Flights arrived early
Horrible customer service. They rescheduled the flight 6 times. they kept lying on the status. Finally departed at 3 AM (instead of 7 PM). Totally arrogant behavior by their ground staff. They have food coupons that no one accepted in the airport.
On time departure
Golf travel bag was damaged (wheels gone and zippers ripped, soft shell with holes in it). How does this happen on a direct flight? The bag does not have to go very far...
Sprint is by far the worst airline poor communication and customer service.The made us wait for 6hrs then just decided to cancel the flight
