Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."

No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."

Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."

The front desk agents at the United Club in EWR were aggressively officious with a lot of the guests that day as well. Overall, customer service was very poor, even though the attendant on the flight were quite nice to me and gave me great service."

Pros: "RDU to EWR was fine, but the return flight was way oversold, and we didn't even get seat assignments until it was time to board. I purchased our tickets months ago, checked in 24 hrs before, and did not check bags, but we still had to stand online and keep reminding the gate agents that we did not have seats and that my three year-old had a car seat that needed to go in a window seat. Once on board, the first clas flight attendant was awesome! She helped us fix a seating nightmare (agent had given my 3 y/o a seat by himself) and came back to coach during the flight to give my son some wings and to just check on us. She and our safe arrival are the only aspects of the entire experience that deserve any stars whatsoever."

I almost missed my flight because the agent at the ticketing counter did not want to let me on the plane because he insisted that I had the wrong COVID 19 TEST to enter my country (Guatemala). I told him multiple times that the test was accepted and that other family members flying on other airlines had no problems entering Guatemala with that test. I even spoke with a Supervisor and the result was the same. It was until I was able to talk to the manager who gave me the time of day and actually read over what I had for the TEST and said it was ok for me to get on the plane. I had no problems what so ever getting into Guatemala with my test results, my fligh was #243 from FLL-GUA on 27/10/20"

That is something comforting about a pilot connecting with his crew and the people aboard the flight. So I would really like that if Spirit would include that. Additionally I do like onboard entertainment but maybe the fares would have to reflect that."

Cons: "The cancellations and forcing to me stay an extra 24 hours in Atlanta."

Pros: "Nothing to be honest. Spirit was an extremely awful airline. They cancelled our flight after several delays because the pilots didn't show up. If you tried to call in, you would wait two hours with customer service and just get transferred again. While waiting in line and on hold with customer service, they would not give us a flight until the next day. We were supposed to be in Las Vegas at 12:00 pm Thursday and they offered us a flight on Friday at 7:00 pm stating this is the best they could do. We had to book with Delta on the red eye that night to get to Las Vegas. Spirit would not compensate us and we our out $560, plus all of the events we booked Thursday."

Cons: "poor comfort, high carry on fee, can't get water, coffee or tea without paying"

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "I was the 4th or 5th passenger to arrive for check in 3.5 hours before my flight, and almost missed my flight due to confusion and constantly being told I didn't have my pass, go to this line, then go to this line. It was the worst check in experience I've had in over 30 years of flying. I would never consider this airline again, even if you offered me free tickets."

Pros: "GATE AGENTS WERE VERY RUDE IN NOLA, MSY. NEED TO BE TRAINED IN BEING BETTER AT BEING CONSIDERATE TO YOUR PAYING CLIENTS"

Pros: "Over the last 10 years I've traveled domestically and internationally on umpteen airlines -- including Spirit once before -- and I've literally never seen a plane boarded faster than I did on this evening's flight 787 from Vegas to San Diego. Crew were very friendly, flight was easy as it could be."
Cons: "The two women at bag check. I *never* check bags, and I *always* use kiosks to acquire my boarding ticket. Tonight, though, I tried three kiosks and none of them worked. Because I was in a hurry I dashed over to bag check (there was no line) to find two young women chatting away. Fair enough, they don't have any customers. But now they do. I stood there for a couple seconds then asked one of them to please help me get my boarding ticket. She looked at me like I was being rude or putting her out for asking her to do her job. She told me to use a kiosk. I explained that I'd already tried and again asked her to help me. The other girl wasn't quite as rude but neither one of them seem to have the slightest interest in customer service, which is weird, because that's their job description. Anyway, I hope both of them walked into an out-of-service automatic door tonight."

Cons: "Spirit did not include my TSA/GOES information on my boarding pass. Therefore I had to disrobe, remove shoes, belt and go through an embarrassing, full body pat down in full view of everyone. Very frustrating...given that I took the time to provide Spirit with all of that information on booking!"

Cons: "The Service was poor everywhere and it is not as cheap as they say"

Pros: "THE FLIGHT WAS ON TIME, didn't have any delays. Crew was friendly. I kinda liked the fact that you can pay for your food only if you want to, not everyone likes the food or snacks airlines offer so its cool to be able to choose. I guess spirit airlines is practical for adventurous people, but not comfortable for family groups cause as you ad on services it gets too expensive."
Cons: "There is no entertainment on board. It gets boring and not everybody wants to sleep so, some music onboard would be fine. Not enough weight permitted on checked bag. Baggage fees to expensive. Depending on what you would like to snack on board some of the prices where to high."

