Pros: "Meals, crew, movies"
Cons: "Very bad smell, pass landing"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and kind, and the flight was very easy. The food was good and not too expensive. Security was not crowded at all (afternoon on a Tuesday). My bag got pulled in security and the man who inspected it was incredibly nice and was efficient and helpful."
Cons: "Boarding started a bit late, but I was running late as well so I can't complain much! The flight still landed on time."

Cons: "I did not like the very tight seating with basically no leg room. Very uncomfortable. Unless you can afford 1st class or the pod type loungers. There is no room in the economy section."
Pros: "Good flight. Friendly crew members. We checked our carry on because the flight was full and the attendants said that they wouldn’t have room for all the bags. Checking the bags was very easy and we got to board the plane first."
Pros: "The boarding and crew was nice... no complaints."
Cons: "Did not realize that, at least, water was NOT complimentary ... food & drink had to be paid for. Bummer."
Cons: "No free snacks neither a cup of water."

Pros: "We got there safely..."
Cons: "Cabin crew were not very helpful. Onboard entertainment kept going off. The plane was very old and smelt. The aircon kept on dripping on me."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable and dusty/worn. Food is below average. Lounge is the worst of all among all the London lounges. Food and beverage in business lounge is like a school cafeteria level."
Pros: "Seated at front window seat where one can be overlooked, friendly attention and service by attendant was assured and most appreciated. Please thank her!"
Cons: "Seated at front window seat where one can be overlooked, a few times I was overlooked by same other attendant. No kudos for him."
Pros: "The staff are good and attentive"
Cons: "Just the delay and long flight but that's something that BA has no control"
Cons: "No meal included on my second leg of my trip..had to pay for it...but my booking confirmation clearly indicated meal included. Misleading and will never travel with BA again."
Pros: "There should be free food in the plane. It's a stupid concept. You can increase the prize of the ticket but food and drinks on plane should be free!"
Cons: "The same"
Pros: "On time, smooth and comfortable flight. Crew very helpful"
Cons: "There wasn’t much not to like about this flight. All very good. But so short no entertainment really possible"
Cons: "Our flights were sold as British airways but operated by American Airlines. Yes, we flew economy and we were expecting small seats, but these seats felt extremely small. They pack so many seats into the space that there is no comfort at all in flying. It was a complete let down. Food was an improvement from our flight from LAX To CDG, but if was only mediocre at best. I really expected this flight to be better than those I've taken with Vueling, Iberia and Virgin but it was terribly disappointing. I would think twice before purchasing a ticket with this airline again."
Cons: "The plane was old with worn furniture, torn material on seats, and non functioning entertainment system"
Cons: "Late flight It’s become like s budget carrier, you pay for drinks and food"
Pros: "There were only two kind of entres, and both had possible allergenic items for someone allergic to nuts."
Cons: "I suggest either have three choices or whenever nuts are sugggested have one with, and another without."
Cons: "Gate not given until last minute. The most cramped plane I have ever been on and I’m petite. No complimentary anything."
Cons: "Jfk terminal 7 is the WORST!"
Pros: "it was very good I enjoyed the trip from midland to London and oslo And back through the same route it was very good . Thank you/"
Cons: "what I don't like is when the captain Announce that we should put off our cell phone and other devices some people still live theirs on that is not good at all please take note"
Cons: "Didn't even offer you a bag of peanuts!!! Weak!!"
Pros: "The crew was amazing, especially when having to deal with a difficult passenger throughout the duration of the flight."
Cons: "There was a delay which inconvenienced a friend picking me up. Also, not a complaint, but I have experienced better video entertainment technology. But it's still amazing I get to watch movies while traveling in the air from one continent to another continent."
Cons: "No USB ports and entertainment options were just OK compared to other airlines."
Pros: "Got a window seat ad requesyrd"
Cons: "Nothing to comment upon"
Pros: "Food was ok."
Cons: "One of the worst business class experiences I ever had. Seats are small (7 per row, 3 of which are facing backwards). If you have a non aisle seat you need to climb on top of another passenger to get up (which is unacceptable I'm business class)"
Pros: "Nice plane, very smooth flight, good landing."
Cons: "Small screen on movies, couldn't find charger station for my iPhone."
Pros: "Short flight"
Pros: "The trans-atlantic segment was OK"
Cons: "Between Britain and Europe there is no food, not even water, unless you pay extra: 1.80£, or about $2.40 for a SMALL bottle of water. Flight to Athens is four hours, no free water! Airlines like Ryan or Jetblue do this but charge A LOT LESS than British Air. Shame."
Pros: "The welcome drinks and hot towels (premium economy) are good. As is the drinks trolley before meals. The seats are just OK"
Cons: "Major gripe is seat allocation we had several issues but the worst was being issued with a boarding pass and seats from London to Sydney only to have them changed to inferior seats at Singapore with the ultimatum "sit in the new seats or get off the plane". Excellent for customer relations, we won't be traveling BA again"
Pros: "On Time"
Cons: "Seat Spacing Boarding and check-in was unnecessarily long"
Pros: "They tried to help me in person by making a phone call to the security gate."
Cons: "Despite the call to security (I guess it was to the security gate? Not sure) it seemed standard the way they spoke, not as if anyone seemed empathetic to my situation as I am a graduate student and was in dire need of returning to Dublin, Ireland for work the following morning. I have had a different experience with different British Airways representatives. The customer service on the phone seemed good, but in person, it just felt like robots following policy unfortunately. I spent $150 for a roundtrip flight and could not use my "Return" portion of my ticket. I arrived to the security gate and I could not be let in. My flight was even delayed which should have allowed me time to scan through security but it did not. My phone is temporarily unavailable as it is in the shop for repair, while I navigate a foreign country without the use of maps or access to email so easily. I checked my email at a random hotel in London for 1.5 hours, and 30 mins after I left, apparently an email was sent by BA to me, alerting me that I could check-in my luggage, instead of having to take it on-board as carry-on. All these details would have been nice to know a little more ahead of time. I wish I could be refunded for my flight, as that was the last flight of the evening, and I ended up having to go to Air Lingus to pay nearly 300 pounds to get on their last flight back to Dublin. As a graduate student, working on my thesis and fulfilling a job here in Ireland as the final leg of my Master's degree, any money saved is a help. Forfeiting half my ticket, and purchasing a new one twice the price of my original was not something I was expecting. I was an emotional wreck getting on-board my other airline's flight. Just not a positive experience that resonated with me overall :( I wish I had more positive insight to share, especially on social media or Yelp about my experience to London and back with BA. Plane was small, and complimentary drinks were not served as every flight I have ever been on in 30 years, and that is several several dozen, have ALWAYS given at least a drink, even if they didn't have peanuts/pretzels. Pretty disappointing.."
Pros: "the plane was clean"
Cons: "3 hour delay, no communication with customers regarding delay or connection. Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."
Cons: "arrive the air craft. By buses"
Pros: "Quick flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, plane didn't take off for a long time after boarding."
Pros: "The in-flight service was great!"
