I couldn't put both feet under the seat in front of me. The food was bad tasting and overly processed. We were fed a lean cuisine. The entertainment was from mounted tv's in the aisle. At this point, all planes crossing the ocean should have individual tvs for a customer to watch. They had this 15 years ago, how do they not have it now."

Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

We sat on the ground quite a while while they fixed the PA system with no water then there was a women they'd let on the flight even though she had a different destination - supposedly they spent an hour looking for her bag on the plane. Do you hold up a whole plane load of people that got on the right plane for the woman that didn't and how come when they checked her ticket - no one noticed?"

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of "paperwork" according to the pilot. We boarded the plane on time however had to sit on it during the delay. We were not informed of what was going on until we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When they informed us of the delay they offered everyone free direct TV in flight to make up for the delay. Once we finally took off they announced that the direct TV was not actually working. The flight attendant making the announcements was not sincere and rather unprofessional. Luckily the pilot flew fast so we ended up arriving only 10 minutes late."

Customer service put me on "red eye" to Dulles for the next flight to Charleston, without motel or meal vouchers. I couldnt sleep on the benches there due to asthma and diabetic issues. I arrived Friday 2:30 pm 17 hours late. Dulles overnight cleaning staff helped more than agents at OHare."

She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

We finally got to the baggage counter 4 minutes after the 45 min cutoff and were told that they could not put us on the plane. The cause? SIX check in attendances failed to show up to work in retaliation for Frontier's recent outsourcing of jobs and the fact that their "Discount Den" specials, which have flights out of Denver on Sundays as low as $3.50 were taxing the staff, so they essentially boycotted. All flights back to MCI out of ALL airlines were full so we and our small children had to rent an expensive suburban and drive all night to get to work on Monday after a 12 day vacation. Absolutely the WORST travel experience we have ever had."

But I figured the furtherest ones back might since they wouldnt be blocking the actual exit when they recline. There was no notification when choosing this seat that it doesnt recline, like other airlines have. I think you need to let people know this when paying an extra $30 for a "great" seat. I should have just picked a seat that reclined for cheaper, since all the seats are the same. They all are paper thin."

My arm was grazed and another person was hit on the leg. The fight attendants didn't offer an apology or explanation. They didn't secure the box or put away their personal bottle of water. I'm not usually anxious while flying but that did it."

Cons: "Frontier has found a way to turn something barely tolerable into something laughably inadequate. The seats were narrow, plastic, and uncomfortable. They did not recline, include a tray table (the flight attendant referred to it as a "tray tablet"), or have any form of entertainment on or in the seat back. Common customer courtesies such as beverage services and snacks were not complimentary, leaving many passengers on my 5 hour flight with a dry mouth. The flight attendants, though able to find a way to channel their obvious frustrations into humor, were clearly not enjoying their jobs. Customers were not snapped at, but were oftentimes spoken to in a short manner. I'm assuming they're thinking they could be better compensated with a rival airline, instead of one that charges for soda."

I also was not aware or impressed by the fact that carry-on was $40 extra. And food or drink was not complimentary. Not even water. They also did not except cash on the flight or for carry-on/baggage expenses. Not everyone chooses to travel with a card, so this made it very unfortunate when I arrived at the airport with only a bank slip full of money, and no credit card. Also leg room was tight as well as seating. The plane didn't really take turbulence too well either."

There was a problem in my barcode so I asked how I could solve the problem. When I first went there, she said "no" and she started to ignore me by not answering. I almost missed the flight. And when I went there twice, the woman hided under the counter after seeing me. I was shocked. The worker at Frontier was never professional and acted like a child. The service was terrible. I would feel okay if she could try to help me not to miss the flight. Instead, she had no willing to help me, and sneered me. I missed the flight so I had to buy a new flight ticket. I'll NEVER use Frontier anymore, and I'll recommend to people not to take Frontier. Workers' service is the representative of the company, and she was terrible."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport 2.5 hours before my flight. The flight was delayed by two hours when I checked my bag. And then kept pushing more and more because they were mechanical problems with a plane in Denver. When I was about to push to the 6.5 hour mark ( which I learned via email) it made my arrival time so late in Atlanta but it did not make sense to make the trip. I spoke with someone on the phone from front tier and then a person at the gate. They told me I would be refunded all fees and also receive future travel vouchers. Imagine my surprise today when I saw that I had been charged a $99 cancellation fee."

All because frontier is too cheap to do anything extra for their customers. And $40 for a bag? That's ridiculous. Put it in the price of the ticket... And give me a drink on the plane. NEVER EVER EVER again. I'll spend the extra money to fly southwest where they care about their customers."

I requested to not do that as there is only space for one body to go through. I got 'I'm only trying to do my job' to dismiss my request. Heard complains from one attendant about the delay causing her to miss her sleeping hours. Was not able to relax because of the attendant's loud conversation with one of the passengers and the loud noises made by the slamming of the doors in the food and refreshment area. Tried to keep occupied but the tray was too small to place my apple laptop. So just tried to squeeze myself in my seat to avoid being bopped into my head and shoulders. Not a very relaxing flight. Was not impressed about the are of a customer comfort. Another passengers were also complaining."

Non of them checked the security aspects of the flight before departure including seat belts or not letting people keep their back packs between the legs instead of putting them under the seat. Furthermore, my seat was beside a person who needed two seats instead of one seat and all the time during fligt I was in an extreme discomfort. I talked to the flight attendants and asked them if possible to give me another seat but they were not willing to help much.Totally I am really disappointed with boarding+comfort and the crew. I will definitely try my best not to fly with Spirit airlines anymore."
