I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.
I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Everything was the best it could be. Crew found me with pre- ordered food. Excellent experience!
Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.
Boarding was organized. Old plane. Seat fairly comfortable. Business Class much too large so you don’t receive as much attention as you should considering what you pay for the seat.
More water distribution throughout flight. Food quality poor and hot items delivered not hot on both attempts. Not United Standards
The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.
Air conditioning in the plane wasn’t working at boarding, this resulted in a delayed departure whilst they addressed the situation. The cabin was uncomfortably hot.
Constant cancellations. One last minute cancellation after they bussed us to to plane. Then they sent me to France to get another connection. A total waste of time and energy
Worst airline in the world. They downgraded me from business class to economy with no compensation.
WiFi wasn’t available to economy until the end of the flight.
The entertainment selection was ok, but overall not bad! The crew was great.
Not the quality I was expecting from a company that has been around for ages and charges high prices
The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.
Although it was an overnight flight, the crew could’ve have made more refreshment passes.
Flight attendant kept banging her cart into my aisle seat. Hard. Couldn’t lean seat back. Should be warned of limitations when booking seat
We didn’t flight with British Airways because the flight was cancelled at the last minute .
Excellent! Great flight attendants, good food (in business class, at least), very comfortable. Touchscreen and remote wasn’t great.
Not as good compared to intercontinental flights but reasonable good
