Pros: "Smooth onboarding. By rows. Love that! Very professional and kind staff, ground and air crew! Delta is terrific!"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly and it was a day fast flight."
Cons: "No back of seat entertainment."
Cons: "Poor communication on delays. No wifi. No service. Couldn’t use lavatory."
Pros: "Good seats"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and my luggage didn’t make the plane."
Cons: "The delayed at the gate looking for passengers, could have been avoided by doing cross checks at the counter. The snacks need to change. For someone who flies every week like me, the cookies and cheeze it’s get old. Some variety will be awesome."
Pros: "Cabin crew super helpful & friendly. The food was great - all snacks & meals were well prepared and had great flavor, I’m not saying it’s a 5 star restaurant, but I was wasn’t expecting the quality we received. Great job! Impressed by Delta service."
Cons: "Traveling is always a challenge - abundance of patience required! We traveled from Dallas, Atlanta, Amsterdam, to Rome & back. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"
Pros: "Flight itself was fine. Captain was very communicative about rough air. 757-300's are amazingling noisy; recommend headphones for a relaxing flight."
Cons: "Could not login to Delta app at MCO to show boarding pass. Had to return to a kiosk to print paper passes. Very aggravating but lesson learned to always have a paper backup. Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and prices were fair"
Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"
Cons: "poor hospitality by cabin crews cabin crews are very stingy in providing drinks"
Pros: "Waiting in the departure lounce was ok"
Cons: "Boarding was kind of stupid Delta is boarding in Zones and starts at the front instead of starting boarding passangers sitting at the back of the plane and moving forward NO they do it the wrong way and due to that boarding takes to long and makes you frustrated."
Pros: "Crew was great! Aircraft had the tv’s in the back of the seats, so we got to watch movies and be entertained. Flight was smooth and landing was perfect. Couldn’t ask for better!"
Cons: "Everything went great!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for over 3 hours and I still don’t know why."
Pros: "The entertainment was excellent"
Cons: "Traveling overall was stressing. Due to long line. And not enough space"
Pros: "Flight Attendants professionalism"
Cons: "Due to AA delaying my flight I missed my connection; I'm a AA frequent flyer and I could say that have missed my connections about 50% of the time during my trips with the company during the last year. We were stuck next to the jet bridge for about 20 minutes because there was no one to operate it; as a result, I arrived late to get on my next flight. They close the flight even though there were about six passengers having connection delays because of American, the company refused to let us in the airplane even though the flight was in the ramp for about one more hour for unknown reasons."
Pros: "Left on time. TSA boarding pass."
Cons: "1. Seats uncomfortable- too close together. Causing the person in the middle to lean on me. 2. The seat in front of me reclined into my space leaving me no room to extract my food tray and to cramped to work on my computer. 3. When buying a ticket no assigned seat. Paid 100.00 extra to select my seat and it didn’t allow me to choose anyway. When I went to select my return seat I had two choices- a middle seat or pay an additional 35.00 for a premium seat. 4. Had to pay 140.00 for luggage with no carry on (70.00 each way) 5. Not going to fly American anymore."
Pros: "Loved the interactive headrest system. Games, movies and more. Kept me so busy that the trip seemed like minutes instead of hours. Very comfortable seats!!"
Cons: "Tight squeeze down the aisle and heaven forbid you drop something while seated because you pretty much had to put your head on you neighbors lap to get it."
Pros: "Plane had a modern feel with exception of entertainment."
Cons: "No entertainment on the back of the screen. This is 2018, who doesn’t have that??? Sit length was a little small. I’m 5’10 and barely fit."
Pros: "On-time departure and arrival, friendly ground staff and flight attendant"
Pros: "Service was inattentive. Worst I have experienced in a long time. I’m traveling in first class — I believe economy had much better service."
Cons: "Inattentive service."
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "The delay and the seat comfort for purchasing the main cabin seats was not as expected."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"
Pros: "Direct flight on time. The gate person help us with seat assignments."
Cons: "All the charges."
Pros: "The male flight attendant who was in the rear respectfully listened to me."
Cons: "The United passenger agent that talked to me at the gate when the other one, who was scanning the boarding passes put me on the side because I could not board with two items was disrespectful. She used a discriminating tone and embarrassed me in front of other people. She made it sound as if it were a shame to purchase a cheap ticket. She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer."
Pros: "The transparency of the pilot as to what was causing all of fhe delays."
Cons: "The 4 hour delay. First, the plane was running late from San Francisco (about 2 hours late). The second delay was due to someone putting way too much fuel in the plane so we had to wait for the excess fuel to be removed. Then the flight attendants ended their shift so we had to wait for another crew that was flying in from Denver. This involved us having to remove all of our things from the overhead bin and get off the plane and re-board about an hour and half later. I was supposed to make it to Dallas at 8:45 and instead didn't make it until after 12:30. It was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I have not experienced such a nightmare before with any previous airlines."
