Cons: Delta doesn’t offer military spouses free checked bags and I found this out at the airport. It was disheartening, but at least it’s Delta and not the airline that is supposed to represent America.

Cons: Due to weather & maintenance flight was delayed for IFR release & fuel temperature gauge issues. Staff was very helpful. Would have appreciated a drink voucher. Some unprofessional passengers took their frustrations out on the flight attendants.

Cons: Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline.

Pros: I flew on a basic economy fare (I understand the restrictions) and was seated in Economy Comfort +, so that was appreciated.
Cons: I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part.

Pros: The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!
Cons: The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor.

Pros: We were traveling with a toddler and infant but put in different row because the tickets were purchased separately. Gate staff promptly put us together and even bumped us up to delta comfort. Was a very pleasant trip. Thanks delta!

Cons: They board the front of the plane first, meaning the aisles get clogged up slowing down the process. Also, staff kept insisting pre boarding that more people needed to check their bags because there wasn't enough overhead bin space, but there were plenty of bins not full by take off.

Pros: Accident on way to airport, so I showed up to check bags 45 minutes before flight time. They said they couldn't get the bag to the plane..in 45 minutes? So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league.

Pros: Airline stewards were very friendly and pleasant.
Cons: We booked with Delta, but were put on Air France. Even though we had our boarding passes in hand we had to wait in long, slow line for baggage tags because they would not print from kiosk. There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare.

Pros: Entertainment options weren't bad. Most of the crew was polite other than one flight attendant who seemed ambivalent and unhappy to be there.
Cons: Three hour+ flight and just one tiny bag of pretzels? And no lemon or lime wedges on the beverage cart? Plus, I have to pay extra for one checked bag. I will only fly Delta if I have to in the future. Subpar airline.

Pros: I was notified about the delay via text before I left for the airport, which was nice. I would not have checked my email.
Cons: Delayed for over 2 hours. I have never flown Delta before this flight and it wasn't a great representation. The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars.

Pros: Great short trip with an attentive crew.

Cons: Unnecessary flight cancellation. I had friends taking the same flight at the same time at the same airport from different airlines and they came through for their customers. I received no consolation it assistance with overnight accommodations.

Pros: We didn’t crash and die. That’s the only positive.
Cons: Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced.

Cons: This plane needs to be retired! It was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had! Also the plane was extremely warm. Like a sweat box or a sauna. Miserable flight. Glad it wasn’t long!

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: My flight Paris/London/Manchester?Chicago was the mos impleasant experience I ever had. On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone.

Cons: American Airlines has terrible customer service. We were unable to board our flight at the Philadelphia airport because when we arrived (almost 2 hours before our flight) the ticket counter was already closed for the evening. No one from American Airlines could help us. We were left stranded at the ticket counter until it reopened at 3:15 am. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service we received from American Airlines. After hearing multiple horror stories from others, it is safe to say we will never fly that airline again.

Pros: Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!
Cons: Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!

Cons: The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger.

Cons: A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents.

Pros: The flight was quite emty and instead of packing everyone in the same area, we all had a row for ourselves which was very enjoyable. Flight crew was very nice
Cons: The interview by a British Airway agent before the flight. I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before

Pros: Boarding and flight were on time.

Cons: My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse.

Pros: Despite the boarding process, the on-flight crew was nice. The seats were comfortable. Also, I like the in-plane sockets and entertainment screens.
Cons: When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines.

Cons: I choosed this very very expensive flight because it was so import to be home in CPH at 9.00 for an important meeting. My flight from Chicago was delayed and nothing was done by the pilots to arrive on time. Despite the delay, I managed to arrive on time to my Connecting flight to CPH - only to realize that I was moved to a later flight. Now I have spent 2.300 USD on a poor flight that do NOT bring me to my destination on time. I am a frequent flyer, and will do everything I can Avoiding United going forward. Never United again

Pros: The check in process at LAX was very efficient and smooth. and the crew on the plane was very considerate. And the tv system on some of the planes is very enjoyable.
Cons: There was a technical issue on the plane so they had us get off and wait hoping they could fix the problem. It turned into a 3 hour wait. They covered a meal for us which was good and gave us $50 off our next flight. But I’m not sure I want to book united again. The lady at the service desk was not very patient (which is understandable since a loy of people had to rebook their connecting flights). But I was smiling at her and just asking how to go about changing our connecting flights and she seemed a little bit ready to get rid of me. And the next plane we got on, one of our tv screens didn’t work. And the connecting flight was delayed also because of a technical problem.

Pros: Rude gate staff. They were being very condescending in their tone while saying perhaps appropriate information. This occurred starting when one woman got in line. The sign kept changing...her accharine like tone telling her that boarding would begin at 1130 was unnecessary. Communicating with foreign passengers whose flight had been rebooked to this flight was very poor. Instead of asking them for the name of their baby, the gate employee kept asking them for the lap child name! This occurred over and over until finally they asked for the bany's name. The lady who is from Chicago started practically wagging her finger and just saying NO! to bags that might be too large. How she did this was overly rude even when the bag fit in the metal sizer!
Cons: Sorry....above is what I did not like. I like that my bag was shifted away, tagged and put on board...made it to Rome! Flight staff very professional!

Cons: To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me .

