Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

Cons: "When the flight was on time, we learned it was overbooked. Agents stated that if people would not willingly accept their offer to fly at a later time random people would be denied boarding. This was a stressful element as there was no other flight that could make me arrive on time. Plus, threatening to deny boarding to paying customers for airline related overbooking does not seem like a fair or good business practice. Then there were mechanical issue with the plane. After waiting over an hour for repairs they realized they needed a new air craft. This further delayed the flight. Not only was the flight extremely delayed at this pint but throughout the waiting time we were given very little information and were constantly told they couldn't give us an approximate time of departure. This was extremely rude and makes the experience of dealing with a delay even worse. I would suggest giving us more information about what is happening. Saying we don't know when the flight will leave is just unacceptable. To make matters even worse after we were finally boarded we had to wait an additional 40 minutes sitting inside the plane while they boarded refreshments! I know there are delays in flights but this same thing happened to my flight on my way to Paris and it caused me to miss my international connection and had to be re-routed."

But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Then I had to find my luggage which was not sent on the flights w/ me. But on the next flight from DFW to Houston. Which arrived before I made it to Houston. Each plane I was on was smaller than the last. And the second plane sounded as though it was about to fall apart. I never received any explanation as to why my original flight was canceled. Nobody offered any vouchers or compensation for the immense inconvenience. I will never fly American /American Eagle again."

They had a wheelchair at the gate and helped push my disabled brother which was such a help for my elderly parents to make their connections. When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United."

However, the amount of food served was unacceptable. This seemed like a budget flight. Very different from the flight to Europe on a Lufthansa plane. This was on a United plane. Will make me think twice about flying to Europe on a United plane."

So our lodging, car rental, etc all were completely wasted, at our expense - no vacation, but still had to pay for it. "Nothing we can do, sorry, it's the weather..." Really?! Weather explains a delay, not torpedoing the entire vacation. This airline is the absolute pits."

When I tried to call Frontier, all their lines were busy and I kept getting disconnected due to the high volume...wasn't even put on hold. When I tried booking a flight online for the next day, it said all the flights were full. During all this chaos, no one told us how or wahere we were supposed to retrieve our luggage, what options we had...NOTHING!!! We even asked the ticketing personnel to announce where people could retrieve their luggage...their response was "I guess we could do that"...but they never did! We ended up booking a last minute flight on another airline that cost us a ton of money. So, while Fromtier bills themselves as a low cost airline, one glitch and they fall apart on the service side and you end up paying A LOT more. Also, watch out for all the extra fees they charge you. Their initial price looks great, but I had to pay $30 for a carry-on bag! Had to pay additional money for a seat in coach! They nickel and dime you to death and it ends up costing the same as the other full price carriers. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

Pros: "Flight was delayed about 3 hours. First was a delay of 1 and half hours for maintenance, then they brought a different plane. Then we were delayed an hour on the tarmack for an hour due to weather. Not their fault But all we were offered was water. Brew was very nice. Just really felt that due to "double whammy". Should have at least got a coke. They also charge $40 for carry on bag. Really."
Cons: "The fact that the flight was delayed by 3 hours for some "minor maintenance" problem. You want to do your maintenance on the passenger's time. You suck."
Pros: "Prepaod for bags. Could not print boarding pass even though I had checked in online. There was not enough crew to actually issue boarding passes and take bags at the check in line and we only have 35 minutes to get through security , arrived at airport 90 minutes prior. I am not A fan of being rushed when traveling so probably will not use your airline in the future"

Cons: "Flying from Denver to Houston I didn't need to pay for a carry on bag because I was told my bag would fit under my seat (and it did). On my return flight was told by the (unfriendly) staff member that I needed to place my bag in this VERY small contraption and if it fit I would not need to pay for my bag. Unfortunately, my bag did not fit however; I was able to place my bag under the seat in front of me for the entire flight. Previously in November I had to pay an additional $75 for my checked bag being 4 lbs overweight. That is highway robbery, I could have checked in another bag for less than that. I will no longer fly Frontier because I am extremely dissatisfied with their service."

