Cons: I could not access the games the lady next to me, and others were playing. When I decided to watch movies the earphones were so small they kept falling out of my ears, and I am a small woman. It was a long flight from Tokyo to Dallas, and the lack of diversion became a major irritant.

Pros: I love the inflight entertainment

Pros: AA flights are always a pleasure. Staff is cheerful despite the early hours I fly out of Philadelphia.

Cons: There is a complete lack of airport personnel at 3:00am and the fire alarm went off and sounded for about half an hour or so.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The leg room was abysmal, Southwest has more leg room and they brand themselves as a cheaper carrier than a American. Also the wifi was either very slow or did not work.

Pros: Crew and food and drink options fine. Comfort level in First Class much lower that expected. Update the aricraft please!!

Cons: Couldn't recline the seat very far. No USB outlet. No multimedia options. Get into the 21st century!!

Cons: boarding and unloading are nightmares. They really should load the planes back to front and if someone has a connecting flight, they should be allowed to unload first.

Pros: Staff was so kind and helpful.

Cons: They ran out of a couple of the snacks, not a big problem but note worthy.

Cons: Original flight came in 1.5 hrs late. Missed connection, then sat on the tarmac for 2 hrs before taking off because the pilot was late.

Cons: Way late. This flight has been over 45 minutes late 1/4 of the time in the last 60 days. Today was the 1 in 3 days.

Pros: Not much crew stayed in back almost the whole 6 1/2 hr flight and seemed not to friendly

Cons: It would have been better if they had departed when they said they were going to after a delay. Flight was delayed first 1 hr then two more hours. The airline finally posted that it would depart a 4 PM and we didn't even start boarding until 5PM. Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again.

Cons: The flight delay was a hassle especially considering the estimated arrival was almost 1am. No information was provided as to why it was almost an hour late but it made for a super late night. Not to mention the seat was unbearably cramped making for an impossible inflight rest... wait, I just mentioned it
