Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
This flight was originally delayed by ~45 minutes; which is fine. However, there were additional delays due to late offboarding of the prior flight, unclear issues with the boarding process, delays on the tarmac, and exceptionally long taxiing. None of these issues were communicated proactively. Additionally, the flight had exceptionally rough turbulence, which led to a very uncomfortable flight and no traditional beverage service. Again, this is understandable, but it was not communicated up-front by the flight team.
My flight was canceled, and instead of rebooking me on a non-stop first-class flight for the same day, which I originally had, Delta rebooked me on a one-stop flight for the following day. When I checked the Delta app, I noticed that there were available flights for both the same day and the next day. I believe this indicates poor management on their part.
The Columbus-based WestJet crews that cover Delta commuter flights between LGA and CMH are excellent - this team included. Our flight today landed 40 minutes early, which is unheard of when flying out of LaGuardia. I've flown with the same crew in more challenging conditions, and they always rise to the occasion with helpful communication to the passengers so that we may manage expectations.
Easy on easy off and the staff onboard were wonderful. Left on time, arrived a bit early.
Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.
They did everything right and everything happened right on time.
We were skipped when the snack cart passed and then the attendant said we weren’t . I am disabled and was in a row toward the back of the plane which was very difficult for me to navigate. Disabled people should not be forced to walk the plank.
My flight was delayed and I got back around 3.5 hours later than expected. I had to get a new connecting flight
Seat was too small for someone as tall as I am. I was behind an exit row making my leg room even less. There flights were delayed by multiple hours. Some weather related and others staff related. The plane was hot. Horrible experience.
The Atlanta airport had thunderstorms, which caused our flight to be delayed by multiple hours. Once we were able to board.the gate agent was rude and was trying to rush us onto the plane because the team in the plane was about to run out of hours once we were all aboard the plane they ran into an issue where the catering truck was filling up the back of the plane and they left and had to come back because they didn’t fill it up all the way, causing even more of a delay. My seat was very tight. I didn’t have a lot of legroom overall this was a miserable experience.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.

Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time

Yes avoid JFK airport at all costs. A horror to navigate.
No free Wi-Fi. I have SkyMiles but not a high status, having an account has been enough for Wi-Fi on other flights, but this one was going to charge me to use it. Also turbulence was really bad toward the end, but I didn't count this in my ratings since I know Delta cannot control the weather - it's 2026 and lack of WiFi alone is enough for a poor rating.
My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.

Food was underwhelming. One free coke, charged $$ for one wine. Last year one wine was included. And prices were much lower.
The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.
Terrible way of boarding in Reykjavik. Seats comfortable. Meal was good.
Unlike my prior three connections on this latest journey, this flight was fairly good. Only issue was boarding as it was once again one of those Icelandic issues of bunch up, walk in the rain to a bus that then has you run up three flights of stairs to board the plain. I was in Saga class but the bus scramble eliminates any chance you get on first and have to then find a place to squeeze your carry on into an overhead that the people in economy populate so they can grab it on their way out up front. But unlike other Icelandic flights this journey I did find more the of the business class like accommodations then the other air segments. This one found a pillow and blanket waiting for me and I actually received a small cup of sparkling wine and had a bottle of water in place. Service was attentive and the flight departed and arrived on time. Received a menu and had choices of a hot or cold meal. I choose the hot which was cod and it was good. Decent size portion, salad and a choice of dinner rolls. Beverage menu was a selection of wines, beer and soft drinks. Desert was a small Tiramisu. Overall the six hour flight was a good experience for the price point.
We paid for saga class, which is the business class for international. My seat was broken and did not recline and my monitor for in-flight entertainment was broken.
The flight itself was fine, even with a one-hour delay leaving on the Reykjavik tarmac (the lost time was made up during flight). Our experience at the Reykjavik airport on arrival was terrible due mostly to the one hour it took for passport control. Only two stations were open for our category, and the room was full with a huge crowd.
Awful. The Iceland airport was a complete mess. Boarding was a chaotic, the seats were awful, there was a group of rowdy 20 something men in our row hooting and hollering, ordering alcoholic drink after drink. Yelling and laughing at the top of their lungs and the crew just went along with it. Passengers complained to the men, asking if they could keep it down (it was a night time flight so people wanted to sleep). They never listened crew continued to laugh with them, flirt with them and serve them more drinks. No free food or snacks, seats were horribly uncomfortable. Worst flight I've had in a long time
At least one soda free, felt like I was nickeled to death.

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
