Scheduled to fly Cortez, CO to Phoenix at 10am xmas morning. Delayed until 11:40. At 11 it was delayed another hour. At 12 it was delayed another hour. At 1 it was delayed another hour. At 2:30 it was cancelled. Ridiculous lack of communication. We assumed it was weather, but eventually they told us it was mechanical. We had to drive 7 hours to get to our vacation, mostly at night, partially in a snowstorm with icy roads, and of course the 8 hours home later in the week. If we had known they would cancel in the morning it would have been much less stressful for all. Or better yet - have some airplanes on hand in case of mechanical failure!!

The flight was supposed to leave out of Cortez at 6am, the pilot showed up at 620am, and we did not depart untill 635am. Because of this, we missed our next flight out of Denver. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak.

It didn't even show up in fact it was cancel and I was never notified and left 5hrs earlier so I was stuck in Denver international airport for the night and had to book a 400$ flight for the next morning. It's really shocking that I was not notified and I want to be reimbursed for the hotel and flight the next day

We had no security check on our first leg and only went through security for our second leg on the same plane. Huh? Also there was no communication from the airline about checking in or about the fact that the airline isn't in a main DFW terminal. Finally, both flights-- coming and going-- were hours late and caused significant scheduling problems.

For instance I had left my lap top in airport terminal and we were ready to start to move away from gate I had told pilots and they asked permission from the higer ups and was givin permission to shut it down and co pilot ran back to gate and picked up my lap top it would have been a totally messed up my business trip when he picked it up and put it in my hands I was so impressed I will never ever use another airline on this trip to vernal Utah ever again if they ever have any other companies on this same route even if they were more expensive I would still utilize there services because of the professional service and care it's a no brainer for me and my company to use them and the airline routes above and beyond the call of there duty I was impressed as well as the other passengers in this flight Denver to vernal Utah exalent flight and very little turbulence on time and carrying people p pilots and ground crew both airports I appreciate good old fashioned service and careing other then a ticket I was a real person to them all I give them all a perfect 10 OUT OF 10 THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL I FLY ALOT FOR MY BUSINESS ANF THERE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO WISH HAD MORE OF THIS KIND OF REAL BUINSSINESS LIKE THIS I CAN NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM TO MY FELLOW CO WORKERS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES TO RECOMMEND THEM FOR THERE GREAT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THANK YOU AGAIN I APPRECIATE A GOOD IDEA AND ATTENTION TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE SINCERELY LOUIS STEVENS .... At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!

This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all

I tried calling for a shuttle to the terminal for over an hour, and ended up walking in the dark with my luggage. When arriving, the attendant said he had left the phone in the car. That was not so great.

Pilot was personable, airline staff were kind and helpful. Also, it was the smoothest landing I’ve ever experienced in any size plane once we got down below the turbulence.

I’d never flown in a plane that small, and when flying in to Denver, it gets bumpy. I suppose once I get used to it, it won’t be so bad.

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all

Flights never leave on schedule and you’ll end up losing connection flight. Customer support has wait of 60 mins. Never ever flying again.

The crew in Newark forced me to gate check my bag even though there were several empty overhead bins. I had 5 people in my party and we had only 2 bags. Absolutely STUPID.

For instance I had left my lap top in airport terminal and we were ready to start to move away from gate I had told pilots and they asked permission from the higer ups and was givin permission to shut it down and co pilot ran back to gate and picked up my lap top it would have been a totally messed up my business trip when he picked it up and put it in my hands I was so impressed I will never ever use another airline on this trip to vernal Utah ever again if they ever have any other companies on this same route even if they were more expensive I would still utilize there services because of the professional service and care it's a no brainer for me and my company to use them and the airline routes above and beyond the call of there duty I was impressed as well as the other passengers in this flight Denver to vernal Utah exalent flight and very little turbulence on time and carrying people p pilots and ground crew both airports I appreciate good old fashioned service and careing other then a ticket I was a real person to them all I give them all a perfect 10 OUT OF 10 THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL I FLY ALOT FOR MY BUSINESS ANF THERE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO WISH HAD MORE OF THIS KIND OF REAL BUINSSINESS LIKE THIS I CAN NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM TO MY FELLOW CO WORKERS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES TO RECOMMEND THEM FOR THERE GREAT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THANK YOU AGAIN I APPRECIATE A GOOD IDEA AND ATTENTION TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE SINCERELY LOUIS STEVENS .... I tried calling for a shuttle to the terminal for over an hour, and ended up walking in the dark with my luggage. When arriving, the attendant said he had left the phone in the car. That was not so great.
