Pros: Everything! I appreciate that the ticketing agent helped me get an earlier flight and I appreciated the gate agent making sure I had a good seat! I love Delta!

Pros: tCrew was good. On one side of airplane in main cabin, bathroom was twice size of normal airplane bathrooms. This was welcome.

Cons: I found the delta app to be less user friendly than the United one. I wish the in flight entertainment were in the Delta app versus downloading yet another app.

Cons: Our flight to Denver was delayed by 3 hours, so I had to wait for 5 hours. Supposedly we were waiting for another plane because the original plane had a damaged wing. Who knows if these things are true. Maybe they just don't have enough pilots. I missed my connecting flight. Less time unboarding

Cons: The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system.

Pros: Quick flight, felt like we took off and next thing we were landing.

Cons: Everything was good, no complaints, just a easy flight to JFK.

Cons: Due to missed connection, computer booked me on later flight, but in the wrong class (i.e., not first class as ticketed). Very helpful agent at O'Hare was able to remedy this though (didn't get her name. 6/25/19 at help desk near O'Hare gate L4, 7PM)

Cons: You fly international for 8 hours an you don't have screens and have to pay for entertainment..or a glass of wine?? 60 dollars to choose your seat???..air Canada sucks. I flew to Europe with over 12 different airlines this is one of the worst for sure.

Pros: Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it.

Cons: Our section, Main 1 (towards tail end of plane) had strong smell of unine which thankfully dissipated once plane was in flight. Also, bathrooms even on boarding were not clean with urine all over the toilet.

Pros: flights on the DCA-BOS route are the 2x2 planes, so no bad seats. Seats are also nice amount of space compared to some airlines.

Cons: Not really the airline's fault, but there was bad weather on our route so we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we even took off. So for a 1.5 hr flight we were on the plane for 5+ hours.

Cons: The flight was extremely cold. Coming from Mexico to LA we didn't have jackets / blankets on us but it would have been very helpful for this flight. Deplaning at LAX was ridiculous. We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus.

Cons: This was a terrible flight. Had a connection that was delayed several times and eventually cancelled without explanation. I was traveling for my best friend's wedding and they did not work with me to try to get me on the next flight. I had to book another flight from another airline.

Cons: The issues started with another JetBlue Plane having mechanical problems. This led the JetBlue personnel to plane swap where the Newark Flight took our Boston Flight and gave us the broken plane. This practice of plane swapping to avoid Airport Penalties is absurd. Terrible Experience!

Cons: Checked in 1 hour 45 minutes early and our checked baggage did not leave with the plane. Lost baggage representative on the OKC airport was incompetent. Repeated contact information 3 times and still had to follow up delivery with corrected address and phone number.
