Cons: "Adjustments to the above statement. In addition to my next travels plans, I’d like to be seated in First class. My next travel dates with AA are 06/27/2019-07/05/2019. Please feel to contact me directly firstname.lastname@example.org"

Pros: "The service from the flight attendants on the flight was absolutely amazing"
Pros: "Flight arrived safely"
Cons: "Everything else"
Pros: "Everything. I bought some souvenir magnets from the shop across from Starbucks near Gate C5(?). The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"
Cons: "Need to change up the videos accessable by WiFi."

Pros: "That's it."
Pros: "Friendly crew. efficient."
Pros: "Narrow aisle and seating. Attendant looking at his phone the entire time we were getting ready to take off as well during taxiing and takeoff. Unbelievable!"
Pros: "Well done again!"
Pros: "Everything lined up perfectly"
Pros: "Everything ran on time, which was surprising because I've heard horror stories, but I was surprised. Would definitely fly again."
Cons: "The landing was ROUGH!"
Cons: "Boarding was confusing. By the time groups 5&6 boarded the first groups had not finished and there were no longer any lines to control the crowd, just people trying to get on board to assure overhead cabin space."
Cons: "Late late late"
Pros: "The flight to LA was fine, but the screen shot of the flight details didn't match what I purchased with a return date a day sooner. American Airlines blames Alaska airlines and they blame Kayak.. it's a blame game that only looks good for everyone but the consumer!"
Cons: "5hrs in LAX due to flight change without notification.. American Told us to go see Alaskan vise versa, but the conclusion was no seats were even available for the flight that was changed a day earlier.. Alaska Airlines solution: 2 additional days of travel and $700 per ticket x4 tickets. Finally after 5 hours of trying to figure it out some resolution to the mistake $500+ with additional stops. Ridiculous to say the least, I had to pay for their mistake"
Pros: "I got an upgrade which was nice. The crew was friendly"
Cons: "Ran out of popcorn but really nothing"
Cons: "Not enough staff at the airport to check in all passengers for early departures"
Pros: "Nonstop flight"
