Tons of delays. A 12hr flight took close to 36 hrs to complete.
AEROMEXICO left 25 mins early leaving several passengers then said it was our fault because we were not there 1 hour before.
Them blaming us.
Every time I would fly out in Aeromexico we never payed for luggage I don’t know why they changed their policy to charge for every bag.
The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too.
Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service
They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............
Boarding process was horribly handled. Food was inadequate. Stewardess was saccharine. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely. I was told this wasn’t an international flight and therefore no free alcohol. Aero Mexico flight to Mexico City had much better food, free alcohol and more attentive service personnel. Also delays because of equipment problems.

Plane seats were so narrow that my knees were pressed into the back of seat infront of me.
The flight was over 4 hours delayed, and I didn't receive a notification that it was delayed until an hour after the flight was supposed to take off, which would have been ideal given that I had to pay 5x surge pricing for my uber to get there by the original scheduled time. Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed.

Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.
It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

I remember once they asked who wanted stay and spend a night in Panamá, I accepted the offer in Panama, but when the flight that was in my regular schedule was about to leave, they told me that I needed to abord because it was no possible to stay and I made big movement with my luggage and they putted back my luggage in the plane. That was one of the bad moments I experienced with Copa once.
I was treated very well, and respectful in my needs. It was simple but nice.
I don't remember nothing that make me be uncomfortable. I pay for economic class, then I got that.
