Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.

My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.

Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.

A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.

Very good flight. Delayed but no due to any fault of the airline. Food service is half a sandwich and crackers with a chocolate pot for a 5 hour flight so eat before boarding.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Did not refund airfare, cancelled fue to war in the Middle East. Trip insurance was useless.

Entertainment depends on on-board wifi (no seat monitors) but wifi was not functining
