Pros: We were given 100 different excuses for our overnight delay and processing all the passengers took much too long.

Cons: Tell the truth and be prepared to resolve it quickly. We waited on the plane for more than an hour and then again in the airport to get our new tickets and vouchers that no restaurant would accept.

Cons: I reviewed the wrong one. My last comment and score was for this flight. My last flight even though the spaces were smaller I had no problems with my bag and it was a nice flight.

Pros: Seating sucks, boarding proceedure sucks. Had to check and clear my passport 3 times!! United flight was hidden as Air Canada/Lufthansa else I would not have bought. Incredibly bad experience in 35 years of flying

Cons: Terrible that United charges for Carry on bags!!! Most airlines don’t do that but this is almost getting like flying in other low cost airlines. The price was not super competitive and on top they give you mediocre Seats, they split your family members just to push you to pay for the upgrades.

Pros: The flight crew were Amazing on both flights. Seating was good on the 1St flight, I got the aisle seat, 2nd flight was little cramped “middle seat” I’m 6’3”. The flight was only and hour so not bad. Overall it was good.

Cons: About 2more inches in the seating for long legged people taller than 5’8”. I’m 6’3”. So pretty cramped if not in an aisle seat.

Pros: The flight was delayed by 1hr. I arrived 1hr before the flight was scheduled to arrive. The gate person kept telling me I was not able to check-in for the flight. After some discussion she said check and see. I spoke with the counter attendant and I was able to check in for my flight.

Cons: Yo viajo seguido por esta aerolínea y por otras también. Y desde hace no mucho tiempo veo que ya no es posible seleccionar tu asiento sin costo ni siquiera cuando el check in está abierto. Esto se me hace ya una exageración de querer obtener utilidades de todo. Es un absurdo, pues todos nos vamos a ir y es una causa de molestia y que me haría pensar a mi y otros muchos en no comprar más con ustedes. Entiendo que quien quiera asegurar su asiento desde mucho tiempo antes pague por este servicio. Pero no al momento de abrir el vuelo. A veces viajamos acompañados y resulta imposible sentarse juntos. Cons: I got stuck in a middle seat, and my seat mate to the right wasn’t super courteous. Not the airline’s fault. I also wasn’t a fan of the turbulence, but also no fault of the airline.

Just the page with a list of movies took forever to load and once started a movie, after many tires, it was buffering every 5 seconds for up to a minute each time. I tried 3 different devices (phone, tablet, laptop) none worked. My son said he had the same experience.

Cons: The clerk at the ticket counter wanted the passenger to pay for the flight after it was already paid for. They kept telling her it wasn't paid for, even though the funds had been already in pending status. It took a different clerk to realize the mistake. Something tells me wanted to scam her.
