed the EWR passengers. Manhattan was in gridlock because of UN session. I discovered change when I arrived to check luggage curbside at EWR. 3 hours of stop and go traffic to get there. See other box re kiosk problems. Boarding pass didn't have my TSA FTN so had to go back. Could not check luggage curbside. Got seat in last row when I noticed boarding pass had no seat assignment. They lost my luggage at SFO. There's more, but..."

Pros: "The flight had a 3+hour delay leaving New York and the connecting flight from Phoenix had another hour delay. The customer service rep on the phone did her best to help me but there was no way for me to get to my destination on time (I had given myself a 2.5 hour cushion."

When our group of 6 checked our golf bags three different staff told us different things. One paid nothing two paid $50 a bag. I’m ok with paying for alcohol but I think water, soda and coffee should be included on the flight. There was no entertainment.

They don’t, as a policy, check bags to final destination. It’s not an option. I’d rather walk than fly with these clowns.
I like that I'm by my self on the row ( seat) And I wish the plane has internet and charging station.

Cons: "No snacks unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. One stewardess snapped at me when I tried to touch a bag of chips to move it and see what was available. She could’ve been a lot friendlier! I had no way of seeing what was on the cart from my seat and had to rely on her to tell me what was available. After I bought something and she passed by, I saw something else I’d rather have but it was too late by then….and she didn’t list it as an option. In flight movies would’ve been nice, too."

The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!"

Just be prepared and knowledgeable about this airline and other budget airlines and you will be satisfied. - pay for bags in advance, Try to weigh your checked bags before the airport, Bring snacks or drink on flight - otherwise you have to pay for it. Trenton and punta gorda airports are small, you have to walk to the plane. I love the small airports, no lines , easy parking!"

Strange Air Conditioning issues mid-flight that turned the plane into a walk-in freezer. upon landing our entire flights bags were abandoned and there wasn't a single Allegiant representative in the airport to communicate with the airport baggage people. After 1.5 hour wait our bags were finally offloaded onto the baggage claim by an airport employee not normally tasked with the job. Allegiant was paged over and over with no response. I will NEVER fly Allegiant again."
