They will supposedly be reimbursing me for that but I have not received it yet. They would not reimburse me for the money I had to pay to change my connecting flights. It didn't even show up in fact it was cancel and I was never notified and left 5hrs earlier so I was stuck in Denver international airport for the night and had to book a 400$ flight for the next morning. It's really shocking that I was not notified and I want to be reimbursed for the hotel and flight the next day

At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!

Crew was great

The flight was canceled about 45 min. before flying & delayed the next morning about 2 hours, due to mechanical problems. I wish for more on-time flights

At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!

We were told the water and peanuts were in these drawers, help yourself. It made sense for the type of flight it was. Never been on a flight like that before.
