Cons: I was really surprised that economy seats were not blocked off for COVID. They are tight enough as it is and I used SkyMiles to upgrade my seat and sat in a seat that was no different from economy and sat next to someone as well.

The one time I finally asked her if there was any updates, after almost 1.5 hours of delay and waiting, she took a very rude and snappy tone.

Cons: The entry into the Atlanta airport after landing was somewhat chaotic. We were backed up circling before landing for ~ 1 hour and there seemed to be an unusually large number of folks trying to get through customs/security - noe Delta's fault but an unwelcome experience after being in the air for 8+ hours.

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!

Pros: There wasn't much to like. Just about everything was wrong. The plane was a newish 787, so it didn't feel old. Boarding went well because we complained about how tired we, at 70+, were because the flight was late and we'd been standing up; this resulted in us being boarded with some of the latish priority passengers.
Cons: Everything, really. The plane was very crowded; small seats, little leg room. The meals were mediocre and the cabin staff were just barely the good side of unhelpful, officious and unfriendly The flight was inexplicably 2 hours or more late in excellent weather. No apologies given, the flight that was originally scheduled for 8 pm left close to 11 pm. While boarding the only light is a purplish ambient lighting that made it impossible to read anything, including the safety material, until the inflight entertainment was loaded up (the lights are only controlled through software-actuated virtual buttons on the screen). The inflight entertainment system is hard to use, too, designed by idiots for use by geniuses. But the very worst thing was the stress caused by Virgin Atlantic in just about guaranteeing that we would miss this flight. On our outbound voyage in January, VA, for reasons nobody knows, booked an ADDITIONAL leg from JHB to CPT on BA at 12:30 pm, even though we were already ON the earlier 9:30 BA flight we'd booked and paid for. Then, when we didn't show up for this spurious flight (because we were already in the air) we didn't book (BA swears they have evidence that VA made this booking), our return flight CPT to JBG three months later was cancelled WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. If I hadn't been interested in knowing, the day before the flight, if the return BA flight had a meal, I would have showed up at the CPT airport in April and discovered that I had no way to get to the VA flight in JHB! As it was I spent an entire day trying to get back on the flight I'd already paid for. I advise EVERYONE who uses VA to reconfirm flights over and over. There is still no explanation for this. I will never NEVER fly VA again. They are not to be trusted.

Cons: Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy.

Cons: Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Pros: Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible.

Cons: I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc.

Cons: That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe.

Cons: I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks

Cons: The Video on Demand service for movies, TV, and Music would skip every 10 to 20 seconds, jumping forward about 2 or 3 seconds at a time...making videos unwatchable. This was a problem for my seat, the two in front of me, and apparently many other seats on the flight.

Additionally, the aircraft was not maintained: broken sinks in the bathroom / most of the video entertainment was broken in Premium Economy Class. I had to cross the Atlantic for 9 hours with no movies to distract me. I'm shocked that the business class crew still treat coach passengers with disrespect as if they are second class citizens.

Cons: I was selected for a random inspection. I was pulled aside and went through a separate check in process. I completed everything I was instructed to do and as I'm boarding, I'm pulled aside and told I needed to go back to pre clearance because someone forgot to punch a hole in my boarding pass. The stewardess and j had to run all the way back to security so I could go through the whole process again. I delayed the flight and everyone was upset. It was completely unnecessary. Simply because one employee didn't do their job, I delayed a transatlantic flight to Chicago. Best part, I arrived at the airport four hours before my flight. Also, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. And I was separated from my traveling companion for this entire process. Had I missed the flight, she would never have known.

Cons: De Havilland Dash-8's can be a bit noisy, and they seem to be the only planes they fly into Hilton Head. However, that isn't to say you're unable to get sleep on them, because my partner and I both slept the entire flight- the vibrations are only slightly disconcerting. Departure was about 15 minutes late out of Charlotte.

Pros: I liked the United entertainment via the app.
Cons: The seating is so cramped and too tight overall. I’m a small female about 5’4 with a medium build. The seating was never that small, it’s progressively become more and more cramped. Also it didn’t help that the flight staff slept most of night and didn’t come by to pick up cups or cans until they were told to please do so by several passengers. I had to take my cups and can to them so I could move around better in my tiny seat. Not cool.

Pros: I like that I arrived at my destination in the end and that my overhead reading light worked.
Cons: The entertainment system was useless. Not only did tapping the screen take a million taps to register one tap, the audio didn’t work at all. The seat next to me even had something lodged into the audio jack.

