There were complications with my flights boarding in spokane and my secondary flight was changed without my consent to one that boarded at the same time as my first flight let me out on the opposite side of the massivr layover airport. It was only because an employee saw my struggle and confusion and hooked me up with a ride that I even made the flight dispite delta's best efforts. My TV's headphone jack on my first flight was also busted which sucked to find out after buying headphones on the flight. About halfway through the flight one of the attendants moved me to a seat with a working TV. Long story short Delta as an airline was terrible but their employees did their best to help me with what limited options they had to work with.

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight."

I understand that things happen, but most of the problems today seem to have been preventable. First, our plane in Lihue was delayed for over 3 hours because they could not get a working fuel truck to fill the plane. Three hours? This caused us to miss our connection in LA, although just barely. We had to wait onboard so that we could use the same gate that our outgoing plane was departing from. If we had just been sent to a different gate we. Oils have made our original flight. So, they put us on a flight to Chicago because there were no more flights to Minneapolis. Then, once in Chicago the incoming plane was delayed and we sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes before deplaning. Then after an hour delay we were told the crew was on the ground and we were boarded. Sat in the plane for another hour, then we’re told we were still waiting for crew members that were delayed so we deplaned again. Another 90 minutes past and we got back on the plane and sat for another 45 minutes. We are finally pulling away from the gate. Hallelujah!"

Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel in Charlotte because I would miss my connecting flight. I agreed and waited for my flight that was nearly 2 hours late. I arrived in Charlotte and retrieved my bag as instructed and went to the counter. The lady then stated that it was probably best if I tried to get on the last remaining flight even though it showed sold out because "there have been delays all day and plenty of people have been missing their connecting flights". So I rechecked my bag and headed to the game. This flight was delayed, as it was the last for the night, so that all the connecting flights could be made. Okay, that is fair enough....even though I didn't get to board and now I no longer had my bag as this is now on the plane. 30 minutes after the plane left I finally get my voucher for motel along with a $12 voucher for food that can only be used in the terminal restaurants......which are now closed for the night. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the hotel for shuttle information I was advised that they were no longer taking airline vouchers. I , again, approached the ticket counter and I was advised that I "would just have to wait because there are no rooms in the system at this time." And none of this instruction seemed professional or accommodating. After another hour I was approached that now there are no other options in their system for accommodations and I would have to pursue options on my own. So......the higher priced one way ticket just became $100 more at no fault of my own."

Eventually they cancelled flight and they rebooked next day. Then united realized they would have to give travel vouchers / hotel if flight was cancelled so they re labeled it "delayed" to avoid putting everyone up in a hotel. 13.5 hrs of a delay overnight is not a delay and deserves better treatment! To add insult to injury, my GATE checked stroller took 45 min to come up to the top of the jetway. 45 minutes! I had to ask 4 times with a screaming 8 week old with nowhere to set him! The kind girl kept paging down to them but nobody would bring it up. It was absolutely horrible. Then today at check-in they couldn't figure out how to print the infant boarding pass which ultimately took 30-40 min of the lady trying to no avail. I arrived 1 hr 10 min early to my flight and nearly missed it due to United. The issues with printing my "infant voucher" caused me to have to run through the airport and frantically collapse stroller to make on time. With zero sleep thanks to the debacle the night before. Beyond disappointed and believe should be compensated for this experience."

I could not sleep because the flight attendants was wearing Christmas lights and they would wake me up and she keep bumping in to be be is she did not know how to walk in the isles. The cookie were stale. There was something in my cup so I could not drink my free drink. There's more. It was the worst flight I have ever been on."

Got put up in a $75 airport hotel room WITHOUT my luggage and was provided a $10 food voucher for meals. Are you kidding me??? So, I must pay for your problem? This was ridiculous and extremely inconvenient."

Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."
Pros: "They kept arguing over my luggage payment that I didn't pay online. Finally their manager verified that it's paid."

Cons: "We were 3 hours late in taking off. It sucked only some people were notified about that vs text and email."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked due to switching to a smaller aircraft. When my family boarded the airplane, we went to find out that the row we were booked into seats (31) did not exist on this plane. The rows went to 30. My parents and aunt who are elderly had to wait standing at the back of the plane until the stewards found us new seats. Before we boarded the airline they announced that they were overbooked and were asking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When we boarded the plane, there were about 8 stewards in training on the flight. If the airline had oversold seats on this flight, why were those training not held back for the next flight instead of making their customers wait?"

Cons: "The flight was delayed, and there was poor communication in the waiting area other than making sure your baby item extras were tagged. People with children were told to be ready to board early, but we were the 3rd group to board. I had to pay $3 for my daughter to have juice to drink (no beverage or snack included) after I had to pay extra to get seats assigned to be together with my 3 year old."

