Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai."

Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. When I mentioned it to the flight attendant, she just shrugged and said "it's just the air conditioner ", like tough luck. That was the only time I saw the attendant. No drinks, no snacks. I guess she didn't have time for the last 4 rows of seats, although the flight was 1 1/2 hours long."

I approached the desk to verify with an employee pre-boarding to ensure I will receive this voucher. She was annoyed with me from the start repeatedly saying it will be emailed after takeoff, which was NOT my question. My question was to verify that the email on file was correct. She had a very hard time getting this to her head. However, it has been over a week and I have yet to receive this voucher. Unless, I receive this voucher I will never recommend this airline."

I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."

Again withing a 10 hour period I called to reschedule my flight and again they wanted to charge me $115 this time because I had to change airports withing the same DC area. on my way from new mexico to colorado (driving) I got into a major car accident involving a semi in the desert on a high way and ended p with no car in TAOS New Mexico... when I called to again rebook my flight I was at the end of my patience I honestly had felt that the universe was conspiring against me keeping me in NM. I This time though I requested to speak to a supervisor and sure enough he was able to help me with out any extra charge to get my flight booked. The level of satisfactory customer service shouldnt be reserved until the customer is pissed off. nothing was more infuriating then to have outsourced customer service from india telling 99 99 99 99 99 and that he cant do anything about it....