Pros: "The crew was excellent - courteous/aware/friendly. The flight, although 2 hours delayed (9;20pm scheduled departure) was pleasant and smooth. Also, the de-boarding process was surprisingly quick."
Cons: "A 2 hour delay at 9:20pm at night is unfortunate yet frustrating experience, especially when we moved our flight up due to a travel warning for EWR (ironically enough, our originally scheduled flight (1922 MCO-EWR). I'm giving an overall OK (instead of good) due to the fact that there were no snacks (although I did not want anything, it didn't go unnoticed) and although there was free inflight entertainment for personal devices, I feel the passengers should have been given free internet access - in my opinion, it would have been the appropriate thing to do. In any case, this experience doesn't change my positive opinion of United."
Pros: "American Airlines"
Cons: "Dear United Airlines, It is my dearest wish that reading the following inflicts upon you at least a fraction of the stress, frustration, and pain that I have been through traveling with you today- you absolutely abhorrent excuse for a company. Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized.  Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines.  Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault."
Cons: "The flight was very warm, I paid $300 for a one way and was assigned a seat in the very last row that did not recline next to bathroom which was smelly. The air just wasn't fresh and made it difficult to rest l. No entertainment provided"
Cons: "I will never fly with United again because the practice of overbooking a flight jeopardized my trip to see my daughter. It is clearly a business decision and United makes more money that way; but at what cost? If I pay for a flight; at minimal, I expect to get to my destination. Service, comfort, entertainment and all other categories rank a distant second to getting to one's destination. That is the primary function of an airline and United has compromised that through the overbooking practice."
Pros: "The seats on the plane where nice and spacious. One employee from customer service named Aisha was a great help and took the time to listen to my issues and help get me on a new flight"
Cons: "The company overall is completely unorganized and majority of the employees are disrespectful and unwilling to help. During my layover in Washington DC my gate number was changed I was never informed despite signing up for notifications and having an eTicket that was never updated. When I asked one of the employees for the proper gate number they gave me another gate number that was incorrect I ran to that gate and the person there than give me the correct number but by the time I got to that gate I missed my flight After dealing with that I was lucky enough to talk to somebody who was helpful at the customer service table. She did her best to accommodate myself and three other friends unfortunately the next flight was over booked and only had two seats open. When I tried to explain to the attendants by gate A6 (Jackie and E Badi) that I have a party of four and I could not leave anyone behind they called security on me for not going on the plane. Once the security officers came they heard both stories saw that this was a waste of their time and told us all to file a complaint after getting the employees names. I would never recommend this airline to anyone traveling!!!"
Pros: "The crew was friendly, boarding was efficient, you got a whole can of your preferred drink without request."
Cons: "Not a lot of leg space, the trail mix snack(ranch flavored?) was gross."
Pros: "Nothing to like over other airlines"
Cons: "Hidden fees after booking. I pre paid for seat selections, the airline reassigned our seats right before boarding the plane."
Pros: "Crew was very friendly"
Cons: "Pretty much everything else, should have WiFi by now even if it’s paid"
Cons: "It’s the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever ridden. 3.5 hours on Deontier is worse than 12 hours to Europe. NEVER AGAIN."
Cons: "The plane was delayed due to “maintenance” but no explanation was given as to why."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked due to switching to a smaller aircraft. When my family boarded the airplane, we went to find out that the row we were booked into seats (31) did not exist on this plane. The rows went to 30. My parents and aunt who are elderly had to wait standing at the back of the plane until the stewards found us new seats. Before we boarded the airline they announced that they were overbooked and were asking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When we boarded the plane, there were about 8 stewards in training on the flight. If the airline had oversold seats on this flight, why were those training not held back for the next flight instead of making their customers wait?"
Pros: "You pay for what you get. Least comfortable flight but also cheapest."
Cons: "Seats"
Pros: "Great customer service checkin they were very kind and patient"
Cons: "the seats are not very big"
Pros: "The affordable cost of Frontier flights has made me willing to sacrifice my dignity, at least at this point in my life. The flight was fast!"
Cons: "The crew was generally rude. There is no obvious respect or appreciation towards the customer. I, along with a few other people I spoke to on the flight, felt like herded cattle. I have been flying Frontier a lot and I recently had the opportunity to fly a different airline and I felt like royalty. The truth is that the other airline probably wasn't anything special, I just didn't get treated like an inconvenience being on the flight and that felt really good. That's messed up right? I think so! It's troubling that an apathetic attitude persists with this airline. It's also troubling they charge for water. The seats are very uncomfortable and bag fees yeah yeah..., but that part I will ignore. It's a low budget airline, so you've gotta give up something! The lack of kindness with the crew really bothers me and I think I will fork over more money on different airlines so I can feel less burdensome on the crew. It's such an easy fix and it's free for Frontier!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed but at no time did anyone let us know. The board even said that it was "on time". I almost lost my ride because it didn't tell him about the delay and what time we were expected in. The crew was polite and friendly but they also seem that no one was relaying correct info to them. Carry on bags should not have to be paid for!!!"
