Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.
Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!
Delayed. It's not our first flight with them either, it's actually our 3rd and all 3 were delayed by hours each time. It was a myriad of delays. On one flight we boarded after being delayed for a little over an hr, only to be told we were going to sit in the plane for another hour before departing. Once landed, we waited another 40ish min to get to our gate. On another flight, flight was delayed just under 3 hrs but atleast we got to wait it out at the airport terminal. Its just a bad experience overall flying with Alaska Airlines.
Flight was delayed for weather, then delayed for mechanical, then just cancelled. Once mechanical problems started I wish you had just started offering rebooking options (at the same airport). I felt my trip was not a priority for you. I called you, I asked for a better option (than changing airports), then I had to literally run around the airport making it happen. Do better.
I would've liked to have the seat tablets like before to view movies, with long travels not everyone carries tablets to view movies. And phones are not worth it because screens to small.
Horrible! No blanket or pillow available! We had bulkhead seats but the seats were worn out and no cushion old. No meal or even a sandwich for our 5 hour flight just a little bag of pretzels. Crabby attendant female with long brown hair. We will not book Alaska Airlines again
On time, smooth take off and landing, efficient boarding. Gate staff excellent, stewardess grumpy, but civil enough.
No WiFi available. It was too late to order food also. Guy next to me was huge (not fat) so had his shoulder & thigh next to me the whole way. Plane was delayed leaving PDX due to 8 other planes waiting. Not my best Alaska airlines flight.
I do wish the the actual airplane I flew on was bigger. But, I made it work.

I DID NOT GO TO HAWAII ON HAWAIIAN AIRLINES. YOU DID NOT INFORM ME THAT BY CHOOSING BASIC ECONOMY, I MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO FLY STANDBY. I AM ELDERLY AS WAS MY COMPANION WHO IS ALSO SEVERELY DISABLED AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY WE COULD TRAVEL ON STANDBY. THEY TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THE BASIC ECONOMY SEATS HAD BEEN SELECTED BY OTHER PASSENGERS AND WE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $942 TO GET A SECURED SEAT ON THE PLAN AND, IN SPITE OF THE ADDITIONAL COST, WE WERE NOT ALLOW US TO AMEND OUR TRAVEL PLANS TO EXTEND OUR VACATION. ULTIMATELY, THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WE WERE OFFERED A REFUND IF WE CANCELED OUR TRIP ALTOGETHER WHICH WE DID. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THEY MAY FACE, AND YOU DID NOT DO SO. I WILL NOT UTILIZE YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.
Half of my family members didn’t make it because they involuntary bumped off . And their seats where given away
Really enjoyed their food treats, staff was friendly and they kept our seats together, check in was excellent, boarding passes uploaded to my wallet! I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines to friends and family! 🌺
Great service, fast internet, got a lot of work done during the flight.
Cheap food no options for vegans, no entertainment, no snacks. Too much advertisement about their credit card. Next flight will be Delta Airlines.
All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.
Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end
No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.
Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.
unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
Boarding was mayhem. Late boarding by 15 minutes because of lack of staff (missing 1 flight attendant. We had to wait for an arrival of another plane before we could board). Flight was a little rough, but cannot blame on airlines.
Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁
United out of SFO is having issues with catering so none of our meals were loaded on the plane and no offer of compensation for our tickets purchased was offered.

Generally good. The aisles have gotten narrower which can slow down boarding. Flight crew was great! Healthier complimentary snacks would be appreciated. Due to earthquake in San Francisco we had to circle in air space for a bit but then had a smooth landing. I laud the flight crew for their patience ;)
The agents was very rude and they charged me $50 for a carry-on bag saying that it was too big and then I saw someone going on a plane with the same size bag as me
For the most part united was a good experience, how ever when they came by with the snacks and water, they completely passed by my wife and I. As we were in separate rows. On a 5 hr flight we were not offered water
Fantastic crew. Flight was delayed at last minute but we were given updates every 20 minutes and the crew was so friendly and considerate. I miss the touch screens on the back of the seats, wish they would bring that back though.
Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.
