The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.

Boarding area had plenty of seats and power connections. Clean cheap no-frills friendly flight. Arrived about 10 minutes late but otherwise uneventful. Flight crew was always on the move with drinks or trash bags.Lots of stations for self check in (and none were broken) so the process was quick and efficient. Hertz check-in is fast and efficient.

WiFi broken. No USB power at seat. No fault of Southwest, but the only good thing to say about the Ft Lauderdale airport is that it's better than Miami. Return rental car, down 2 flights, cross to terminal, up one flight to check bag, back down to security, long TSA lines (thank you TSA PreCheck), long hike to gate A3. Most (all?) food stalls closed (at 6:30 pm!).

Four hours is my limit in this aircraft, so I don’t mind changing planes in Las Vegas as long as I make the connection. Overhead compartment is tighter on one side of the plane than the other.

Getting to my destination eventually

An airline can't help weather delays but would have appreciated updates for the delays. 3+ hours, only to have another delay in boarding due to NO available crew just made a bad delay even worse. Logistics clearly an issue and positive communication would of help.

Not much. Southwest seems to care less and less about their costumer’s experience. Glad the electrical issue was caught before takeoff, but it should have been caught before boarding.

Boarded the plane and settled in only to be told there la an electrical issue and we’d have to wait a bit. Eventually we were told we could get off the plane and wait. Then we were told to board a different plane in a different terminal. At this point, we were told a new ETD every 15 minutes. Reboarding the new plane was chaotic, unorganized, and not sucure. We were asked our names and checked off a list - not ok. There was zero compensation offered to customers for the late flight that should have and could have been prevented.

Crew was polite

I guess San Francisco ATC (Air Traffic Control) decided the plane couldn’t leave San Fran until way past our take off time. Then it takes two plus hours to get the plane here unload and refuel and rest. So I missed my connecting flight to Redding. Which meant I had to fly to Sacramento. Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION

Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage.

Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.

Flight left 6 hours late with only vague explanations. Simply, "we had to get our equipment in the right places." Attempts to standby on 3 other flights were fruitless and UA airport staff gave no direction or recommendations other than "were sorry."
