Cons: "All went great. Another excellently run Delta flight."

Cons: "Terrible late. Kept getting delayed then finally took off and lost cabin pressure. Had to circle back and land. I finally gave up on the flight and rented a car to drive to Fort Wayne."

Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"

I should buy Virgin Air ticket for my round trip ATL-Ams vv, saved me about $250, if I knew it would be late"

Cons: "This was a 2 layover rebooking of a one layover flight, which was late (I would be missing my connection). I asked an Air France rep in Japan to assign me an exit row seat (it’s a 14 hrs flight and I am almost 6 ft tall). She showed me the plane diagram and picked a seat, but when I arrived it turned out I was in a row directly behind. WiFi did not worked and the flight attendant said “they could not do anything” My film was interrupted twice (with a random film drubbed in Korean) and had to be reset manually Food was not great (and menues are identical on all delta flights - this was my 5th delta flight in the course of one week), the snack in particular (leek and mushroom cream soup-like mass wrapped in a tortilla - who ever thought of this? And one of the flight attendants was aloof and snappy."

Cons: "During boarding, the sign wasn’t updated after Zone 1. I was watching the board from a distance while on the phone, waiting for Zone 4 to come up. Fortunately, I heard them say “final boarding” over the intercom; otherwise I could have missed my flight."

Cons: "Somewhere somehow you need to know that, although partners, Delta and West Jet do not share computer systems and that they are two completely different airlines. This affects ,sometimes, how luggage is handled especially when you land in another country and you have to manually transfer your own - and nobody tells you. You actually change airlines. Itinerary implies West Jet controls the entire thing. Not the case. Better job economic explaining what to With luggage and that, while itinerant implies 1 airline, they are only partners and should be treated separately."

Cons: "The crew was extremely rude. I was skipped got beverages twice and when I rang the bell the flight attendant gave me a lot of attitude. No one likes to fly for 10 hours, I get it, but it was extremely unprofessional."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Cons: "All "carry-ons" were taken at the jetway, which was fine. But, when we landed, as passengers were trying to get off of the plane, the attendants were putting all of the collected luggage at the entry to the jetway. It created congestion. Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

Pros: "Delta auto-booked me so I didn't have that worry once I arrived in Atlanta."
Cons: "Their system gives too-short layovers so any delay at the point of origin means a risk of missing connections. Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

Cons: "Schiphol has an excellent system in place -- you get through all the checkpoints to the gaits in less than 15 minutes. Then at the gait, at least at Delta/KLM they re-check all the documents twice, and that part takes 40 minutes -- so be prepared to come early to take that into account."

He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!"

Cons: "When kindly asked a question by me, one of the staff didn't understand and instead kept insisting we didn't need a landing card (we did). Tried to rephrase the question and she persisted without trying to understand, rolling her eyes and swearing under her breath. Oh, and did I mention the part where we had to pay for our checked bags again? 75€ per bag. For me and my wife, that's the equivalent of a third ticket for our flight. May as well had our luggage fly next to us. So rude staff and exorbitant pricing for things that somehow weren't logged through third party. Cheers! (Sarcasm)"

Qhen we went to board the shuttle bus to the tarmac we were.pullednout of the.line and made to wait 25 minutes and ended up.being the last people to board. We arrived at the airport 2 hours in advance and cpuld have handled this in.advance if we had been notified properly. The BA employee checking us in didn't care that he pulled us and made us wait.... we were very unhappy as to how this was handled."

No plugs for phone or ipad charging; the in flight entertainment system was buggy and the selection was very limited. There was one drink service. Even business class looks worn out and tattered. No wonder the Gulf based airlines are eating their lunch."

Don't understand why we couldn't sit in the waiting room until a "certain time" before getting on the plane, we had to wait outside in a hall with no seats. The room was not being used by anyone else."

Cons: "BA caused our original flight on norwegian to be delayed, we subsequently missed our flight from London to Venice. BA wouldn't even credit the cost of the missed flight to the rebooked flight. Had to pay full freight for first class because coach was booked."

Cons: "We missed our connection flight, to make things worst, we had to wait 3 1/2 hours standing in line just to speak a British airways staff because many of the desks were empty and half the desks were catering to first class and business class passengers"

Paid for seat even when I checked in 24 hours before the flight no airline charges a fee once it's check in time for a regular seat and luggage was also more expensive at $45 usually $25. I also arrived early and wanted to get on the earlier flight where here was room but they did not accommodate for free would have been $500 more"

Cons: "My flight was booked for April 25 and my paperwork actually showed that. Upon arrival at Gatwick I was told the flight left on April 24 and no other flight till April 27 so I had to go to Heathrow."

Cons: "Sitting with not enough leg room for 12 hours. I am 6 ft tall, and I made it work mostly, but needed a neck pillow that I brought to fall asleep, and it wasn't for very long. Just feeling the pinch!"

Pros: "Only 40 people on the flight. Fast flight Nice to Heathrow. Got in 20 min early. That is what happens when the flight is almost empty. But then we had to wind our way from Terminal #5 to #2."

Pros: "Large, generous leather style seats. Snack was a half-baked buttered up ham & cheese croissant (don't expect french quality, it's sustenance only) Crew was wonderful with fixing us a tea & shortbread when we asked for it while on ground"
Cons: "Heavy fog on London pushed my Nice-Heathrow 2h back. They knew about it yet, let us board the plane more or less on time. Once on board they told us we'd stay on ground for 2h, and if anybody wanted to other plans on this new years eve, they had 5minute to get off the plane. I had only 2h transfer time in Heathrow and asked if I got off if I could be rerouted through another hub. The stewardess had no clue, but said this is usually dealt from London and they have more options there, so I staid in plane. It would have been better to know that in terminal where wifi was available and we could have BA customer service give us individual attention."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled . And BA didn't manage it well for me . I am flying business . And have gold frequent flyer . And they offered cheap hotel by airport . Without even a shuttle to go to. I managed to go by myself . You have to stand on a line for an hour to get answers and another line with another 45 minutes to find solution. It's really bad ."