Pros: "Boarding was straightforward and fast."
Cons: "Apparent savings when booking are negated by the added fees if you want to choose a seat (from $6 to $45 each). Pay for checked bag online or you'll get fleeced at the airport. Crew was mostly polite but seemed bored. Tiny seats, of course. Big problem was passengers – not the airline's fault, but I spent the flight gagging in the cloud of passengers' BO and flatulence, trying to ignore the loud, drunk people behind me, and wishing the seatmate who spent the entire flight throwing up felt better. It was a gross flight."
Cons: "1. Flight was delayed multiple times,. Was supposed to leave at 10:17AM and didn't leave until 2:30PM. 2. I was directed to different gates by Spirit employees who should have known (or should have known how to find out) where the new gate was. Very confusing. 3. Flight crew told us that our plane was continuing on to Denver (my final destination.) After the other passengers had exited, a flight attendant made an announcement that we had to vacate the plane due to the crew change. I exited the plane. While I was in the airport restroom, the gate attendant made a garbled announcement that my flight was shifting gates. When I got back to the gate, the attendant told me that we were on a new plane leaving from a different gate. I had to run from gate 34 to gate 18, and was the last one to board. It would have been better we were told to go to the new gate before we exited."
Pros: "The crew was so professional. I will definitely use Spirit again. My first flight ever on Spirit."
Pros: "The ticket agent put my family together, even though Spirit would have made us pay extra to sit together."
Cons: "We didn’t have a window on the last row of the plane. Why even have seats there? When the flight attendant moved the family on the other side of the aisle to a row with a window, my son and I got up to move into their seats, so we could give the poor guy in the corner (without a window) more room. She said no, because “we have to keep the last row open for emergencies”. Really? Then why was it booked to begin with? Tiny seats, flight attendants who don’t understand service, and not so much as a free drink of water after giving up our water at security. I’m not impressed."
Pros: "Got me from point A to point B on time, and it was cheap."
Cons: "I didn’t like that I never knew about the baggage fee, I wish I was given the option to purchase it at $26 while booking"
Pros: "Crew was friendly."
Cons: "Seats are horribly uncomfortable. Bag fees are exorbitant and unclear until you get there."
Pros: "An airport attendant, Alfonso, was wonderfully helpful and friendly. He took good care of me, as I was needing wheelchair assistance."
Cons: "When we arrived, I needed wheelchair assistance. I was picked up on the gangplank, and taken to the gate across from our arrival and LEFT THERE. No offers of help after that. I had a 3 hour layover, and finally Alfonso asked if I needed additional assistance. No one else was I interested in helping me get to food or a restroom. During the course of my layover, I heard over 6 flights have gate changes. Ours also was changed...at the time we should've been boarding. No explanation or apology for inconvenience. And again, I was LEFT THERE with no assistance. I finally flagged someone down to get a wheelchair and take me to the new gate, where I was LEFT AGAIN. I finally got up and walked to a restroom in my own (in great pain). The info for our flight remained on the screen at the old gate, with no mention of a gate change, and the new gate had NO information posted about our flight anywhere...which led to a great deal of confusion, chaos, and angry patrons. The gate change also caused us to board 30 min late. The Spirit employees were hard to find (laughing and hanging out in a closed-off area behind the desk). They were not friendly, helpful, or even understanding about the situation. I asked to be the last one on the plane (needing wheelchair assistance), and was told no, with no kindness or explanation. The flight attendants on this flight were not any better than the ines in the flight before...only w/o the funny commentary. And, another long flight with no entertainment, comfort, or friendly assistance. When we arrived at DFW, there were storms (that would've been avoided if we had left Orlando in time) that kept us in a holding pattern for an hour and a half ON TOP of a two and a half hour flight. The flight attendants used this time as a way to make MORE money for the airline by charging money for any food/drinks during this time...even water. We were on that cramped plane for 5 HOURS and were still having to pay for water. This was one of my WORST airline experiences in over 40 years of flying."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "No water or snacks. And baggage fees are very high."
Pros: "It went smooth from check in to final destination. Everybody was helpful and friendly."
Cons: "I liked it all."
Cons: "Flight was just delaid 4 1/2 hours. The fuel truck that we were waiting for broke down that was another long wait. The air conditioning on the rear of the plain didn't work, and when a few people became overwhelmed withe the heat, and asked for water....they had to purchase the water. One flight attendant was RUDE non caring and just nasty. Wish I had her name!!!! People were also upgraded to bigger seats with out paying. I PAID FOR A BIG SEAT AND IT WOULDN'T EVEN RECLINE!!! SO UN FAIR.......IF YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH OR KNOW SOMEONE AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER YOU GET FREE BIG SEATS AND WHATEVER ELSE!! Oh yea, other airlines checked bags weight limit is 50lb yours is 40. Didn't know that, I had to unpack and take stuff out. Why? You already charge $50. to check a bag, CRAZY. THEY CAN'T FIND MY GLASSES EITHER... WORST FLIGHT EVER!!!!!!"