Pros: The leg room and comfort in economy, for a 767, were surprisingly good but the quality of screen and entertainment was lacking. The screen on my iPhone is bigger than the screen on the seatback which if compared to other airlines is not up to the mark. The lack of facilities to charge things like ipads or iPhone was disappointing.
Cons: The seat comfort was good as was the legroom in economy. The crew were friendly and helpful and I found the overall experience good. If Unitied could build on that and just offer power (even usb) and larger screens they would be onto a winner.

Pros: The flight was smooth. Boarding was a bit nerve wracking as a neighboring bin was not closed completely until just before take off.
Cons: The bathrooms were poorly maintained. There was no toilet paper and there was tons of paper on the floor. I was anxious that a piece of TP was going to be stuck to my shoes when I returned to my seat. The flight crew did clean it up. I'm not a frequent flier, but was taken by surprise that I didn't need to check in before getting to the airport. I was amazed that the airlines take it upon themselves to assign seats. I think that's a poor decision as a mom and her 2 small kids were scattered about the plane. Fortunately, people were willing to shuffle around to allow the mom to sit with her kids.

Pros: Not much to like on United. The boarding was the best part as the staff were somewhat helpful.
Cons: One nice flight attendant out of the five I interacted with. I'm flying United less and less because the service just sucks.

Cons: There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you.

Pros: Punctual flight and not filled to last seat. Excellent amber beer.option, no extra charge for beer or wine. Crew members were friendly and eager to please. They were happy to supply extra snacks and coffee or water between regular service. Seat reservations were properly done (unlike a flight in June on Etihad).
Cons: In boarding, putting groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line works poorly. Location of electric outlets needs better (i.e. some) documentation; had to ask crew. The heat fluctuated between too warm and too cold; had to put on and take off a fleece every 10-15 minutes. Chicken option for dinner rated spicy, so had to opt for pasta. No Asian options on flight from Japan; sad. So-so movie selection, controlling screen not very easy, screen often too dark. The list of movies in the United Magazine was incomplete and inaccurate. The size limits on carry-on bags and personal items was smaller than other airlines, unnecessarily so for the latter given the size of the space under the seat in front. United is inconveniencing customers without any justification.

Cons: At check in time being told I needed a eta visa to enter Canada!

Pros: The staff all the way through were awesome. Facilities were clean and as expected.
Cons: Policies about ultra economy tickets sucked. I'm certain I was warned multiple times in the fine print about the hazards of buying a cheap ticket. The fact I was forced to spend money to check a bag and given undo stress about whether or not I'd get bumped because you're not allowed advanced check-in or guaranteed seats with basic economy ticket is not right. Seems the price should simply be the cost to guarantee a basic flight (two carry-on's, guaranteed seat assignment, advanced check-in) so folks can opt out and go for a cheaper ticket on another airline that offer a cheaper fare for the above mentioned guaranteed basic flight options. Felt like a bait and switch.

Cons: The idea of the entertainment system broadcast to your hand held device is fine - it didn't work for me though.

Cons: Confusion and lack of communication about the extra screening process in the airport right before boarding. No information provided ahead of time, to alert me to arrive at the boarding gate early for the extra screening. After I passed through the extra security screening at the gate in Munich, and then went to the counter to complete the extra passport check and security questions, I was asked to step aside and wait. No one told me why. I had to insist on an explanation to the airline staff, and realized there was a mistake - they thought I had not gone through the extra security screening before going to the passport check counter, but I had. This created extra stress and delay for me, as this took place when boarding had started. Respectfully, I suggest that staff is more communicative.

Pros: Both flight were delayed and I had to reschedule my flights and miss my arrangements.
Cons: It looks like that there is no respect for Time .

Cons: I don't understand the purpose of basic economy. I bought my ticket months ahead of time and paid over $300 for it. Only to find out when it was time to board that I wasn't guaranteed a seat. EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A TICKET AND IT WASNT CHEAP. I was put on a waitlist and finally got a ticket after boarding was supposed to be over. I was appalled by the whole thing. Doing away with basic economy or just giving those who buy those tickets the basic rights that should come with an airline ticket should be considered. How can you deny someone a seat if they bought a ticket months ahead of time? What if I wasn't lucky and couldn't get a seat? Wait until the next flight hours later and get put on a waitlist there too? Something needs to change.

Pros: The attendents were helpful and nice except in the situation I've listed in dislike. The plane left on time and arrived early and we didn't have to wait 20 minutes for a gate to open up.
Cons: I chose the back window seat right in front of the restrooms. Crewmember even said it was the worst seat in the house. Although I didn't pay to upgrade, thee were available seats up there. The attendant even said she would ttry to move things around once people were seate without anyone asking. She just knew our row was going to be uncomfortable.. I am tall with big shoulders, the gentleman next to me was large. All that I ask is the attendant come back after all is settled and explain that it wasn't possible to move things around. Although, if there were seats available I should have been offered a different seat. I have flown a lot on different airlines. I've flown on a 15 hour flight overseas. This is BY FAR the most uncomfortable I have EVER been.

Cons: I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive.

Pros: Not happy. Can't afford such high fees to reschedule flight to see my 82 yo parents. I would have to fly first class to have room for my broken leg now. Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week.

