Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.

Everything could’ve been better. The boarding process was a little tedious, and then they put me in a seat with the window did not open, which gave me a very uncomfortable feeling considering I had told them that. The entertainment system didn’t work for quite some time and because I had to heavily medicate myself to not have a panic attack I missed dinner and barely ate anything on the flight. Not to mention the religious man next to me, praying mostly and humming the whole flight.

Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.

They crew was very lovely, took off on time, arrived according to schedule. Was able to make my connection.

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.

An hour and a half late is UNACCEPTABLE. The negative impact to our family is unconscionable. And for the price we were forced to pay...

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours - a big deal on an overnight when you plan to sleep.

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.

Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Delayed takeoff was inconvenient. We should have boardrd later. Coffee/ beverage service on a 7:30 flight would have been good.

They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

First time flying Air Canada staff was helpful from entering Newark Airport thru boarding and baggage and on flight. Entertainment was good on flight Helpful on landing as well

Long fight… The staff is very friendly and the meal provided was nice.

Not great tremendous delays instead of arriving at 8:15 pm arrived at 2:30 am next day no food gate changes. Etc

My flight got canceled. Then AC rebooked me to a next day flight. No compensation no apology. It almost messed up my entire trip and schedule. However, all the unexpepected seems routine and ordinary to AC, so customers need to get used to.

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall

It took an hour and a half for luggage to be dlivered in London

We were seated in the rear of the plane. Buses arrived to take us to the terminal but there weren’t enough so we waited an hour to leave the plane.

The leg room on the plane was the smallest I have encountered in all my travels. Ił only 5’4

Baggage handling was very poor, I didn't get my luggage for 4 day's on way back. Neither a responsible person to answer my call. Kindly see my call log on lost luggage reference no BOMBA41916. all details are recorded. Difficult to convince me to fly once again. Sorry for harsh words.

It was pathetic. The flight was delayed more than 24 hrs. It took off next day 23:50. The staff was very unprofessional; nobody provided any information on 26th jun. Simply asked to make your own arrangements. Next day also, it was almost 3hrs delayed. Very poor communication to the passengers.

My flight was cancelled for the second time in the Raleigh to NY route .. Cancelled going from Raleigh to NY and then cancelled again from NY to Raleigh going home. Weather was the stated cause but the weather did not seem overly bad anywhere. They blamed lightning but I lived in Florida and planes constantly took off and landed in lightning conditions. I got the feeling that the flight was under booked and it was simply cancelled... The folks at the gates were nice and helpful (not their fault) but it was extremely frustrating and painful to get around those two cancellations. I missed one whole day of my vacation and had to rent a car going home in order to make it back in time to pick up my pet. The hotel I had to get going and the rental car I needed going home were both not covered by American making my vacation much more expensive. I do not think I will ever use American Airlines again.

The staff were so supportive and food was delicious on the flight. Always enjoying flying on BA!
