Cons: Plane wasn’t well maintained. Limited food and entertainment.

Cons: Missed my connecting flight. Ended up being ticketed with a different itenerary with 11 hrs layover in Dulles washington. Had to spend my own money to hotel and taxi. And just few hrs when I finally arrived to my final destination, i had to work since I didnt have anymore sick time or vacation time. Very exhausted. Its was a night shift 12 hrs duty.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Keeping time my 14 hour flight turned into 40 hours!

Pros: Seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Flight was a little late leaving but made up list time and arrived on time.

Cons: Seats were too narrow, not enough restrooms.

Cons: Not enough fruit & cheese boxes to reach past mid plane

Pros: I was given an exit row seat since there were so many open seats and it reminded me of flying before 9/11. I’m 6’6” and pre9/11 I was always ushered to an exit iris seat. So it was extremely thoughtful of the check-in agent to do that for me.

Cons: The flight crew, check-in agent everyone was awesome and the flight was a real pleasure.

Pros: Nice blue lighting. Some crew members were nice.

Cons: Some crew members were not very cordial. One totally ran into my mom while my mom was trying to let the middle seat out. Granted the flight attendant was going backwards but she didn’t even apologize. No food on a six hour flight. The seats were really narrow and so was the aisle. Not a fan

Pros: Overall, a great experience.

Cons: The flight attendants were excellent overall, but one of them reacted unprofessionally when I asked her to throw something away prior to departure. (I believe it was the first class flight attendant, as I did not interact with her again after take off).

Cons: noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :(

Cons: Wake people up when serving anything.. I have seen in some other airlines that one is provided with a sticker to place on your seat to show if you can or cannot be woken up

Cons: My seats were preassigned and at 24 hour check In you have to pay to change from economy to economy into a available seat. Make no sense and is rude. Very disappointed in WestJet and I’m anElite member.

Cons: Great flight but old regional jet

Cons: Left seven hours later than I anticipated Some passengers were rebooked on earlier flights while others told to go with same flight flying later Very very disorganized

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Pros: Crew was absolutely amazing!

Cons: Delta check in was HORRIBLE! I was charged for a bag check in and had to take my bag through security and they threw away my cologne and razors.

Cons: It turns out that this flight was delayed, so I would have missed my connections. Huge thanks to the gate agent from United who rebooked me to San Francisco and from there to Frankfurt and then Prague.

Cons: I booked the flight which goes from PDX to Vancouver and Vancouver to ICN. I was going to take the Alaska Airline to go to Vancouver, but I couldn't board the flight because I didn't have a visa for Cannada. You should notice me if I need the visa or not when I booked this flight. Because of this, I should change the flight which took extra charge. Moreover, I lost my baggage between this situation.

Pros: Boarded as soon as I arrived at the gate. Left and arrived on time. Happy, pleasant staff. Everything as expected or better.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.

Cons: Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick.

Cons: Respect passenger seat selection - we were downgraded from economy plus to economy with non reclining seats! Flight crew rude - referring to passengers as “bodies”!!! Entertainment system not working. Internet does not work on most of the flight!!

Pros: I missed my flight due to a delayed flight from denver to Washington. When I arrived I beg if there is a sooner flight to Geneva. They said no more. They book me another flight which has more connections. When I was waiting for my next flight there were actually more flight going and direct to Geneva before my flight. I even ask the gate personel if There is more seats avilable for one of those flight before my flight. They said yes but because I had a luggage it will take time to transfer my luggage and they will end up being delayed. United airlines is HORRIBLE!!! My flight were delayed and with that they should have more consideration for those costumers who were delayed. But instead of being kind and considerate. They had book me a later flight and the worse thing is the itenerary had more connections. Very Exhausting. The other costumer when we were in the line at the costumer service desk some people were given flight which are like 12 hrs away. How Horrible service. I WILL NOT FLY WITH UNITED AIRLINES AGAIN. Very POOR SERVICE.

Pros: The crew were very friendly. They were so kind and helpful to a young girl who was flying by herself. They kept checking in with her and asking her if they could do anything for her.

Cons: Entertainment on the plane (American Airlines Airbus A321) didn’t exist, unless you had the AA app and purchased the WiFi plan from the airline. Only food offered was a breakfast cookie for economy passengers.
