I like the first class seat amenities like the phone charger on the armrest even though it didnt really work on mine and the partition between the seats. I also liked that there were additional places to stash things during the flight. The food I got was steak and it was really tough to cut with the knife. Chewy too. A little disappointed in that. I liked that your name is on the screen too. nice touch. great service overall.

overall a very good travel experience - left on time, arrived early. Mostly a smooth flight. Polaris seats were excellent, very good service and nice food with options.

Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

My experience was fine, with one surprising exception. After leveling off at cruising altitude, the main cabin flight attendant made an announcement that he had a cold, so he would not be coming through the aisle to provide cabin service. He claimed this was in consideration of his health and safety and ours. However, if passengers wanted a beverage, he invited them to come to the back of he plane, where he would provide service. I understand that a flight attendant's primary responsibility is to ensure passenger safety, but a secondary role is to provide service. If this flight attendant was too sick to perform his duties - and if he truly cared about passenger health and safety , as he claimed - he should have stayed home and called in sick, rather than exposing the cabin to his germs.

Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.

American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.

Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.

There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Plane was filthy- food in the seat, on the floor, on the tray.
