Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫
love this boutique luxury airline. crew was nice and attentive. Lounge is too small , i think they should have more area for relaxing and lounging not just to sit and eat .. feels like a cafeteria more than a lounge. overall i enjoy it. food on the plane LAX to Teipei should inprove a bit. no flavor and more drinks pls
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.
The crew could have been kinder and less pushy. The premium economy seats don't have enough cushion. The seats are to hard and the flight became painful and uncomfortable after an hour of flying.
Our transit in Taipei was disappointing. The ground crew could not tell us where the lounge was located, so we wasted 15 minutes trying to find it. The airline has a great review, but our experience says otherwise.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
The plane is very clean. The selection of movies is excellent!
AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again
The boarding process was efficient and quick. The seats were comfortable. The food was good. The service was excellent. We had a lovely flight from Seattle on Korean air
Flight crew was fantastic. The aircraft was meticulously cleaned at all times. The crew was continuously checking to see if the passengers were ok.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
It was good, I liked the self-serve snacks but it was a little difficult to get the alcohol, which is understandable since I wouldn't want kids sneaking it.
Friendly flight attendants and gate agents. Very clean plane and food was good!

Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
They destroyed my Michael Kors Carryon luggage, they didn’t announce that only check in the carry on and when we get inside a couple of room to put the carry on bag. I was disappointed and sad because of the damaged of my luggage. They should replace it or fixed it.