Pros: The experience was bad all around. The flight crew was understanding and sympathetic to the situation but offered no concern.
Cons: The gate agent was not helpful when my flight was running late and was going to miss my connection in Chicago. 10 mins is not enough time to taxi to the gate unload and get to my next flight. The doors close 10 mins before even if it was the next gate the door would have been shut. Had to reschedule flight for not the same day or the next day but two days later! During flight my inflight drink was evening coffee and tasted old as if it had been sitting for a while. Was sat next to a sick ER nurse who was coughing and sneezing in and around the open cup. I was sick for 8 and half days following the flight.

Cons: Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and efficient. They were extremely helpful with our requests. The entertainment was good, I was able to watch a movie the whole flight home.
Cons: We were expected to land at 5pm and did not land until 5:20pm. Upon arrival, the line to immigration was ridiculous. The machines were super slow and kept freezing. It took an hour before we could get to the X-ray line. At this point we had already missed the original time of our flight. Luckily the flight was delayed 30 minutes. After going through the x-ray machines we ran to our gate only to find out it had been changed and delayed again. We made it to our flight which was now rescheduled to depart at 7:23pm. After sitting in the plane for 45 minutes we did not depart until 8pm making our landing 2 hours after the original time.

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: If nothing else United has been consistent in their late departures and arrivals backed by absolute lies about the reason for delays. Staff says one thing then Pilot says something completely counter. Then the lack of any sort of heartfelt appology adds to the insult. Every flight was overbooked by at least 5 people. Total incompetence. Moreover, United has made profit so obviously more important than client comfort. The seats were similar to a straight back Dining room chair except with your knees in your chest. They even took away the seat back pouch as a smal comfort to place items to be replaced with an 8 inch high mesh that fits nothing larger than your cell phone. A 6 hour flight and 1 drink service with 1/2 glass of soda. Pay $7.99 only to find out that video does not work through Canada which was the majority of the flight

Cons: I don't think I will be choosing to fly with United going forward. The staff at the desks were rude and very short. I had a layover in Chicago and did not receive any notification that my flight was cancelled due to maintenance. I went to each desk to try and find an associate and no one was available to help the several individuals wondering how to get switched to a new flight. All of us were just given a phone number to call. Once I found someone thy told me that there was no seats available on any of the flights. They found one seat on a plane that was going to laguardia instead of my destination of Newark and then proceeded to tell me that my bags will still go to Newark and it was my job to make sure I filed to get them. (Same thing happened the last time I flew with United) I'm very disappointed all together with how I was treated as a customer.

Pros: The flight was bumpy but otherwise pleasant
Cons: There was a rude passenger that yelled at me as I was exciting the flight suggesting that I cut her off as we were getting off the plane thinking that I took her bag. It was outrageous and completely ruined the flight for me. I realize this has nothing to do with the flight but it just made me feel so crumby and attached that I felt the need to share it. Also the leg room was a joke. We barely had any room to move. I probably won't fly coach on united again due to the bad taste it left in my mouth. Unfortunate because it's hub is in chicago.

Cons: No free wifi. No free entertainment. Smaller than a kids small fruit snack bag of trail mix for a 4+ hour flight. Gate issues delaying our boarding-resulting in late take off.- and delayed transit home to last available route of the night- thank goodness!

Pros: We didn't crash
Cons: The gate attendant reopened the plane for the man in front of me because he had one book bag and refused to let me on because I had two. The room and taxi voucher were adequate. But $30 in food vouchers doesn't get you very far in an airport. Also that's just enough to survive the lay over that was caused by your maintenance issues. Your attendant then tried to put me on standby all day the following day with a guaranteed flight at 8pm. I then asked him to check other airlines and was able to get an 8am one. The sheer lack of customer service is impressive. PS if your airline screws up, the least I deserve is a seat upgrade or some free sky mile points.

Cons: The seats are basically a covered board that don't recline. For a short flight it is OK, otherwise if you want comfort beyond that, this is not your airline. Flight was delayed due to an IT issue and we couldn't board. Perhaps a backup plan for the future. Paper and pencil doesn't break down that easily as a backup option.

Pros: There was no redeeming qualities to flying Frontier
Cons: Literally everything. They charged for everything, hidden fees and terrible staff. Will never fly frontier again

Cons: After flight was delayed, I've never had a worse experience with an airline. My final flight leg could have waited 10 minutes and gotten me back on time. Instead there was an atrocious line at customer service, where they finally denied me a hotel room, cot, blanket, pillow...after absurdly allowing a man to cut over ten of us in line simply because he requested a translator. Multiple employees lied/gave misinformation, adding heavily to the feeling that Frontier cares little about customer service. Terrible experience!!

Cons: I had a quick trip planned for a hiking expedition into the Grand Canyon. The day of my flight into Las Vegas my flight was initially delayed over 3 hours, then canceled entirely. I had to buy another ticket from another carrier. On such short notice the ticket was quite expensive. Then, leaving Las Vegas my flight was also delayed, this time for over two hours. Luckily the flight still went and I was able to get home. Obviously, you pay less money to fly Frontier (although baggage fees are quite expensive) and with that I recognize the seats are less comfortable and there are less amenities, however, the delay and cancellation added a lot of stress to an already short trip. I will think twice before booking tickets with Frontier again.

