I liked receiving attention from aged and well experienced flight attendants. I disliked the non-gluten-free snack but I brought my own so I was OK.
Cons: "Plane was dirty, messy floors. Makes me question other cleaning procedures. Plane only had 8 empty seats which during these times is insane."
Pros: "737-800 is beautiful and spacious"
Cons: "Charges on the plane. But Maybe they were there and I wasn’t looking because COVID makes for anxious travel."
Cons: "Flight delay because we had to wait on a flight crew coming in on a different plane."

Where they fell short was the lack of sympathy from the first customer service agent working C concourse where this flight came in at. She had no experience dealing with people asking for for help. Her response basically was it it way at it is deal with it. No offer of anything unlike Michelle work gate B10. She was very helpful and offered to buy me on standby for an earlier flight"

Cons: "I love Southwest and I especially appreciate the two free bags. It would be nice if the seats were just a hair wider, but we can't have everything right? Keep Southwest as good as it is and you will always have our business."

The flight itself was fine.. the customer service was amonst the worst I’ve seen. When booking my flight, I selected my window seat as I always do because when I’m flying alone so I can rest against it without worrying about falling asleep on anyone.. Then when it came time to check in, there was no record of my seat selection and the only window that was left cost me an extra $74. I called and they said there was a glitch when I booked the first time and there was nothing they could do about it.. Meanwhile the only reason I was flying JetBlue was because I had a $50 credit from the last awful flight we had that was delayed for four hours… So it actually cost me more to use that credit. Never flying with them again.

Cons: "The issue was NOT the flight this morning, it was that I was left to sit 6 hours, getting no sleep, before the flight the evening before was canceled. I understand that weather can cause disruption but there is NO WAY it should take until midnight to make the decision to completely cancel."
Cons: "It was a new plane with new seats and TVs. Seats are smaller and less cushioned. Also the temperature on the plane was very hot. Cabin was stuffy, my back was soak sweated by the time we arrived. I heard other passengers as we were deplaning complaining about it as well."

Cons: "This is a horrible route, they charge you more than flying to Europe and give you a one hour ride in a cramped plane where you can't even bring in a carry-on. The cost is insane but is one of the reasons Wall Street loves Delta as they are racking in the profits for very little service."
Cons: "If you can get it he people at the desk to stop making announcements while there are announcements being made over the airport PA system that would be great. Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out."

Cons: "After I checked in online, I noticed that my flight was delayed from 9 pm to next day at 3 am. I called the help desk and after 40 minutes and 4 different people they said that in fact that the flight 008 from Bohota to Miami was delayed. Very Poor communication between company departments and poor communication alerts to costumers. In addittion, the only explanation from counter staff was "airplane maintance". Really? For an international flight from Bogota where you have located your main airplane base ? I do believe that land staff is very poorly train compared to inflight crew. Land staff has very poor supervision to improve costumer service."