Pros: "I spoke with the clerk at the Frontier customer service desk in Denver about the baggage fees - she was no more welcoming than the baggage fees themselves. The exorbitant fee for a carry on was not disclosed anywhere online - I felt totally taken."

Cons: "You send e-mail notices to me but I cannot access e-mail away from home as I am not into smart gadgets. I checked at home for flight status but by the time I drove 70 minutes to the airport, the flight was delayed, and delayed, and delayed. Once at Denver, we sat on the tarmac for 4 1/2 hours waiting for a gate. Southwest deplaned people on the tarmac. Once at the gate, we had to wait another 15 min for a jetway operator and someone to operate the TUG/generator. And my consolation prize was a 4 oz cup of water. YIPPEE!!"
Cons: "Waited 40 minutes on the ground while we waited for our gate to open"

Cons: "Delayed almost 3 hours, and an extra hour of the delay was because they didn't have enough flight attendants available. Over half of the Frontier flights leaving Denver that night were delayed by an hour or more. No snow or rain or wind to blame it on either, just poor planning and overall poor organization."
Pros: "While TSA made me late for my flight by 5 min after having arrived with more than enough time for any normal airport. They made sure I was on that flight and they were amazing! I would mark them down for the food and entertainment but it is a budget airline and I knew this going in. If you want a flight with the extras included you're gonna have to pay more for the ticket, so it all works out in the end to be the same. I upgraded to the package that included all my bags and seat selection and it was still cheaper than any other airline I looked at."
Cons: "This is not a reflection of Frontier but Orlando has been the worst TSA experience of my life and I am certain they have no idea what they are doing."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable, and able to laugh at themselves when they forgot where we were landing. It was fun that they were able to laugh at themselves WITH us at that time. Nobody is perfect, but the crew was enjoyable!!"
Cons: "The usual... silly little kids in the seat in front that wasn't willing to keep his feet out of the isle and his game was on full volume for a while, until his caregiver told him to shut off the volume."

Cons: "was not clear when i booked the flight that their would be a charge for everything. There is a charge for all types of baggage except one personal item which you had to shove under the front seat which leaves you know leg room on a already squeezed seating error. So it was awful painful. Then they wanted to charge you for assignments which was never clear. They they wanted to charge you for any water or snack. I felt like they where going charge me for walking down the isle, using the bathroom, walking down the ramp. There customer is over seas and sucks. They service sucks. Frontier is the worst airline and I will never fly them again"
Pros: "Crew was nice, the interior of the Airbus was nice. I paid $20 for a seat up front with extra leg room, worth it! Something was broken at our gate, so we had to piggyback another flight at a gate down the hall. Also, there were very few operational charging stations in their gate area."
Cons: "I didn't realize that Frontier charges for a carry-on bag, free on most competitors. Because of this, I could have gotten a cheaper ticket on Delta or American and gotten FF miles!! I was told this information was on their website, but I didn't realize to look there as this was a surprise! I mind being treated this way, and in the future will most likely steer toward the major carriers, who seem to follow industry standards. No in-flight magazine, either. Bring something to read!"

Cons: "Delay announced of 2 1/2 hours, but posted at gate a delay of 2 hours. Passengers rushed on to plane at 9a, a 1 hour delay, then sat on plane until 10a. Plane taxied toward runway for takeoff, then recalled to gate to pick up a crew member. So, a 2 1/2 hour delay occurred anyway. A total clown show!"
Pros: "The pilot talked to us and kept us up to speed on what we were doing."
Pros: "I liked the fact that going forward, I know I will never have to fly Frontier Airlines again."
Cons: "I booked a flight with Frontier based purely on the price difference vs. flying a real airline. This was a huge mistake- due to weather in my connecting (not destination) city, I was told I would be stranded for the next 3.5 days. The only way to get to my destination was to book a flight on a different airline on less than 10 hours' notice. I am familiar with low cost airlines (Spirit domestically and RyanAir in Europe), but the entire experience was pathetic and made me seriously regret not paying a little extra up front to fly a real airline."
Cons: "I arrived 75 minutes before my flight and I was not let on because they had overbooked. I was flying in to be apart of a wedding proposal the following morning. The only option they gave me was to move it two days later. I had to pay more money to buy a southwest flight that still got me in late because they would only cover a portion of it. Will never fly with them again. Absurd that they wouldn't do more."
Cons: "They get you with the seemingly low fares but make up for it with obscene charges for everything from water to even a simple carry on. Then they make sure to squish as many people as possible in as they can with the thinnest, cheapest, least comfortable seats money can buy. I will only ever fly frontier again if it's my only option."