Cons: When I was at the ticket booth checking my bag. The young man was rude to me and acted like he didn’t care to help. I told him I would also like to add my ktk aka pre check on to my ticket and he said he couldn’t do it. It seemed like he didn’t know what to do. I almost missed my flight due to not having pre check on my ticket. Every airline I’ve flown has never gave me this problem. I get anxiety more than most people do and this guy just made it even worse. I ensured I gave my the right numbers/letters for my pre check and he still couldn’t get on the ticket. I will never fly frontier airlines due to this

Cons: I got a notification that my 11:20AM flight from MIA to ORD is delayed for 5 minutes. Upon arrival in airport, I was told that there's a mechanical problem with the plane in ORD and that the plane hasn't left ORD (flight time 3:20). Thankfully, we had a place to stay for a day so we asked to be re-booked for the flight for the next day. Others took a refund and went to book a flight on a different airlines. Others had to wait until arrival of equipment and their plane didn't leave until 8:15PM that day (meaning they had to be in the airport for 9 hours!) I understand that the airline has limited amount of equipment and crews, but earlier notification would have been appreciated

Cons: Air traffic control issues kept us from leaving on time. They did a good job of catching us back up, and even though we were late, they made up time. I like the design of the plane where the seats are thinner and there is more leg room. I had quit flying Frontier because of the measuring of the carry ons, feeling like cattle being herded, etc. This was a better experience, with the exception of the carry on expense. With that and charging for every little thing, your prices are not any cheaper than any other airline.

Pros: Flight arrived very early
Cons: At check in staff were trying to make me check in a bag that's a carry on size. I have carried this duffle bag as a carry on for years with various airlines. I had a normal size duffle bag ands tag at check in were being extremely pushy advising me to pay an additional $40 to check in my duffle bag. He stated if I didn't check it in now they would make me pay an additional $60. I decided to take the risk and not check it in and I had no problems with my bag at the gate. I'm not sure if this is something they do to profit more money, but it was definitely an inconvenience going back and forth with the staff about my bag.

Pros: All employees I interacted with were very friendly. Return flight arrived early.
Cons: I thought I had found a great deal when I bought my Frontier ticket. Later, I learned they not only charge a fee to check a bag (increasingly common) but to carry on a bag. Basically, if your travels require, you know, clothes or any personal belongings, you'll be paying an additional $30-60 each way. In my case, it was an additional $70 total which means it was no longer my perceived "great deal". On the first flight, I thought I missed the beverage service..oh well. On the return flight, I realized they apparently don't even do a true beverage service because I finally had to ask an attendant for water just so I could take my medication. What else...it was an international flight and they had zero writing utensils to lend to fill out the customs forms. When I arrived at the airport for my return flight I discovered they were the only airline for which you couldn't check-in at a kiosk. This resulted in being forced to stand in the only giant line when I didn't even have a bag to check. After realizing just how cheap Frontier has become--and that it ends up costing much more, I will never fly them again.

Pros: Flight crew was excellent. Other ticketing agents helped to ensure that we made the flight.... in spite of the uncaring one...
Cons: Seats are super uncomfortable and tight... First ticketing agent calls out our flight... last chance (we were starting the kiosk process) - I call out that we are Chicago flight. She rushes us to the ticketing agent at the counter (46 minutes to departure).... ticketing agent at counter says "You'll have to stand in line over there for the next flight... should've been here 45 minutes or more..." I make my case (loudly) that we ARE here in time, and that we will only be delayed because she is dragging her feet. supervisor comes over and does something; tickets spit out and we are off to run to the gate. Make it; but way out of breath; and there is still plenty of time to board the plane.

Pros: Boarding the plane from the ground using both the front and rear doors of the plane made loading carryon luggage much better than airports that use an enclosed extended arm for only the front door. The extra leg room for sitting in an exit row with reclining capability is huge! I would be willing to pay to get an exit row all the time since the first flight was spent in a "normal" seat and the leg room is pretty bad with how many rows of non-reclining seats have been crammed into their planes.
Cons: The open access to the planes required extra security personal constantly checking passports and boarding passes because there's the possibility of wandering over and boarding an incorrect plane.

Cons: crowded seats, no room for my knees, since the kids behind us had little room they were constantly kicking our seats and crying, the aisles were too narrow, the seats were uncomfortable, we did not understand that we had to pay an extra chg for our seats which should be part of the original charge (that's ridiculous!), had to pay an unbelievable extra chg for something to drink, and then if that wasn't bad enough, we had to wait for over an hour for our luggage! Never again will we book Frontier!

Pros: Not only were my fiancé and I hit with $130 in fees for baggage, the night prior we decided to upgrade our seats to row 1 for extra leg room for an additional $90. Little did we know for that price we'd be jeopardizing the ability to reclining our seats...on a red eye flight. I'm incredibly disappointed in frontier. I use to fly them frequently to/from SFO to the Midwest and the quality of service has decreased tremendously! These additional fees you tack on are taking advantage of customers and unethical. My family and I will not be flying with Frontier again.

Cons: Only airline in the airport with delays from a snow storm 3 days ago!! About 7 hours in the airport with multiple delays before it was canceled. No other flights available for a week. Refunds available (supposedly) but had to wait in lines over 10hours long or through their phone service with significant waits before being routed to their website which was pointless. Some people were waiting over 10 hours to pick up their checked bags from previously canceled flights. Hundreds of flights were canceled the day before as well. Again, this was the only airline in the airport with these issues. Other flights were leaving without problem. I will never fly frontier again.

