While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant

The plane was new, clean and nice. The crew was very attentive and pleasant. The food wasn’t great, though - even in business class…

Pros: "Nothing to like aboie this flight , my worst night mare . They are all corrupted I was told to pay for the trip I already paid for. The plain had an engine failure, I could not reach Casablanca for my next flight"

Pros: "I liked nothing about this airline. Lucky I am life… Just when we took off , the pilot announced an engine failure, we returned to Marrakech airport waiting for information instead we were walked around the another from gate to gate, yet still no information. At 3:30 PM we were told that there is no flight that day. They put us in hotel at 8:30 PM. I am at the hotel at this time without information regarding the next flight . This is the worst airline I ever used in my life, not even some sort of customer service."
Cons: "Expel ROYAL AIR MAROC from your list of offers Punish them for treating travelers like garbage. I expect a refund from the price I paid"
