For example, I was forced to put "MariaAlejandra" as the first name instead of "Maria Alejandra". I had to call the airlines and go through a hassle to ensure there will be no problems boarding the plan because of this minor name difference."

Pros: "The overall experience was good. The flight crew were nice people. The food was surprisingly good - pork and rice with plantains. The flight attendants were a bit slower than my previous flight experience (2 hours prior) with serving food and beverages though."
Cons: "The tv never worked on row 35 efg. After the flight attendant refreshed the system 3 times, it still didn't work. Also, I heard the guy in front had auxillary issue too so he ended up playing games on his phone over finishing a movie he was watching. The flight attendant did offer to allow my friends and I switch seats to a seat where the tv worked (hence 3 stars, or else i would have rate a 1). We decided to stay at our seat and just enjoy the ride."

I called the help desk and after 40 minutes and 4 different people they said that in fact that the flight 008 from Bohota to Miami was delayed. Very Poor communication between company departments and poor communication alerts to costumers. In addittion, the only explanation from counter staff was "airplane maintance". Really? For an international flight from Bogota where you have located your main airplane base ? I do believe that land staff is very poorly train compared to inflight crew. Land staff has very poor supervision to improve costumer service."

Cons: "Everything!!! I came to Kayak to purchase a cheapest flight ticket and as they say you get what you pay for. I ended up paying twice as more than original price. First I had to change the dates because of family emergency and that costed me $400 extra. When I got the gate about to board the plane, the system did not update the change and someone else had my seat. I missed my flight and was not compensated for this error. I was stuck in the airport or whole night and the next morning I had to pay $400 again to find a different flight. OVERALL, it was the most horrible experience ever. Never buying these kind of tickets again."