Pros: I enjoyed that I had an aisle seat when I chose a random seat instead of paying for one. The crew seemed nice, a little overwhelmed but I had limited interactions with them. Boarding was fine and I was relatively comfortable on the plane.
Cons: I did not like that Frontier allowed for multiple people on the plane to yell and scream about the flight being delayed and how terrible their service was using lewd, degrading language that I felt unconfortable listening to after spending 6+ hours traveling before I even got on the plane! As a holiday traveler I am aware that there are delays and things are congested, maybe I'm the only one. I did not enjoy that I had to be subjected to that while sitting on an airplane that landed 45 minutes before even reaching gate. This continued on to the baggage claim section for another 45 minutes until finally I told the guys to shut up! The 2 men should have had security called on them or taken to another room to air their grievances instead of subjecting the rest of us to their tirade. I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed in the way Frontier airlines at O'Hare handles disgruntled passengers and will most likely not fly Frontier again despite having a relatively enjoyable flight.

Pros: Flight was at a low price and convenient.
Cons: Mobile app was not working correctly and a ticket agent helped me purchase there at a discounted price. On the way back the ticket person didn't help at all and said she knew they were having problems with the mobile app. Said she could do nothing and quickly gave me a customer service number to call. Wow that was really effortless. If you have an app to purchase at a lower price for carry on and it is not working then have a back up plan to help you customer get what is advertised. Like it was a bait and hook. Besides that everything else was OK.

Pros: The flight attendants were fairly kind and considerate when going about their job.
Cons: I fly a lot and have taken a fair share of disappointing flights but this one certain hits the top. The boarding process was chaotic; the woman at the counter was down right rude and did not once make eye contact. The flight crew was close to useless when people were taking too long to be seated or placing bags in the overhead. I cannot rate food or entertainment because frontier is too cheap to even hand out tiny bags of mixed nuts. You certainly pay for what you get. Then we all waited 45 minutes for our bags to be unloaded at baggage claim. That is an unacceptable amount of time! Only for me to realize my bag was lost and somewhere in Mississippi. I've been traveling as a frequent flyer member on united and American for five years and I was considering joining frontier'/ program but after this experience I need to reevaluate.

Pros: Lights turned off at night, not a lot of announcements to disturb sleeping passengers. Plane was clean. Crew seemed fine enough.
Cons: To begin with, a three-hour delay on what was already just a four-hour flight, and no steps made to even offer snacks or discounts or other amenities to apologize for the gross delay. Very uncomfortable seats; even dead tired, I could not get much sleep. I usually use the food tray as a place to rest my head, but it was far too small to use for that. Upon landing, another 45 minutes of delay as we waited for our gate to become free, and again, no measures taken to apologize or make us as customers feel like they wanted us to feel even a little bit better about the situation. I get that it's a cheap flight option, but even so, the company needs to take more responsibility for its internal problems.

Cons: I showed up to get boarding pass and no one was at counter. I waited and when she finally showed up she wouldn't let me check my bag that I already paid for online saying I must be there 45 min prior. I was exactly 45 min prior but waited for someone to come check me in. Therefore I JD to open up my suitcase and throw away every product I had since I was carrying my bag on. Trying to rack my brain if that was everything I ran to security. They ran my suitcase through scanner and checked my suitcase 3 times which took a very long time all bc of a wine key I had and forgot about. Finally finished I ran to my gate only for them to tell me it was too late. I am a frequent flyer and am very aware of what to take and not to take on a carry on. But bc it was supposed to be a checked bag it was a nightmare. I have never missed a flight and I have always gone through every airport in the states and internationally quickly and stress free. I will not be flying with frontier again.

Cons: Keep in min someone else bought my ticket. However, is was ridiculously priced. Then you have to pay for carry on bag which is ridiculous and costs more than a checked bag. On the flight there were no tvs. No big deal because I don't feel like giving them more money. However, you don't even get water or anything to drink. So I sat there suffering with a dry throat the entire time. My friend asked for a cup of ice and they wanted $2. On top of that we hoarded the plane well after we were supposed to be already in the air.

Pros: The crew were the best flight crew I have had, funny, enthusiastic, happy to help and very friendly. If all your crews were like that it would be awesome

Pros: The plane did not crash. That is the only positive aspect of the trip I could come up with.
Cons: I paid for my checked luggage, which was expected and fine, however I was told my carry-on bag was okay but it was not. After my ticket had been scanned at the gate and I was already halfway down the gangway, a gate agent began yelling at me to come back. The other passengers looked at me like I was a criminal or something and it was quite humiliating. The agent said (rather rudely) that I had to pay an additional $40 for my carry-on. I explained that I was told the bag was fine when I was at the ticket counter but they did not care. They further informed me that I was paying $10 more for my bag than I would have at the ticket counter, leaving me feeling scammed. I emailed the company immediately upon arrival, explained the situation, and asked for a refund of the carry-on fee given the unusual circumstances. I was flatly refused. Horrible experience, horrible employees, horrible customer service, horrible airline. Their ticket prices might be low, but that only seems to be to lure customers in so they can be tricked and swindled for more money. I paid more for my bags than I did for my ticket!! This company seems to operate on a "bait and switch" business model and through some research I did on them following this experience I found they already have compliants against them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Pros: The airline crew was fine. The flight itself was fine.
Cons: During an extended delay, Frontier airport staff neglected to communicate with the planeful (approx 200) passengers waiting to board our flight from Denver to Chicago. Although the flight time was changed several times, no accurate information was given to the waiting passengers. We were only told we did not have a crew, and if a crew was not found, the flight would be cancelled. The Frontier staff did not seem to care whatsoever about the effect of the extended delay on the passengers, or the very possible cancellation of the flight. In the end, the flight boarded about 2 1/2 hours late, and arrived 3 hours after its initial scheduled arrival time.

