Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Since a new policy of TSA according to them, you cannot take your computer with you in the plane. This means that working in your way back is very hard and you will be loosing the day which is very uneficient. But what was even worse, is that they didn't allow me to check my bag in the last connection gettting to the US, instead they made me check it from my original destination which made me loose almost two days of work without giving me a logic response on why I couldn't check my bag from my inbound flight to the US. By the way, this protocol from TSA is terrible. No internet in their flights No chargers plugs in all of their flights (including the ones that take you more than 4 hours) Lunch in their 15 hours flight is mediocre, everyone was starving since they only gave us one mini empanada."

I don't like that they can't tell you the gate of your connecting flight and how long it will take to get you there - including if you will need to take a bus and the train. I think this could reduce a lot of anxiety. If they could do this, it would also be helpful to let people who have a connecting flight that is boarding in the next 30 mins off the plane first. This would save pushing and shoving in the aisles... and would also reduce anxiety about booking a flight with such a short layover."

Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

We had a connection flight from Johannesburg to Luanda (DT578 TAAG Angolan Airlines) wich we nearly missed. My luggage didn't arrive in Luanda. So far nothing wrong. Delays are normal. The major problem was the ground crew in Maputo who didn't provide proper information on time. Furthermore after landing in JHB no protection to late passengers in transit was provided. When disembarking I approached a lady at the bottom of the stairs and she didn't have our names on the list so we were on our own trying to find our way through the endless cue at the transfers counter. We made it but I'm sure Hussein Bolt would have lost a race against us. Shame SAA!!! This was the last airline in Africa I would expect a such unprofessional treatment. Unfortunately I left my prescription reading glasses on flight VA602 and Jacques Nortje at Heathrow was kind enough to go looking for them at the lost and found of Virgin Atlantic—to no avail. Black hard case with blue rimmed glasses and a blue cleaning cloth. His service was a godsend—enabling me to stay flight side whilst he went land side so I did not need to go through security for an unaccomplished mission as the glasses were not there."

Im aware that dealing with people can be exhausting, especially if common sense isn't so common, but if you're in the hospitality industry, you have to serve past that. Also, the plane just felt gross. There was food on the floor and it felt like the experience could've been better. More attention paid to detail. If another airline alternative exists, Im definitely trying them before booking with Saa again."

Pros: "the gate changed and we didn't find out about it until quite late - we were sitting right near the original gate and finally realized that very few others were there; by the time we got to the new gate, almost all of the overhead compartment space was taken, and we had to fight to hold onto our very expensive equipment. in the meantime i had to unpack/repack my bag in the middle of the onramp while people walked into me. after our initial long flight, it was more than i could take. your crew was very kind AFTER i started crying, but the drama coud have been avoided by better communication up front."

Cons: "seats to narrow, not enough leg room, plus aisle too narrow so people constantly bumping into me in my aisle seat"

Pros: "The crew was nice, the food decent. I liked the selection of movies and was glad for a blanket and pillow and thought the headphones were a nice touch since most people have Bluetooth and it doesn’t connect to airplane TVs"
Cons: "I felt this seats could have been more comfortable, & I was very VERY disappointed that I had to check my carryon especially since it was a backpack and was not designed to check. One of my cosmetic products was even damaged because I had to quickly check my bag at the gate, to my final destination."

Cons: "Paying for simple tea or coffee? I know a profit needs to be made but come on! I was missed completely by the cabin service the first time, and had to ask for tea on the second. I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA."

Pros: "Nice staff, very accommodating to the fact that we were late and missing connections. The ground staff in baltimore were communicative and really nice about the delay. The ground staff in london were super on top of it, handing us a new boarding pass as soon as we landed given that we missed our connection."
Cons: "The back of the plane is just SO cramped. Seems humane to take out a seat in that back section. The food was pretty dry. Would have appreciated a bit more explanation of options. I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"
Pros: "My flight was delayed and rescheduled 3 to 4 times. Then once flight took off, There were no complementary snacks...not even water."
Cons: "All of the above. There should have at least been free water on the flight, given that it was significantly delayed"
Pros: "The BA crew made every effort to insure a comfortable overnight flight. The crew were attentive in roaming without being intrusive. They seemed well drilled in serving on a red eye flight."
Cons: "3 canceled flights and lost luggage.... bad communication by employers and absolutely no help ... we were sent all over the airport several times to the wrong places and felt that no body cared in this process .... I would like compensation and something to make this right ... we also lost our upgraded seats I lpaid for and the vegan meals we ordered in advance"
Cons: "They even charge for water, just like Easy Jet and the low price airlines. BA doesn’t accept US credit cards online, nor do they accept cash. The simple drink service takes forever. I feel sorry for the flight attendants who have to fill out paper credit card forms if you present an American credit card. It’s like we are back in the 1970s. Ridiculous. It’s a $45/bag charge to check your bag. That’s almost double the standard $25 for American carriers. May try to avoid BA in the future."

Called the customer service and they kept directing me to go figure things out with the airport staff. It was a very frustrating experience. Took almost 4 hrs to confirm that the flight had been paid for."

Cons: "80+ year old disabled person placed in aisle seat next to me (middle). She was sweet and thoughtful, but couldn't even rise from her seat without assistance. This pinned the window passenger and me in our seats for 8.5 hours with only one bathroom break -- the stuff out of nightmares and ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE! Of course, crew would not accommodate any changes. ** Why should I ever choose BA again? ** (Seriously, I'd like to hear your answer.) Food nutrition -- generally tasty, but carb-heavy, fatty and salty. A de facto salad meal option would have been appreciated."
Cons: "The entire flight was boarded before the crew determined the engine would not start. We sat on the plane without AC in Chicago for nearly 3 hours. Ultimately the flight was delayed overnight causing me to lose an entire day of vacation in Italy."

Cons: "Gluten Free meals that I ordered were not available, which is a major problem! Boarding took extra long as Crew wasn't ready yet, flight was an hour late in arriving, making it an exhausting 11.5 hr ordeal. Main issue: raging male passenger who screamed at Crew and other passengers for several hours and in effect held us in fear as very young and entirely female crew had trouble diffusing his anger. Seriously thought we were going to have to make a stop to get this guy removed from the plane. What was he so aggressive about? Not having a cradle for his baby. There were many other passengers w infants and he accosted the crew and the couple that did have the bassinet aggressively over and over again. Horrible."

Cons: "Flight attendants worked just as salespersons. Almost 4 hours flight without food and drinks (did not bring even a glass of water). It is a full price company, but served as l low cost airline. BEWARE!"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled less than 12 hours prior to departure. The airlines switched our flight to one that ended at a different airport (where our car was not located). Called the airlines multiple times but only heard a message that they were "busy". British airlines was again unable to help us at the airport. We had to go to American to have them "hack in" and adjust our British airway flight itenerary. I will never fly British airlines again. They couldn't have been less helpful if they tried"
Pros: "I loved the on-demand entertainment which starts as soon as you board the plane and continues all the way into landing / taxing to the gate."
Cons: "The system would not allow me to check-in / get my boarding passes 24 hrs prior to barding, which basically left me with a middle seat all the way to Seattle. I considered this a terrible process and didn't get a good explanation why I was blocked from doing my check-in online."

Cons: "We were not offered water or snacks unless we wanted to purchase, while the "first class" was given free meals and drinks. I was seated next to the curtain and they continually pushed it in to me as they serviced the plane."

Cons: "My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"

Pros: "The airline boarded a little late, but that's typical in Europe. They gave lots of food for the in-flight meal. Several people didn't have their screens work, so they rebooted the system, and then it worked fine. The crew constantly came through with beverages."
