Picture process took 4 times. Nobody tells you that you have to transfer your own bags from Delta to West Jet. I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Pros: "The seats were the widest with the most cushion and padding I've ever had on any flight, I think all their seats were like that. The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."
Cons: "The crew member that was checking in people at the gate would talk so fast we could barely understand what he was saying on the overhead announcement. I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."

I was unaware of what was happening, as I haven't had a criminal history for many years and wasn't informed upon purchasing this ticket that this would be a problem. I was sent back to San Francisco. This has interfered with other travel plans and tickets that have already been purchased once I reached my final destination of Bogota, Columbia. I need to reach Quito, Ecuador by March 21st and I'm now back in San Francisco extremely disappointed."

We deboarded and walked down a couple of gates and were boarding our flight to Lima in 15 minutes. I would recommend Copa at anytime. Our price was incredible and we got SO much more than we paid for which is unusual today."

Main issue: raging male passenger who screamed at Crew and other passengers for several hours and in effect held us in fear as very young and entirely female crew had trouble diffusing his anger. Seriously thought we were going to have to make a stop to get this guy removed from the plane. What was he so aggressive about? Not having a cradle for his baby. There were many other passengers w infants and he accosted the crew and the couple that did have the bassinet aggressively over and over again. Horrible."

Cons: "The main meal was a mess. They ran out of the pasta option way too early. Then the tray was covered in useless extras - such as salad dressing (unlabelled, but that's what it looked like) and lime pickle, when the starter was a potato salad that already had a sauce and the main was pasta with tomato sauce and broccoli. They should cut out the extras and spend the savings on better starters and mains."

Cons: "First a large number of the flight was flagged for special screening which meant that they had to do additional procedures and were very understaffed as many of us talking near 100 people had to stay behind and wait for over an hour as three employees screened us in detail. This while the rest of the plane was already boarded. Thus the flight left late and arrived very late to LAX. Secondly the refrigeration on board for food was broken thus spoilong the food so we only received one meal on an 11 hour flight which we were starving and not what we paid for during this flight. They did offer snacks but when not having a full meal as paid for it is a huge let down. Thirdly why is Wi-Fi not offered on this flight. Due to the late departure and late arrival we missed my connection to TUS and was not able to make calls or email during the flight. Not acceptable. Very unhappy and will never be flying with British Airways again. I WILL ALSO NEVER LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY FLY WITH THEM. An airline as prestigious as BA needs to work better at ensuring the minimum on offering wait we the customer pays for and this did not happen. Staff was amazing and very friendly but we were very dejected and felt that your brand suffered a lot with this experience. I do hope to hear from airline about this incident as my wife and I travel constantly."

Pros: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Cons: "Upon arriving in Lima, Avianca 808 passengers became aware that none (zero, nada) of the bags were loaded onto the plane in Cusco. The customer service response to this airline error was sub-par. Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."

Maybe this isn't that important after all? The plastic backs of the chairs has clearly been refinished but the finish has worne off or been etched with customer graffiti."
Pros: "Although we were in "Economy" class, it felt just like Business. Lots of space to stretch your legs, personal TV monitor on the back of each head rest (Including HBO!), and even though it was a short 1.5 hour flight we were served drinks and a meal."

In Colombia they crew didn't know what was going to happen to us. After waiting over 3 hours they finally told us the found an early morning flight for us and that they were going to accommodate us in an hotel in Colombia for to spend the night. we waited until midnight for the transportation to the hotel and there were another 100 persons waiting to get transportation to the hotel as well and to check inn in the hotel. disaster."

Cons: "My flight from Lima to Cusco was overbooked, so they bumped me to the next flight, which was 5 hours later. As a token of apology, they offered me a free lunch from one of the cafes in the Lima airport. I got to the cafe, and I was able to pick between one of two boring sandwiches. I was more in the mood for a different one that was one nuevo sol more, but apparently that was not allowed with my coupon. So essentially, I got to spend eight hours in the airport for a measly sandwich that wasn't very good. And then my return flight from Cusco to Lima was delayed by over an hour, which was also not ideal (although nowhere near as bad as the original situation)."

Cons: "Mix up at the boarding gate - allocated gate 4 and then moved to gate 1. Half hour delay due to reshuffle not good when someone is meeting you at the other end. Entertainment system not working so lucky no one sitting next to me so could then move and this system not functioning properly. Suggest that any changes are given with plenty of notice and loudly and/or on the screen at the departure gate - maybe this has to be negotiated with the Cusco airport. Broadcasts in Spanish are okay for those who speak it but English is lost when announcements are made."

They blamed it all on weather, which is fair, but it's almost like their attitude was "hey, we're leaving late already (arriving at 3 am at my final destination), so we might as well not try to have good service since you'll already have a bad memory of this flight!" That being said, I would still take Air Canada in cases such as these where they are $400 cheaper than the competition. I'd still rather have a terrible flight and save $400 at this point in my life!"

The seats were abnormally stiff and went back so little that it was extremely hard to fall asleep during the 18 hours we were on board. The crew was unwillng to let us bring our instruments on board and thus, they cracked from the air pressure during the flight."

Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."

Cons: "The service on my original TLV-Pearson Flight (Dec 23rd am) was not great. The staff sat in the back gossiping the entire time and looked offended every time I came to ask a question or ask for something - they would get silent and just sit there, like I was interrupting an important conversation and so I even offered to get my own stuff. Ridiculous! What happened to customer service? The food is HORRIBLE! Worst food I have ever had on a flight, and I flew to 8 countries this last year, so that says a lot. I'd recommend only eating food you bring, or just starving yourself."

Cons: "The plane took off 40 minutes late because we were waiting on folks: Can this be a normal standard?! The food was difficult to stomach. But worst of all, the attendants were not kind or particularly helpful. They seemed hurried. At one point when offering drinks down the aisles, the 2 attendants even commented that they were going to beat the other cart down the aisle this time. Furthermore, there was a blind man near us across the aisle. I couldn't see much of what was going on, but the woman next to me seemed rather distraught that so little help was offered to him. When food was served, he couldn't find his cutlery and ate with his hands. When he needed to use the bathroom, he pressed the button for assistance but no one came. Others stepped in to help. When asked if someone would help the man at the gate, an attendant rather condescendingly answered that of course, every handicapped guest will be assisted through the airport. The flight primarily consisted of Peruvians. I can only hope this poor service was a reflection of all of Air Canada, and not what the people of Peru receive regularly. It was as if the attendants were trying to discipline. There were no niceties. Perhaps the language barrier was too much."

Cons: "I chose to fly directly to save time, and I spent the extra $100 for choosing this option over flights with a layover. I ended up waiting an additional 2 and a half hours before the flight took off -- in this time I also requested for a blanket since the air craft got cold. There was an extra charge for this as well. It is ridiculous considering, the purpose of my flight choice was to ensure that I saved time and in return I paid for the convenience, ironically it didn't work out that way. There was no form of compensation."

Cons: "We waited nearly two hours AFTER WE BOARDED THE PLANE for a flat tire to be changed, or so we were told. In typical airline fashion, we were told several times that the delay would probably take about 15 minutes, turning into nearly 2 hours. In combination with the change I described above and the 9.5 hour flight to Tokyo, we were completely done in for 2-3 days after we got to Tokyo."

When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."
