They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
I would fly again. My trip from Newark to Seattle had a 3 hr delay. Disappointed.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.
Great staffing. Terrible food. Please do cold sandwiches or salads. the "hot pickets" are terrible.
Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end
No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.
Liked the staff ! Seats a little uncomfortable for a 9 hour flight. Wife ‘s monitor at her seat didn’t work. Food was disappointing. Snacks were good . Choices of movies and music could have been better.
Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.
They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!
There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.
unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.
Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.
Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
Paid $35 and not able to access the internet at all.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Flight was delayed bc of mechanical issue. New plane had different configuration so some seats had to be switched. They called all passengers who needed new boarding cards. They did not call us so we thought our seats were the same and fine. When we boarded they informed us our receipts had changed and we are now all sitting separate and in the back row. Both my daughters had meltdowns and started to cry and once we got on the flight, we figured out how we could sit closer to each other, but this was very upsetting.
You ant watch TV if you don't have a device, the seats have more space, and the snacks are different.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