Cons: The highway to the airport in Phoenix was shut down due to a murder on the highway. I took an alternate route. Then the construction at the airport and the signage was terrible. I stood in line curbside to check my bag at what I thought was frontier but it was delta. By the time I got to the frontier desk, they closed the flight. They said they could get me on the flight but not my bag. My bag had my sales materials in it. It had to go with me. I ended up on a United Flight. Cancelled Frontier and they charged me 99.00 to cancel!!! And I had trip protection but it does not cover incidents like this! UGH! It was my first experience with Frontier. I did not know they were fee heavy. I will not fly them again.

Pros: I sat in the first row, so the leg room was pretty good.
Cons: Kayak quoted ticket prices in search results that were not consistent and I didn't know off the top of my head that Frontier makes you pay for all luggage, even carry ons. The woman at the ticket counter did not notice my luggage and let me know that I needed to pay extra for it, so I paid twice as much at the gate ($60) after being pulled out of the boarding line. These results should be marked differently so it's not so difficult to figure out which tickets are actually less expensive. Only water on the flight (unless you want to buy a can of soda for $5), only one chance to get water, food is also only for purchase. No entertainment options. An oil slick of grease and grime over my window. Very, very unimpressed.

Pros: Newer jet, clean, smooth flight
Cons: Two of the three flight attendants were a little obnoxious. Before we took off, the female African American attendant openly said that people weren't listening to her about stowing carry on bags and said "this is like dealing with a bunch of 2-yr olds" uncalled for in my opinion. The only male attendant was insincere on his announcements and it's the first time I've ever flown (hundreds before) where on two occasions he asked for people to clean up after themselves. Also the lines at the sole checkin desk in Seattle was too long. Should have had more than one person checking people in. I'd not recommend this airline if I was asked today what my opinion was.

Pros: The actual flight itself was smooth and as expected.
Cons: Everything else but the actual on air time itself was awful. At ORD the lines were short/fast but the agent was a little rude, it was my first time flying Frontier so I just had a few questions and she made me feel like I was annoying her or wasting her time. At the gate the boarding process was as expected, except I think the gate agent could have done a bit better crowd control, it was really cumbersome to get across the multitudes of people with unassigned seats or later zones that were clogging up the entrance just standing there. The flight was smooth. Upon arrival at PHX luggage took upwards of 30+ minutes to arrive and some passengers had to wait much longer. My luggage arrived damaged. I filed a report at the Frontier desk but their response was to ask me to leave my broken luggage there, take my items in clear trash bag and wait for a voucher. How am I supposed to take my items to a hotel for business meetings in a trash bag? That's not an acceptable solution to a problem I did not create, baggage handlers did it. When I got to the hotel I realized that the items I had on the front pocket of my luggage were tampered with and one item was missing. I was told I could go spend the money to replace my luggage and bring them back the receipt, and then leave them the broken luggage cause and I quote "you can't have it all". What does that even mean? I can't have MY luggage? That I brought in perfect condition and the baggage handler broke? Come on. They did not explain if they would offer a refund immediately upon receiving my receipt, it was all very rushed and vague and I was going to miss my transport so I had to leave. They did not give me a claim number or a number to call back at. Nothing. I wasn't even being rude or loud or annoyed like some customers get when these things arise. I understood perfectly that it was an accident and these things happen, but I still deserved a proper response and decent treatment, since I just paid $45 for a checked bag only to have it be broken. On the day of my departure from PHX I arrived at the airport on time, 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier from my departure. I stood in line at Frontier for an entire hour to check in my luggage even though I had checked in online and already paid my fee. I asked if there was a place for people who already were checked in and a rude airport staff member told me to just "get back in line". After waiting in line for that long suddenly the desk agent yells to all the passangers from a flight to Denver to move up to the front of the line, so about 100 or more people move ahead of me despite the vast majority of them having arrived late. I understand their flight was leaving earlier but what about our flight? How is it reasonable or fair to reward people for being late and make people who have been dutifully and calmly waiting in line FOR AN HOUR standing with heavy bags wait even longer? The whole thing was just terrible!

Cons: The flight price looked great and like I was saving money, I was very wrong. By the time that I was charged to select my seat, pay for my one bag, and pay for a soda on the flight, I could have flown a different airline and saved money. The flight was delayed both ways. The way home was even worse. It was delayed 4 hours because of three different issues and we had to change plans. The crew was extremely rude to people who were inquiring about the delays. I will never, ever fly this airline again...