Cons: "Plane 1hr late small seats late to take off"

Cons: "First, they announced the flight was late, then it was not. I could have lost the flight, had I believed them. Typical of Spirit. Unprofessional."

Pros: "I like the assigned seating unless Southwest Airlines"

Cons: "Book on another airline. It cost $55 to check your bag and $50 for carry on. The kiosk wasn't working so I was charged another $10 for the employee to help. Flight was late. $3 for a sofa. Not flying spirit again."

Pros: "Short flight! A/C was turned off while we were sitting on the runway (the plane was WAY too cold when we first boarded)."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 45 minutes while we were sitting on the runway. Plane had no portable water on board, so bathroom was stocked with wet wipes. Plane WAY too cold when we first boarded. Everyone was trying to bundle up and the flight crew didn't seem to notice or care. When we landed, it sounded like the roof was going to rip off in panels. Knee space very tight and I'm not tall."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The plane was delayed in Lima for maintenance isuuses for almost two hours on the tarmac. This caused me to miss my connecfting flight in Ft. Lauderdale. Then I was rerouted to NYC and that plane was delayed two hours because the pilots were stuck in traffic."

Pros: "never again!"
Cons: "departed late, taxied on the run way for an hour on landing"

Pros: "Flight attendants were kind and helpful."
Cons: "My flight was delayed, and after the additional costs, it was actually MORE EXPENSIVE than other airlines. I think it is very misleading to charge so many costs after the initial ticket price. I felt less comfortable than I do on Greyhound bus. I was very unsatisfied with my trip and having to pay unexpected fees that took out of my trip budget. I will only recommend that friends do NOT fly Spirit."

Cons: "low fare comes with surprise, but this is reality. lower cost does come with lower quality. after you pay all the fee and charge, will cost you more by compare paying to other carriers"

Pros: "SOME of the crew members were nice"
Cons: "Horrible service, we were told the flight was delayed, got to the airport only to be told that the plane had already boarded. We had a 2 hour delay getting to our destination and an hour delay coming back home. Me and 5 of my friends were flying together and I can guarantee that none of us will be flying with spirit airlines again."

Pros: "The one flight attendant was hilarious! It was easy boarding and moving around the plane."
Cons: "Nothing in particular."

Cons: "We planned a vacation to New York City from Sunday to Wednesday. Both the New York and return flights were cancelled. Efforts to reschedule were handled obviously by call operators in India, who apparantly read from scripts. We were refunded our money, but wound up spending more due to train and rental car expenses, not to mention the stress involved in having to make last-minute travel arrangements. I understand things happen and the ultimate goal is safety, but I would never recommend Spirit due to their poor communication and inability to offer reasonable solutions in the face of cancellations."

Cons: "Got delayed"

Pros: "I got to my destination in one piece"
Cons: "The seats don't recline. We had one workng bathroom. The flight wasn't full but the flight attendants let two young gentlemen with no disabilities take those entire rows and what emded up happening is that they lied down the whole flight. It was awful."

Pros: "Getting on the plane was like any other airline no complaints there"
Cons: "Plane was too cramped. Very tight fit, couldn't move at all in the seats. And the seats didn't recline like every other airline. Everything cost money the food, drink, every piece of luggage, it was the cheapes version of a flight I've ever been on. Standard luxuries from other airlines were extras that you needed to purchase at on Spirit airlines"

Pros: "This particular model of the plane provided more foot room and was modern."
Cons: "Flight delayed -- other then that we arrived safely into Oakland."

Pros: "Smooth and timely boarding"
Cons: "Nothing is free. I had to pay for carry-on luggage and there's no free beverage, which I had never experienced in any other airline."

Pros: "Non-stop. It got me where I needed to go quickly. Definitely "no frills" travel."
Cons: "Don't let the cost fool you. You'll add on more at the time of travel. The website is not easy to navigate. There were glitches for check-in and I'd have to start over again. And really, Spirit Airlines needs an app."

Cons: "A complete trap. Initialy i was happy thinking I got a good price on the ticket (cheaper then others) but as soon as you go to check in, it's more expensive on checking bags. ($50) They don't allow a small carry on! ($100) They don't even give out complimentary water. (Only $3 bottle water) I will never fly with Spirit again, a complete trap! I fly often but hadn't used Spirit before, this was the first & last time."

Cons: "Luggage weigh cost delayed flights both ways"

Pros: "After reading reviews, I thought that they would be overly critical on bag sizes, weights, rude and possibly a bad choice. I spent extra time making sure my bags fit their size and weight requirements. They weighed both checked bags together (mine and my co-traveler) - so the overall weight just had to be under 80#. The plane was newer and very simple. It wasn't a full flight so we had lots of room. Our return flight was much more full and that was when the leg room was tough because we have long legs."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The fact that they breaked my backpack."
