Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "I like that there are multiple bathrooms onboard."
Cons: "The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn."

Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "I cancelled this flight online, then I called to let them know I was getting emails, but that I had cancelled. For two days I received emails about delayed flights and now this."
Pros: "Great crew, comfortable and smooth flight"
Pros: "Crew were wonderful when I was nauseous from turbulence"
Pros: "The flight itself was good! The one from London to Delhi was better than from JFK to London"

Pros: "Movies. Meals. Wine. Freq"
Pros: "Lots of leg room, even in economy."
Cons: "Entertainment choices were a bit sparse."
Pros: "Amenities"
Cons: "Bed was incredibly uncomfortable in first class. It was like sleeping on the floor. People talking loudly in the bar late into the night, which made it even harder to sleep. Didn’t sleep a wink on this 10 hour flight."
Cons: "Older media entertainment screen with hard to use touch interface."
Pros: "Food and service was ok"
Cons: "Delayed at the airport. Very little leg room and hot while waiting to yake off. Entertainment was really bad. Bad screen and sound quality was awful."
Pros: "Nothing. The whole experience was horrible."
Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."
Pros: "Great crew, easy boarding, comfortable enough flight"
Cons: "Could have used a charger for electronics, especially because we were expected to use our own device for entertainment. Didn't order food, but didn't look digestible"
Pros: "The onboard crew were lovely."
Cons: "Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work."
Pros: "Nice airline, great crew and service."
Cons: "Leg room and space was great but the seats could use some more cushion."
Pros: "Free everything...food, wine, spirits, movies, etc. Nice crew!"
Cons: "Seats a little hard, main dinner dish was a little odd but okay."
Pros: "Cool flight, mainly because it was empty. Good food"
Cons: "Seats weren't that comfortable. Entertainment sucked because the screen functions were terrible, very difficult"
Cons: "Everything about my experience was HORRIBLE."
Cons: "Too much food - not enough time to sleep in comfort!"
Pros: "Great Service. Truly enjoyed Economy plus!"
Pros: "The food was AMAZING. No, seriously. Everything we had was great."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "."
Pros: "From the check in to the service on board was very good. Staff were polite and respectful."
Cons: "The food was small. There did not serve bread with the meal"
Pros: "I felt that they were very thoughtful about the fact that it was a long flight. We got two small meals, which was perfect, and even a little gift bag with a sleep mask and toothbrush and such in it. These were just a couple of the many nice touches included in the flight."
Cons: "Very small quibble: the screen resolution, or maybe the contrast, of the personal video players was not so great. This was fine in most cases, but it meant I could not watch videos that had subtitles. Not a big deal but possibly worth fixing. Thanks"
Pros: "Everything went very fast and smooth. I didn't have to queue for the boarding. The Sita were very comfortable, the crew very friendly and halepful and the selection of the movies A+."
Cons: "One toilet not working"
Pros: "The movie selections and comfortable headsets made it possible to watch three movies uninterrupted. The food selections were well prepared. Flight attendants were helpful and efficient."
Cons: "Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all."
Pros: "The crew were excellent."
Cons: "Seats were ridiculously uncomfortable. The seat cushions were worn and had no padding. Very few movie, Show, music and game choices to choose from. The audio input didn't work in my seat. Major fail for a 13+ hour flight."
Pros: "There are lots of relatively new movies to choose from."
Cons: "The complimentary headset breaks easily. Tray table was broken and they can't fix it. Very small bathrooms, knees almost touch the door when sitting down. Food selection for dinner ran out quickly, resulting in only 2 choices and one is hot spicy, so basically only one choice. All beverages are given out in small cups, even water is given out in small cups increments (finish in one gulp), they don't even give out small bottles of water. No complimentary packet (eye shades, socks etc.) , not even a barf bag for collecting trash."
Pros: "very incompetent crew carrying out orders for a very cheap airline."
Cons: "There was nothing to like, attendants were rude, seating was horrible, No room, no snacks, counter persons were even worse, tried to contact virgin australia over 12 times for booking confirm and itinerary, no replies ever, none from HQ in Brisbane. Virgin has NO customer service whatsoever, all they want is to take your money online and do nothing for paying customers. "Paying Customer", remember who we are??? The ones that pay for the worst service in the world. Well done Richard Branson!!"
Pros: "New Dreamliner aircraft was very comfortable with loads of leg room for a tall person like myself at 1.76m"
Cons: "My seat was directly under the aircon and it was blowing very cold all night which made it quite uncomfortable. Fortunately I had an extra blanket which I could wrap over my head."
Pros: "This was my 3rd time to fly to Brisbane, Australia. Love flying with Virgin Australia. They have great service and friendly staff."
Cons: "I brought my own padded seat, but it is a long flight, so it's best to get up and walk around as much as you can."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice."
Cons: "Was denied the seat with extra legroom that my husband had paid for. One of my suitcases (zipper) opened on the conveyor belt, maybe it was tossed?"
Pros: "Great selection of entertainment. Crew was very accommodating. Food and drink service was great."
Cons: "Boarding process was slightly hectic."
Pros: "I liked entertainment options on your phone but at the same time there was nowhere to plug your phone if it ran out of battery."
Cons: "The boarding was good but we did not depart o time which did not cause us to be on time to our destination. It was international flight for almost 4 hours and there was no foodie snacks serve. Only tea or coffee. For a international flight more than 2 hours you should offer something else, soda juices and a snack at the very least. I guess the reason why I am feeling this ways is because I flew with virgin a couple years back to London and was so impressed by he service and the airline and the great quality modern vibe. It was the W hotels of the airlines industry and this time I really want impressed."
Pros: "Due to earlier late connecting flight into LAX, I assume, my bags didn't make it with me, and arrived two days late. But your man Fred from PNG Air was right there in POM Jackson's airport to take my information and somehow two days later I did receive the bags! Thanks! The flight itselfe was fine in every other way."
Cons: "Maybe when I checked in for the last two flights if your check-in agents could've told me more clearly about where in the system my bags were, it would've been less of a surprise to find out in POM that they were not with me. I did ask, but got answers like 'we'll try to transfer them' or 'your bags are in the system', which were not too informative, but maybe as complete as those workers could ascertain, I don't know. I would've liked to be able to check in on line in advance for this and other flights on this trip, if you ever decide to open up that facility (without a charge), it would be appreciated."
Pros: "Professionalism value of service"
Cons: "let me think...."