Pros: I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be.
Cons: Nothing I just need to pay more attention to my ticket purchase I didn’t realize it was a basic economy until after I bought it which meant I had to pay for my bags which added $50 to my fair which wasn’t that big a deal but then I got a seat all the way the back in the corner which really wasn’t that bad either but if I went to Carrynon a bag I was allowed to do so

Cons: On my connecting flight while boarding they informed me that they did not have enough room for my carry on. I was flying first class, and after the flight had landed and I looked into the compartments, the crew could had easily made room for my carry on. The worst part is that I had my passport in my carry on and missed my connecting flight to Cabo.

Pros: Boarding was fast when delayed plane arrived.
Cons: My seat was dirty with used napkins and crumbs.

Pros: There was nothing to like...received several emails about airtraffic control problems and rescheduled flights.
Cons: No accommodation! Nothing! It was a connecting flight and no consideration was given to that effect...just rescheduled for Friday. Some people received taxi and hotel vouchers while I received a, " all the flights are full there's nothing we can do."

Cons: 2-1/2 hour delay due to poor maintenance

Cons: The delay in my flight and that nothing was done to compensate that my entire schedule had to be redone to meet the needs of late air crafts, not enough fule and cargo doors not being able to shut.

Cons: Original flight was cancelled. Had a crappy middle seat because the rebooked flight was over booked. New layover time was an hour and a half longer than the original. And THEN, the flight was delayed for 4 HOURS PLUS. different reasons were given for the flight delay each time. Gate staff didn't really seem to care. Horrible horrible experience.

Pros: Even though I was on connecting flights and weather sounded like it might interfere, that was not the case. Each flight went smoothly and easily. It was a fantastic travel day.

Pros: I traveled on a weekend during which I experienced numerous flight cancellations and was stuck for a couple of days on two separate nights. I flew United and American that weekend. United Airlines staff was the most empathic and apologetic, even though they had no control over the weather. I didn't expect any accommodations for all of the changes...just a little understanding...and that's what they gave to me. I did let AA know how disappointed I was in them just for their lack of compassion. Thanks

Pros: United does a great job! Happy to still have a little snack, and a comp beverage.
Cons: Only thing seriously missing is the free music channels, and on this flight, not even any free personal device entertainment.

Cons: Any comodity you have to pay for on top of already paying for a ticket. No food, no pillows, no blankets, no tv. Rude people at check in. Disappointed with united service.

Pros: Beautiful new plane and pretty comfortable seats even all the way in the back of the plane. Beautiful scenery and a smooth flight.
Cons: Pilot literally turned on the fasten seat belt sign 30 seconds after she turned it off - claiming non existent turbulence. It was fortunately a short 1.5 hour flight but they clearly just didn't want anyone walking around and using bathrooms. Safety is first - but this was so clearly a thinly veiled excuse to keep everyone in their seats. United crews continue to find ways to provide poor customer service. Passengers are such an inconvenience!

Cons: Everything. We arrived 2 hours early and my daughter worked very hard to fit everything she needed into a carry on bag which was not easy. Her flight was delayed, delayed again, delayed again, and then cancelled. She was flying alone and should have received top priority and been one of the first called up to figure out how to get her to her destination. But that did not happen. She didn't know what to do at first then got in the long line of people and waited her turn. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HER ONLY OPTION WAS TO FLY OUT ON A LATER FLIGHT TO HOUSTON WHICH WOULD MAKE HER MISS HER CONNECTING FLIGHT ANT THEN STAY THE NIGHT ALONE IN HOUSTON AND WAIT THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY THERE UNTIL 9 THE NEXT NIGHT TO CATCH HER FINAL FLIGHT TO SALT LAKE CITY. I cannot even explain how angry and horrified I was that your airline thought that was acceptable for an unaccompanied minor! Clearly this one option that was offered to her by you was not accepted. Then she calls and a guy tells her he can get her there and is going to book her new flights.....only to get disconnected and never called her back. After that there was no one to be found at the desks for your airline. At this point I had driven back to the airport (spent hours driving and waiting) when a wonderful lady from a different airline helped my daughter out and got her on a different airline. However she had to check her bag due to her seating after all the hard work she put in to not checking her bag.

Pros: The flight departed on time and arrived early. Our luggage was available quickly after arrival.

Cons: I paid for 2hrs of wifi, yet was unable to access it as the service was "temporarily unavailable" for the remainder of the flight.

Cons: Looks like my backpack was dragged thru a mechanics garage by the ground crew. It was also wet. Why do the locals get to fly for 30$ while I pay thru the nose for a relatively short flight? Locals bring loads of coolers packed with fish; I assume for either free or very cheaply based on the huge numbers of them. I get charged extra if my bag is a kilo too much.
