The flight was smooth, the crew was great but the plane was quite old
Everything was great until I lost my water bottle and they can’t seem to locate it. I know I left it on the plane though.
WiFi didn’t work most of the time. The usb chargers would work only occasionally for 5 mins and wouldn’t charge after that. Had to keep trying repeatedly at each of the seats in the row.
The crew bent over backwards to thank us for flying and make us comfortable. The food service was quick and efficient. The Captain communicated and said goodbye and thank you as we departed. They really stood out!
Okay considering we had weather delays which the Pilot notified us of immediately!
Generally on time departures and arrivals, clean planes, sky miles membership provides great benefits (complimentary upgrades, etc).
Flight from Fort Wayne to Atlanta was the smallest in terms of cabin space that I've ever seen. A carry on I've used for 20 years BARELY fit in overhead compartment. I'm 5'10" and felt very cramped. Not the best experience.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional staff we encountered when traveling with an infant. Our flight was delayed, and the gate staff failed to manage the boarding process appropriately. Due to incorrect, unavailable, or missing 'pink tag' stroller and car seat check-in procedures at the gate, we were forced to board last. Furthermore, the gate staff was rude and dismissive, causing significant distress to our infant. To make matters worse, one of our checked items—an infant sleeper/lounger—was returned to us broken. Given the unsafe handling of essential equipment and unprofessional treatment, I expect a prompt resolution regarding compensation for the damaged items.
We departed and landed early which was a nice surprise. The boarding process was slow.

Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Avelo provided exactly what I expected. They are a low-cost option with no frills but the experience was comfortable and the staff was great! I will be using them in the future for trips when cost is a priority for me.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.

Tight fit in middle seat but OK for short flight. Crew was more interested in talking to each other than helping passengers - strickingly dissappointing. DAB is a great airport. New Haven sucks! Excellent value for the .
Avelo is definitely a budget airline and you get what you pay for. The plane was packed and the seats were not particularly comfortable. Staff was very nice and both of our flights were on time. The one thing I wish I had known was that the staff does not show up at the airport desk to check your bags until two hours before the flight. We had a 4:30 flight and had to check out of our hotel at noon. Since we have lounge passes we planned to check our bag, go through security and hang out at the lounge until we had to board. But because we could not check our bag until 2:30, when the staff showed up, we could not go through security and access the lounge. Passengers with boarding passes and carry on luggage would not have this issue. I might fly Avelo again but would only do carry on or plan to get to the airport no sooner than two hours before check in. And I would not recommend a long flight on Avelo since there is no food or entertainment and the seats are not comfortable.
I had a great experience flying with JetBlue and would always choose JetBlue over the other airlines. I am also very bummed that they will discontinue flying to Belize very soon. SAD
We were delayed and had to circle due to weather and had to divert for fuel. While I understand that you can’t control the weather I would have appreciated knowing that the crew wasn’t going to run out of hours and then having to spend the night in the Raleigh airport.

I was traveling with two small kids and our TV s were the only ones not working. Informed the flight attendant who did nothing about them.
They forced me to check my hand luggage at the gate.
I specifically choose not to check bags to ensure I can proceed directly to ground transportation upon arrival. However, due to a recurring lack of cabin space, I was again forced to gate-check my rolling luggage after going through my luggage to take out electronics and batteries. This practice unilaterally changes the service agreement made at the time of purchase. JetBlue needs to find a better way to manage overhead space that honors the carry-on baggage allowance.

Flight was good wish there were more snacks options for such a long flight but stewardesses were very pleasant as was flight crew.
I was denied a plastic fork to eat my food and was told plastic forks are for paying customers who buy Jet Blue’s food. So I had to make a utensil out of a cup so nourish my body. Like a refugee. Because decency is dead.
I was especially impressed without efficiently the crew got passengers on and off. One of the stewards was slightly gruff, I thought. No big deal but that's what I noticed.
Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service
Flight was on-time, boarding was flawless and the crew was friendly.
Award tickets are some of the best... seats lack entertainment options.
My flight from LGA was cancelled and my rebooked flight from JFK was delayed numerous times. I will now be getting home after 2am.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.
The plane home was a lot nicer than the one i arrived on. Seating was more spacious and comfortable

Everything was horrible. They delayed my flight so I missed my connection flight and I lost my bags. I had to go to the same workers multiple times asking the same questions because everyone kept giving me different answers. One person closed down customer service because he wanted to go on lunch so there was like 30 people just waiting for hours because no one would relieve him.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
Long long delay, no AC while delayed, gate changes, just for the most uncomfortable flight of your life.

My first time experience with Spirit Air was not good at all.The reason i did not know to cancel 24Hrs before flight depature you do charge cancellation fee.
