The plane was very full, and the seats are not very spacious. I was in the middle seat, so it was not super comfortable. I didn't have any experience with the entertainment on board. And food was a Biscoff. Which I realize is just how we do it now, but I definitely miss the days when you could get a breakfast included.
I always have flown Alaska Airlines because I never had an issues. Their customers service is incredible and an amazing communication.
Someone had peed in my seat in the flight before hand. We were rushing to board and fly because our flight was delayed due to a medical emergency on the flight prior in our airplane. My seatbelt was soaked. My seat was dry, but the floor was also wet. It was strange. It smelled awful! I had to be moved and my kids had to sit away from me.
My main issue is that I paid approximately CAD 200 to select four seats for the first flight. However, when I arrived at the check-in counter, I was told that the seats had not been assigned, and my family was relocated to the last row of the plane. I was traveling with two young children, ages two and six, which made the situation especially frustrating. I paid for a service that I did not receive, yet Alaska Airlines did not offer any refund or reasonable solution. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will not fly with Alaska Airlines again.
Had nothing to do with alaska just the passenger next to me on the first flight needed a second seat to fit. He was a big boy who couldn't stay in his own space.
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!
The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.

I didn’t make it because Alaska schedule my flight too tight, I had to run to the other side of the airport, and no one helped me get off the plane early or held the plane for me… so I missed it and it was Alaskas bad, not mine
Flight was too short to have food or entertainment. Also, we sat on the tarmac for 30 mins waiting to take off. Busy time of day!
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.
Flight was delayed. Crew was good but hot coffee was not available.