Cons: "The cabin crew can be a bit more friendly. There were several exit-row seats empty and I saw they asked somebody to leave one of those who swapped seats during the flight. If this is the company's policy, they can announce it in the beginning which would make things easier."

Cons: "I cancelled my carry on ticket, but was disappointed to find out it couldn't get charged back to my card but instead I have $70 in flight credit now that I might not even use."
Pros: "I liked the no frills boarding process. Nothing special there. I'm always just glad to get on the plane and on to my destination."
Cons: "I didn't like the fees for carry on, food, or to request a different seat. I'd rather pay more for my ticket, and forgo these ridiculous fees. No one likes to pay a fee, or feel like they're paying one. I don't think I'll be flying frontier anytime soon. Not worth the slightly lower plane tickets at all. Plus, imagine if you're taking a short trip and need to bring a carry on. Cmon, now!"
Cons: "I feel that Frontier baited me with competitive fares when booking the ticket. When it was time to print my boarding pass, there were extra and excessive fees that other airlines don't charge and weren't disclosed at booking. Frontier charges a "seat fee" just for selecting a seat for the flight. They charge a "carry on" fee for a carry on bag. When added to the booking fare, the total cost exceeded what I would have paid on another airline. I feel tricked and deceived. I would not use Frontier again unless they were the only provider."

Cons: "Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything possible. They advertise that they cut back on all of the luxuries to save money on the ticket itself but after all of the extra charges you end up paying more than with any major airline. Not only do they charge you for checked bags, you get charged $30 for a carry on bag, $60 if you don't check in online before your flight. You have to pay extra for pretty much any seat on the plane. My wife and I paid $16 per person to sit in the window and middle seat in the second to last row. Nothing is complimentary. They even charge you if you want more than one cup of water which should be illegal. The seats are horribly uncomfortable (think stadium seating at a baseball game). Also, the customer service over the phone is awful. The employees literally read from a script and say the same thing over and over again until you give up. This is officially the worst airline I have ever travelled with and will never choose Frontier again."
Cons: "It can't be even termed as a lowcost airline when they try to get out of u every nickel n dime for every basic facility tht one may expect. The seats are horrible with virtually no leg space... Wouldn't recommend it nor fly it again if given a chance."

Pros: "If you are looking for fair prices and a over good service, then this airline is good for you. Extra bonus they are running a miles program that is pretty good vs other airline credit cards. They are basically giving 2 free round trips round for the annual fee of the card and any purchase."

Pros: "I liked that the plane was mostly clean, as it was new most likely, and that the ticket was very well priced. The cabin seemed spacious and well lit and the trim leather seats are a great modern design that were just as comfortable as all of the cushion seats on other planes."
Cons: "No email was sent with the check-in options or with how to pay for a bag ahead of time so that you wouldn't get charged more once you were at the airport."
Pros: "Eventually the flight got us where we need to go and the staff seemed a little tired but managed to smile and keep a positive attitude despite the plane full of disgruntled passengers. Not an easy task so kudos to the crew. I was flying back to Texas for a family reunion with my 2 kids and my girlfriend. The way your company handles this situation will help me further decide on whether I use your airlines in the future."
Cons: "Please see the above, being delayed 3 times for a total of 5 hours, being given food vouchers after we had already eaten that were only good for certain shops between certain times and can only be used for food items not gifts. Being given flight vouchers per passenger instead of being given to myself who purchased the 4 flights. My kids are underage and not working they cannot afford the airfare I believe the vouchers given as an apology that cannot be used in this fashion. Had the vouchers been given to me, perhaps my girlfriend and I could fly somewhere this spring perhaps to a friend's wedding. Because the flight vouchers or individual it comes across as a marketing ploy knowing that they will not be used, an insincere apology. I believe that the credit should be at the purchaser's discretion. That would make me a much happier customer. The way the situation is handled will help me further decide on whether I use your airline in the future.
