The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

Since I am over 60 years of age, I asked if there was an opportunity in the very back to have an empty seat next to me. Me did find me one and I TOTALLY appreciated it. I used to have the status to have the better seats and it was hard to lose that...this was wonderful. Thanks for making me feel valued."

It was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did get police and management involved. The overall experience was terrible."

Missed my original connecting flight and the two connecting flights they had me on standby for. got to ohare, the united customer 'service' rep said "there are no more flights to Madison today - I don't even have to look. If you want to get there today, you need to go get on the bus". They didn't even offer to pay for the bus ticket ! Just rude and no customer 'service' at all !"
Cons: "My flight last week they had us board and then de plane do to plane maintenance after I traveled litterly all day it added an extra hour. Then this flight Washington connection to Detroit from raleigh the pilot never showed up and extra hour went by, we got a new pilots but, then leading to faulty paperwork that took another hour and thirty minutes after boarding the plan to get sorted. When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. I feel that if I cancel a flight way in advance before the flight is being departed I should be able to get my refund back I'm sorry to say it is but I would never use this airline company again because if I knew that the first time. I wouldn't have done it. Oh I also found out because I keep getting updates from kayak of the flight that the flight was supposed to been I believe was 8:30 p.m. but due to rain it didn't leave Philadelphia Pennsylvania until around 11:45 p.m. so I'm kind of glad now I didn't go because my family member who I was going to visit would have been very upset because they had to stay up an extra 4 hours and they had to go to work the next morning."

Cons: "There was a lag time from when we boarded and when we departed and there was no reason given for the delay. Unfortunately we also experienced a lot of turbulence during the flight (no one's fault) but our almost two year old ended up getting sick and neither seat back pocket had any bags. Luckily the lady next to my husband had brought her own and gave them to us. We were in the back of the plane and asked for a trash bag and or napkins and they ignored us at first. My husband and I tried to stay positive and laughed pretty much the whole time because these things happen. The crew didn't help us until decent (about 20 minutes later) and seemed upset that some got on the floor as they were complaining that they would need to use a special cleaning agent. Our son was such a trooper and wasn't fussy or crying. His stomach just couldn't handle the turbulence. The only positive about our flight we're the wonderful passengers sitting around us!"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled. I was not notified until after I arrived at the airport. The only alternative they provided was flying to my destination 5 days later. Their phone line has a 2 hour wait so I am still waiting to find out if I have a refund for my flight. Not worth the cheap flight."

Luckily I know that flights to Denver usually leave from the A concourse so I just walked around until I saw a Frontier logo and could ask someone. Even at the gate, it just said Frontier and had no flight info. There was no Frontier employee so I asked a fellow flier."

Cons: "I'm sorry I usually do not say anything negative but all 4 of my flights were bad. They were all late. 2 out of 4 were at the wrong gates. There were no announcements made. If I had not looked myself I would have not even knew.. The crew were rude and unfriendly. No one smiled. Over all a very unpleasant time. I will not use Frontier airlines again."

Cons: "Took almost 2.5 hours for us to leave the gate at Charlotte because there was a problem with the computer. The time estimates we were given were very inaccurate. Took over an hour to complete only paperwork which they said would be 30 minutes maximum."

Have one free drink,a dn one free snack, so that the people who took your cheap flight and are broke don't have to eat their hands.. Also, the whole, not even one free carry on will make me think twice before booking with you guys again. Fortunately I was able to pack über light, and that was my one item. And I get that weight is fuel, and fuel is money. But seriously, that felt kinds rude. Glad I checked in on line and found out in time to repack."
