Cons: My first time flying Spirit. Flight was delayed two hours. If you are taller than 5'1 and weigh more that 90 lbs don't book this airline no matter what the low price. No seat room. No leg room. No way to use a laptop comfortably. Joke of a tray table barely the length of two iPhone 5s and with the width of one iPhone 5.

Cons: Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms

Pros: Arrived an hour ahead of time. Stood in lines at three ticketing kiosks all three rejected my passport and other ID, all of which are current and valid. Then an employee tapes signs saying the machines are out of order. By the time I got to the person at the desk they said there were only 40 minutes left and the flight closed at 45 minutes. The next flight they offered was in three days. I asked if any other airline had flights and they said they had no way of checking other airlines.

Cons: Rude and incompetent, as I said. Wil never fly them again, I'd get there sooner walking.

Pros: The people were so helpful and kind and help me with checking in and directions. I'm always a little nervous when I fly alone, but they put me at ease and actually did it for me. Very relaxing and enjoyable trip. will fly this airline again!

Pros: Online was not very clear as to how to pay for baggage and I expected some sort of confirmation number. Was not sure how much my bag would weigh. I really thought I paid for my baggage at same time I bought ticket, but it did not show as such so I assumed I was mistaken.

On the flight one of the bathrooms was so disgusting that I didn't even want to use it. When I told the flight attendant, they refused to do anything.

Cons: It was delayed by about 3 hours. I'm 3/4 on delayed spirit flights and probably will never fly spirit again because of these delays.

Cons: I knew that this was a no frills, all cost flight. But I had a huge health issue - a first time kidney stone. Basically, the flight attendants gave no comfort - I had to request an announcement for medical attention. No offers for water - no "can we help". They sat there while I writhed in pain. We made a prioritized landing, and I was rushed to the hospital. Apparently they don't get paid enough to care about people...and want to do the minimum required.

Cons: Cancelled flight in the last minute with no offer to help book another flight. Will not offer to pay for another flight.

Cons: Where do I begin? The price seemed reasonable until I arrived and they charged me $55 to CARRY-ON my bag. Would have been $55 to check it but I was afraid they would lose it. Then boarding the plane there was a sign saying "FIT CREW: We have the youngest crew of any airline". To me that says age discrimination and also inexperience. When I finally sat down, there was trash on my seat and also facial oil on the window. It was clear that they did not clean between flights. Sitting down, my seat was broken and reclined every time I leaned against it. I had a child about 5 years old behind me that was disturbing everyone in our area and the flight attendant never addressed the situation with their parent. When the child was slamming their tray up and down on the back of my seat, a stranger finally said something. Also, don't expect to even get water for free. $3 a pop! The landing was also extremely rough. Needless to say, I will never fly this airline again!

Cons: We had a 3 hour delay because of a “minor mechanical issue” that was fixed relatively quickly but took over 2 hours to get “paperwork approved”. We were stuck on the plane the entire time.

Pros: Paid for the big boy seats up front. Money well spent. New planes. Great trip. Reading the fine print and understanding there fees, made for no surprises.

Cons: I'ts one thing to charge for a checked bag, but to charge $50 for a carry-on luggage? That's just ridiculous. It states it online, yet I was in disbelief that it means an actual small bag that is stowed overhead in the compartment. So I found out the hard way that that's actually what they mean. Very few people travel with only a purse and nothing else, so this is just a way to make the flight look cheaper than other airlines but then rip you off at the gate. Other airlines charge $25 for a large checked bag, and this airline charges $50 for a small carryon... Ridiculous. $50 each way!

Pros: Surprisingly comfortable for such a short flight. The approach is impressive. Friendly attendants and captain kept everyone updated when there was a slight delay. Was overall a really nice flight

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.
