Pros: New airbus 350-390 are worst than older planes. Economic class space is even smaller now, no storage space for the last few rows

Cons: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.

Cons: No hot water available so no coffee or tea. CRJ on a "western commuter" route is highly unusual.

Cons: Our section, Main 1 (towards tail end of plane) had strong smell of unine which thankfully dissipated once plane was in flight. Also, bathrooms even on boarding were not clean with urine all over the toilet.

Cons: The plane was old and literally falling apart. Tray tables were disconnecting. Worst part: The flight was delayed for some baggage mixup. Then they did nothing proactively to help passengers with tight connections that were only tight bc the flight was so late.

Cons: The flight looked like it was British Airways. But it was actually operated by American Airlines. I selected seats in advance, but was not assigned to those seats.

Pros: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Cons: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Pros: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.

Cons: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.

Pros: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.

Our flight was stuck on msp runway for 1 hour n 45 minutes before we were able to pull in to a gate to get off. No open gat
