Staff could’ve been a little more cordial. The men were much more friendlier than the women. My daughter and I also missed the 2nd to last meal as we were sleeping but that is on us.
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.
No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again
There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.
The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again
Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.
I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
It started well but flight was cancelled and they created a nightmare rebooking. It is two days later and we still haven’t reached our destination. I am in Amsterdam waiting on transfer desk to open (later than other airlines) to hopefully get a boarding pass. Once that problem is solved we will just pray this flight isn’t cancelled too.

We sat in our seats on the tarmac for almost 3 hours due to storms. They would not give us water or a snack. We were to depart at 7.30 pm and it was about 10.30 when we took off. No dinner until much after that. Beef type noodle dish was terrible with about a teaspoon of beef in it. The breakfast sweet waffle with egg and sausage inside was horrible. An English muffin sandwich would have been much better. Food was the worst in all of our years of traveling the world.
Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

my flight was at 3:45 after that they delayed to 4:40 I have transit from Chicago to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to vina airport from vina to Erbil buy the Time I come to Frankfort my other flight left me I have to stay at airport all day with my 5 kids ask for help no one help me I spent at airport almost $450 just for food was horrible flight ever I call and ask for hotel from united customer service they been telling me we can’t provide any hotel I need some refund or fixed my flight when I return to America need some one respond my email
The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.

The flight never happened and the Kayak customer support was useless in helping me for rebooking. I will never buy another air ticket with Kayak and I want the full refund of the trip. Andrea Mantovani
