Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

Cons: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Since the entire flight was full of promo videos for Iceland, it would have been nice to have at least a few minutes to look around the airport, and maybe even shop a little."

I don't even know why the airline bothered with attendants. They did nothing."

Cons: "I did not like the lack or wheel chair assistance I was given on my trip to London, then Bologna on December 28/16. I had to wait a long time, about one hour before I got some assistance to my flight to Bologna, unfortunately no organization on the part of British Airways. Gloria Tanton"

Cons: "My flight from dallas got delayed and hence I missed my flight to Bahrain from Heathrow. They hence booked me on a british airways flight, bt after i reached delhi, i did not receive my checked bags. I still have not received my checked bags"

Cons: "I never felt like writing a review but I feel like I should let other families with little ones know. My wife, 2 year old son, and I was boarding at the gate and they couldn't scan my son's boarding pass. They quickly went over to the computer station and gave my son another pass. We went to our seats and found out someone else is in our 2year old seat. Apparently they gave the seat to someone else at the last second because up to the point when I printed our boarding passes at the kiosk, our seats were still together (and I paid $41/per seat extra to try to keep us together). The other customer was nice enough to switch with our son so were able to stay together at the last min so it goes to show AA priority and service."

Pros: "Entertainment was good, except the system wasn't working the first 30min of flight."
Cons: "Parents left their 5 kids in the row behind me to horseplay. During the whole flight. Crew did nothing while they ran up and down the aisles. They parents and kids have been kicked off the plane for not being in their seats when told by the captain."

Cons: "Walking through TSA in San Diego there is an agent picking people out and telling them there bag is too big to be carried on ( the same carry on bag I've used for years ) and making people go pay to check them. However some people are being allowed to check their bag at the gate for free. No one at the airport working for them had any good customer service skills. Wont fly with them again"

Pros: "Left on time, seemed to have a little more leg room than on previous flights. Experienced some air turbulence, but not sure pilot could have done anything about it. Delayed refreshments, but the attendants still managed to serve everyone."