Cons: The discount terminal at LAX was a zoo. The flight was pushed back multiple times, with gate changes, and I think we left almost three hours after the scheduled departure. There was little acknowledgment of the delay -- something like a free beverage would have been nice to make up for the scheduling inconveniences. The flight itself was very spartan and the lack of cushioning or reclining made it a pretty uncomfortable few hours. After touchdown, we were on the tarmac for at least forty minutes waiting for a gate to open up. This was not a good experience -- I felt like a fifth-class (or lower!) traveler and I will probably pay a little more to avoid flying with this airline in the future.

Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: For starters, we scanned our tickets at one gate and boarded at another. First time I've ever seen that. There weren't enough Gate Agents to manage things so I waited in line for 40 minutes to pay your ridiculous $60 carry on fee. By the time someone was able to help me, my boarding group had already boarded. I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing.

Pros: Nothing except the flight attendants tried to be pleasant
Cons: On a Friday night the flight was over 4 hours late. There was nobody at the gate the entire time and no notifications on the board we had to find it by calling customer service or notifications on our phone that were confusing. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. No refunds and to add insult to injury when we finally got on the flight they still insisted on charging for a soda. The seats are barely better than sitting on a bus, hard plastic with minimal cushion they are narrow but the leg room is adequate. They took away an entire day literally noon to 9 pm from everyone just wanting to get home or a get away weekend in Chicago and offered nothing, in 2 hours they could have sent another plane from the hub in Denver but felt it was better to ignore probably 150 customers for 6 hours. they could have rescheduled the flight for a later time allowing people to leave the airport and come back or given people food vouchers none of which they did. They could've done a lot of things but chose to be a low-cost airline which they must have felt somehow validated poor customer service.

Cons: Our flight was scheduled to leave at 4:15, their was another flight at the same gate scheduled to leave at 3:45. It was unsurprisingly not enough time to board the flight before. While in that extra time of waiting for our plane to come to the gate after the flight before took off a hail storm hit. Had we been on time we would have avoided the storm. We also taxied in Chicago for over 20 minutes waiting for our gate. I ended up missing two of my buses to my final destination which was very frustrating.

Pros: The flight landed early.
Cons: We spent 15 minutes taxi-ing off and on the runway. Baggage was sent out 27 minutes after passengers left the aircraft. My seat was at the end of the aircraft, and I had to pay extra for that, and had sticky gum all over it. When I told the flight attendant, she said, oh no, really? The flight attendant did nothing to help me be reaseated or clean my seat. After a passenger vomited, the flight attendant did not help the passenger by providing anything to cleanup. The aircraft stank of vomit as we sat in the runway for 15 minutes. The flight attendants woke me up to sell their credit card, but not to provide refreshments/water. The announcements went on for over 10 munutes. My seat was surrounded by screaming and crying infants and nothing was done to help those mothers calm their children down. The seats had very little leg room for anyone my height and taller (5'9"), despite having to pay for the seat. I will not fly Frontier ever again. The upfront low price doesn't reflect the baggage, carry-on, and seat add-on fees, so it's very deceiving.

Pros: It was a short flight.
Cons: This is as much against kayak as Frontier. If you display a price that includes all fees and taxes then that's what you expect a particular airfare will cost. When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If upon the day I fly I effectively have to pay the equivalent of the original fare AGAIN just to carry on my bag then I feel deceived. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch.

Pros: I liked the low price
Cons: I didn't like that as a disabled young person the airline did not accomodate my injury. The previous 7 times I've flown since my injury each and every airline has given me priority boarding AS WELL as priority seating with more leg room. I cannot bend my right knee enough to sit in a regular airline seat. The entire 4 hour plane ride I was in pain and had to consume more then normal pain medication to make it through the flight. It's absolutely unacceptable in 2016 to comepletely disregard persons with disabilities when it comes to flying. I plan on writing a letter to Frontier airlines, as well as any affiliated companies they work with. I will not rest until it's assured this does not happen to anyone else.

Cons: Seriously, it was a horrible experience. Everyone complains that they're misleading with the cost, but it really just adds up to what you pay on other lines, maybe slightly less still. BUT, so not worth it. Spend the extra money elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Seriously, there were 3 people that were nice, everyone else was flat out rude. Both on the phone and in person. And I was nice to them even though I was really upset, which was hard to do. Our first flight was delayed 8 hours for maintenance. We got a $10 food voucher and a $100 flight voucher. Not the best compensation considering the duration of our time in the airport and the cost of food, plus the fact that our flight was more than $100. We couldn't use the flight voucher on our return flight because it was already booked (even though a supervisor prior to that said we could), so that was worthless since I have no interest in flying with them ever again. I found out later that the flight voucher can at least be used for baggage and seat selection on the return flight, which no one mentioned even when I specifically asked multiple people (including a different supervisor) what it could be used for. But that didn't help me out either since... the flight back was flat out cancelled 40 mins before it was due to leave because they didn't have a crew to fly it due to weather issues elsewhere. The next flight they could get us on was two days later or 2 weeks later... We got a refund, but of course since it was such short notice then booking on another airline was far more expensive and they don't make up the difference. It seemed like Frontier runs things so tight that they don't have any backup plans for what I would assume are not wholly uncommon things, like maintenance and weather issues. And, as other people have pointed out, they were the tiniest seats I have ever seen. All I could think once we got on the plane was, "Thank God I'm not fatter or taller and thank God we weren't stuck on the plane itself!"

