This flight was an example. We boarded the plane only to be told we had to get off. They had to do engine maintenance, as the engine seemed to be using or losing too much oil, according to the Captain. We finally re-boarded and arrived in Boston about 40 minutes late. Not too bad, but the pattern of maintenance issues I have experienced concerns me."

I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi."

Left us on our connection flight in Cali, Colombia made us (15 passengers) wait for our bus we all had to pickup and carry our luggage’s out to the streets rcause they don’t have enough money to pay for a cart when we were actually in that situation because for them. Next day we were transported (they show up 2 hours later from the promised time) we were transported to the airport to actually catch a flight to another different city to then arrive wait 4 more hours to catch a plane to our final destination... a 3 hours and 45 minutes flight from Miami turned into a 4 different city, hotel and nightmare, luggage’s were broke and everybody turned out to be rude rude rude rude!!!!!!... I am still waiting for my $200 promised Boucher. This is my last time flying with AVIANCA. I am a frequent flyer and have made the decision to fly AA from now On... Actually just purchased a ticket which was actually $100 more than Avianca... nothing like great service and respect towards your clients... I’m also making sure NOBODY flys with AVIANCA."

To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. I felt the least the airline could do was let me fly home an hour earlier since they delayed my flight a whole day but that didn't happen."

Cons: "The plane smelled like sewage and it was extremely cold inside the plane for the entire duration of the flight."

Pros: "Upon arrival at my gate departing to Durham with a 2 year old handful. I was excited to hear the attendant call for travelers with small children to board first. The thought of boarding at the same time as everyone else was giving me anxiety."
Cons: "Once I shuffled through tons disgruntled travelers because of my "child privilege" the attendant rolled her eyes and took a deep breath at the amount of time it took me to get to my ticket. Mind you, it makes sense I would have it somewhere convenient, but like I said single traveller, 2 year old handful. She scanned my ticket and flogged her hair in the air telling me take my stuff to the front of the plane. While the other attendant tagged all my items."

Cons: "Very Rude while talking to me at the airport. Was not happy to assist me and other passengers even though it was the air-line mistake for cancelling the flight and delaying the flight. Will never fly with this airline ever again."
Pros: "I didn't fly.I bought the ticket for my son. He had no complaints. You should ask in your questionnaire if the booked flight was for self or someone else."

Cons: "Seats very uncomfortable last flight 30 minute flight took an hour if not more and not knowing what gate my next flight is until I get there"

Cons: "The plane landed to San Francisco earlier than scheduled, but we could not get off the plane due to the gate not available. We were stuck on plane for about half an hour and I really worried about making my connection. I hope such arrangements are conducted more smoothly."

There was no entertainment on my flight and even if there was I probably wouldn't use it. I don't want to leave a rating at all for that but there's no way not to."
