Cons: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Pros: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Cons: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.

Pros: The flights and food were good. no problems there.

Cons: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Cons: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Cons: Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS

Cons: I thought there was free alcohol on international flights. that you were not allowed to use the given blanket until after take off.