Cons: I arrived at the airport 2 and 1/2 hours early for my flight... When I get there the line to just check a bag is swirling around the airport. I was disappointed I'd have to wait in said line but I went to the end to start the process of getting it done. About 30 mins into this line one of your employees starts calling off flights ones I'm assuming wee leaving soon so those people got to cut to the front of the line. A respectable thing but also very frustrating for the people actually waiting in line because it stopped movement completely. After they get those people out the line starts moving again but the one person controlling the line leaves and the people in the back feel untitled to bumrush forward and open up one of the crowd control polls and get to the front at which point everyone else is stuck to wait for the back of the line to go first. No one stopped them just let them go right ahead and make me wait. So at this point I've been at the airport for about an 1 hour and 15 mins. Not even through the line. As I approach the front finally an employee comes out and closes the crowd control line that made it possible for everyone to cut when I pointed that out they gave me excuses and were very rude. My flight was boarding in the next 45 mins and closing gates in the next hour or so. Next they start calling flights again ones that need to get through because they won't make their flight if they won't. My flight home is one of those. I'm at the front of the line so I figured I'd just be allowed to check my bag and get going but instead she lets people that I watched walk in less then 15 minutes ago go in front of me. I was furious I had been waiting 1 and 1/2 hours and people who showed up 15 mins ago are probably going to make MY flight while I wont.. I point this out to the lady and she says I'm just trying to get everyone to their flights and I do appreciate that but they were going about it all wrong. I finally checked my bag with probably 40 mins to spare before doors open to board and 1 hour before doors close. I turn the corner to look at security and feel defeat because I know there's no way I'll realistically make it through I turn around to talk to a supervisor about what she can do.. Get me on another flight? At least tell me they will work on their tactics of the bag check line. But instead the supervisor tells me that I have to try to get through security and that its my problem and they will deal with me at the gate if I don't make it. I hurry into line at security and we are not moving. All of a sudden the security line starts picking up because they brought the dogs out. I get through security with about 3 mins to spare I start running I get to my gate on the dot of gate close and the only reason I made it is because of delays due to maintenance which I had asked to reseive updates on my flight that wasn't given to me.

Pros: The entire experience was horrific.
Cons: Flight was delayed by 4 hours. Reason being there was no crew due to the reason there was a snowstorm in Denver. Second, there was afamily ask for sitting in front of. The kids were out of control the parents nor the flight attendant said anything. The kids were banging on the armrest and the table. BirdTo you, I say you have won over the heart of my best friend. You have won over my heart, and the hearts of all of her friends and family. We’re giving her away to you, know that you’re marrying one of the most wonderful women in the entire world. May you cherish her, the way we all have. May you love her the way we all have. May you overcome any challenges your future faces. To you, I say thank you. Thank you, for making my best friend’s dreams a reality. Thank you for giving her the fairy tale she so very much deserves.Third , the turbulence was horrific!

Pros: Flight attendants and gate personnel were very gracious. Nice flight (weather cooperated) and no delays.
Cons: Desk personnel at ORD were horrible, very abrupt, and just plain angry. Everyone has a bad day, but I'm easy to deal with and the only thing I did was step one foot over the "wait" line to the counter. I apologized after you snapped at me and continued to smile... while you continued to frown and be condescending. That alone means I don't fly your airline again. I can afford the extra for Delta and I should have stayed there. Seats were really uncomfortable and though we paid extra for the better seats, leg room was at a minimum. Again, about what I expected. All told, for 1 bag and a little more legroom, we paid an extra $115 per tick. Not really any savings over a more full-service airline.

Pros: I'm typically on the Thursday flight from SFO to ORD. For the most part the flight has departed on time and arrived into Chicago early or ahead of scheduled arrival. The seats and space is comfortable. The price is also very competitive over all. The planes have generally been clean. I like the early flight time from SFO and option to arrive into ORD at a reasonable hour.
Cons: Flight crew is generally rude, and unfriendly. You can notice the difference in professionalism between the flight crew on American Air or Virgin than Frontier. The take off/and landing is not the smoothest, and the navigation through turbulence is poor. The customer service agents at the airports have been rude. I was in the airport security line for over an hour. I had asked an Customer Service rep for help that was walking by to avoid missing my flight. The person ignored me and continued walking. The service charge for carry on is not favorable. I dislike arriving early into Chicago and having to wait on the run way for over 15-20 min before we can get to a gate. Defeats the early arrival.

Pros: Point A to point B
Cons: This is probably a common statement, but I will never fly Frontier again. Kayak costumers should be especially wary since Frontier's main strategy is extracting fees for things everyone expects to be free. You will pay $30-40 for either checked OR carry on bags You will pay $15+ just to have the seats you bought next to eachother. You will pay $20 more for any of those seats to recline at all This would be ok, but the bag fees alone more than erased any savings I got on the tickets.

Pros: The fast boarding
Cons: The price of the flight did not include information about the luggage and seat fees. As a dependent of an active duty service member, I have never had to pay for luggage. Ever. And to have to pay for a seat on the plane, an additional $150 round-trip for luggage and pay for water on the flight too, it made me very angry. I will never use Frontier Airlines for any or my travels, nor will I ever recommend that anyone uses them either. In fact, I have already told friends and family to avoid Frontier because they are a total rip off!
